Overall good experience, except disappointed the architects chose bathroom as place to cut space in King suite. The room with toilet and stall shower is very cramped -- door barely clears shower door when opening/closing. Then outer bath area has no door or screen, so lack of privacy and disturbs others in suite still trying to sleep ... Breakfast better […] than expected ... the staff was nice and helpful. I had a broken leg which hindered my stay but my family had fun.! The problem I had was the dog in the room next door barked all night because there is a nightclub across the street and it was noisy

It was close to many restaurants and convenient access to major shopping! The beds were comfortable and excellent amenities were available. It was clean, but a little cleaner would have been perfect!!!

I loved how close we were to everything, hotel was nice, clean, and staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. The only thing I had a problem with was a loud family above me, it seemed like we heard every step they took.

I was very pleased with my stay at Homewood Suites. Had plenty of room for a family of 5, nice area and friendly staff.

This one is different from the standard Homewood, It has a club house and the rooms are in different buildings with outside entrances. our room was awesome. Very, very roomy. Nice kitchen (we didn't get to use) and a fireplace. Very quiet area. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again when in Dallas.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed - a central hub for people coming from different directions, so easily accessible my directionally challenged sister couldn't miss it. The kitchen made it handy for snacking between activities. Lightning storm kept us from trying out the pool and hot tub but they both were clean and inviting. I was disappointed in my stay. I booked a chemically "neutral smelling" room 2 months in advance, but when I arrived, was only offered "smoking" and handicapped rooms. The handicapped room itself was fine but the bed was terribly uncomfortable with an old, worn out sagging mattress. I fought my way out the dip in the center of the mattress all night. […] This mattress was so worn out it hurt my back. We had a very good time and the room was good. The a/c unit did cycle on and off a lot but it didn't wake us up. Some friends and I booked a 2 queen bed suite. Upon arrival the front desk clerk, Cornell was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had plenty of space for 4 adults. I was pleased with the hotel and staff. The room was clean thou a little smaller than other Homewood rooms I've stayed at in the past. It's surrounded by restaurants including one of the best ever, Fogo de Chao, an experience unto itself!

Th hotel was great they moved cleaning crew into our room to get it cleaned early for us. Over all I would rate this a five. I'm a traveler, have been for decades. I hate check in. I loved getting checked in at Homewood Suites. Nice people, good instructions. The room was spacious for the price, and well-appointed. Scrupulously clean. King size bed, fold-out couch, two chests-of-drawers, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Excellent maid service. Excellent full all-you-can-eat […] hot egg/sausage/potatoes/bagel/fruit/juice breakfast, full main course/veg/salad/wine/dessert dinner during the week. Coffee 24x7. Outstanding place to stay. Exercise room. Business room with printer/copier. Gas-fired grilles if you want to cook your own steaks. Right in the middle of dozens of restaurants, and you can get anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth region in minutes from there. An affluent part of Dallas, great for business stays or romantic weekends. I got a kick out of sitting out at the nearby Addison Airport, watching planes take off and land. We had some world-class Indian food at fried-chicken prices. Sushi with Tokyo service. Delightful. Goody Goody liquor right around the corner. What a great place to stay. Everything you could want within easy driving distance, and a beautiful hotel to come home to. My friends and I loved our stay here. It was very close to many bars, clubs, restaurants, shops, and the event we were atendingn that weekend. We loved the apartment style design and the suites. Very comfortable beds and clean.
