Very nice hotel. The only negative is that we could not get the sleep comfort beds to adjust.

The proximity to the airport is a great plus ... nothing around and quiet was appreciated, even though the property was almost full. The bed with controlled settings made the sleep time very peaceful ... curtains kept the light out until I opened them ... I will be back

"Convenient"
The location and comfort of the hotel is great. The shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours so you can get there anytime. The employees are great.

THIS HOTEL WAS AMAZING. THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. I NEEDED OUR 2 ROOMS TO BE ADJOINING AT CHECKIN AND IT WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY. THE BEDS AND PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BATH VERY CLEAN AND USER FRIENDLY. THE FURNITURE VERY UPSCALE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY. SO NICE FOR THE PRICE ALSO.
"An easy trip to the airport in Albany"
This hotel is easy to find and so close to the airport. The room was SPOTLESS and the adjustable bed made for a wonderful night's sleep. It was a great perk having refrig, microwave and very good coffee in the room.

"Small Rooms"
I recently stayed at this hotel and prior to booking I was told that I would receive an upgrade for a larger room. When I got there I was very disappointed as the upgraded room is not any bigger than a typical hotel room. The upside was I requested a late check out and they staff had no problems allowing this. "Staff was Awesome"
From the moment I arrived the front desk girls greeted me with smiles and were terrific my entire stay. They helped me download my boarding passes, gave me a few extra minutes to checkout, and overall were Awsome! I also ate at the hotel resturaunt and the food was very good! amazing front desk people. Restaurant is very convenient. Rooms very nicely decorated and very comfortable. If you are within 3 miles of your destination, they provide free shuttle service. Would recommend for business travelers

Wow, Hilton Garden Inn did a great job. We arrived not knowing the area and the desk staff were able to assist us with filling up and returning our rental car with a shuttle back to the hotel. Not only that they arranged for us to have a Parfait brougt to our room the evening before because our flight out the next day would have been before breakfast […] was served. "Latham, NY Hotel: Outskirts of Albany"
This hotel was a joy to stay at...last minute getaway to meet some family half way rather than traveling the entire distance. Amenities were superb and hotel staff professional and friendly. Will absolutely stay here again at next opportunity.

"Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Friendly"
Great rooms at affordable rates. Near the airport but not at all noisy. Free in-room wi-fi. Nice indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. The staff went out of their way to be helpful during our stay. The food and service in the restaurant were very good. Our first choice in the Albany area.

"Clean, neat, but not as advertised."
Absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The problem was that I could not log onto the WiFi and the desk offered absolutely no help. So I tried to take care of the business I needed to on the keyboard provided to use with the television as a computer monitor. The keyboard was, apparently, out of batteries. "Great Staff!"
We arrived on Veteran's Day, my step dad was wearing a military coat, the staff thanked him for his service and inquired about his duty stations, my step dad was thrilled to discuss it! The next morning the man at the front desk talked with my 4 year old about the upcoming plane ride we were embarking on. He told my son if you are a really good boy […] sometimes the pilot lets you fly the plane. When we were getting onto the plane, the pilot invited my son up to the cockpit to press the buttons!!! "Reasonable in Albany Area"
This hotel is primarily located near Albany Airport and is in a great location for that. Despite being right next to the airport, it is still very quiet, dont hear any planes at all within the hotel itself. However, despite being close to the airport, it's still a great hotel to stay at for any business in the Albany area. Its in a safe location, plenty […] of nice restaurants nearby and most importantly the staff and management are very professional and accomodating. I was going to stay at Albany Med Hilton Garden Inn, but the management at that particular location were VERY unprofessional and rude so I chose this location instead. I have nothing but bad things to say about the Hilton Garden Inn Albany Med location but nothing but good to say about this location near the airport. This is what you get from a hotel chain that franchises out its locations, same chain hotel can be really good, or really bad...just depends on how its managed. Location and hotel was great! Most staff were very friendly except for the erly morning front desl staff- some blond guy and blonde lady. Made it VERY apparent they were busy and didn't want to be bothered assisting.I decided after that to not ask them anything. I HATE bad attitudes- because of customers they have jobs- they need to remember that!

"Beautiful hotel but didn't sleep well"
The hotel is beautiful. It's almost on top of the airport. Never heard a plane take off or land. The only downside to my boyfriend and I was that the bed was extra firm. There is a lever on each side of the bed to adjust the firmness but it did nothing. I had to take pain killers after six hours of sleep to make my back stop hurting. "Hotel by Airport in Albany"
This hotel was easy to get to from the highway and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only draw back was that I usually get a king size bed or 2 queen beds. This room only had 2 full beds. That is my only complaint. When I stayed there last time we had a king bed.

Hilton is Hilton but this one is very nice. large and clean room, near the airport but you ,can sleep tenderly, don't hear the planes. Near Colonie, a little town with every stores and restaurant. I'll be back for sure.

Very pleasantly surprised by the accomodations. Room was clean and updated. Lobby looks fabulous and very good location to airport Would definitely stay again - great stay and value for the price.
"Excellent and Comfortable"
Very convenient to the airport--zero plane noise in room, excellent staff, excellent food at the restaurant / bar. Clean. We did have an issue of the fire alarm going off at 3AM, but, the hotel apologized and gave us both a full breakfast on the house. Would absolutely stay here again.
"Rugby Weekend"
Everything was good except for the hot tub in the pool area was not clean with floating items in it and brownish water. Told mgmt but no attention was paid to it.

"Great Stay"
We only stayed one night at this hotel but it is the BEST location for the airport. It is literally directly across from the airport. It is somewhat secluded - but within 1 mile from shopping and restaurants. It was perfect for us to drop off the rental car the next morning and catch a flight.
