Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

"Okay in a pinch"
It was a great stay for the price, but not terribly convenient or updated. The room appeared clean, but not pristine. The bed was comfortable. There weren't many places to eat in the surrounding area.

front desk was not well represente! i checked in 4/21/12 @ 3am. my room was not wat i asked for and she did nothing to please me,but said wait til in the morning!

"more parking"
Hotel has many parties and receptions, and when we left for dinner at night we came back to a full parking lot and had to park in a gravel parking lot that had no security or anything. Plus it was really far away from the lobby door.

When I arrived at the room I noticed there was only one king size bed. There were 4 people. I had told the man that made the reservations I had 4 people and wanted 2 double/queen beds. When i checked my confirmation papers, he had indeed written that under special instructions. However, when I called the front desk, I was told they were all sold out […] and they could do nothing about it but bring 2 cots @ $10 each! Of course I needed them but was very upset and they said they couldnt do anything about it because I had gone through Expedia. I did not go throught Expedia, but went through Hotels.com. Is Hotels.com part of Expedia? No one ever told me that. Eventually, the front desk called me back and "Conviently" there was a cancelation and they put us in another room. Do I believe that, no, not at all but was very grateful for the other room that accomodated us correctly. However, the problem I see with this whole senerio is that what was I to do, because the hotel would not honor my reservations as requested. Great value for the price, close to great restaurants and right off the interstate. Extremely friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. I'd def recommend and stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The shower water was backed up to my ankles and took forever to drain. All in all, the appearance of this hotel is run down.

"Four Points by Sheraton, Chicago- Ohare"
The Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located, close to the airport and shopping mall, and reasonably priced. Free shuttle to Ohare Airport is provided. I was dissapointed with the condition of towels and washcloths, which appeared dingy and stained. The room itself was fairly clean and comfortable.

"Four Points O'Hare - nice stay"
I just needed a hotel for an overnight to catch my flight from O'Hare the next day. The price was good, free shuttle to the airport, clean room, nice bar/restaurant.
We flew in to go to the Shrine Hospital and were greatly pleased with the hotel. The food from the Mirage restaurant was super yummy. Great experience!

This hotel is an embarrassment to Starwood. The room had a clump of hair in the bed and red bugs. I informed front desk but they did nothing. Thank god my flight was 7 am and I only had 6 hours at this place. Simply the worst

The hotel itself was very nice, but be prepared to take a cab to get anywhere. Recommended for travelers with a rental car or only using it as a place to sleep while passing through O'Hare.

"Great value"
This hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable; excellent value for money. The 24hr shuttle from O'Hare was very useful. The only not so nice thing was the distance from the elevators to my room; you have to walk a lot! I wish I knew this earlier so I could have requested a room close to the elevators.

one of the bed had a ripped blanket. Cigarette butt on the floor. A child throw up in the swimming pool and worst of all the pool had no running water. Most rooms does not have a microwave or Frig. I request a room with both since a have a 1 year old baby and it was needed for the baby's milk. I was denied since all rooms were already booked. It was […] hard to find parking. "My Review"
Only 2 major complains. 1. My body for some reason really itched when I slept on their beds. I'm a seasoned traveler and I have never EXPERIANCED anything like that. I thought it was me, but when I went online I read that itching could be do to bed bugs. I suspect their beds have bed bugs. 2. "Good but not great..."
I read many of the reviews and was hesitant about staying here. I was looking for something in between downtown Chicago and Woodfield mall so I settled on something near the airport. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were as well. There was a slight odor of cigarettes in our room but that was not a big deal. The hotel seemed to have been renovated […] lately which is why I was generally pleased with the condition. The balcony in our room however was absolutely horrid. Not a big deal since I had no intention of using the balcony. It is probably where smokers went to smoke which would account for the cigarette smell. The balcony probably was useless since it was only approximately 2 feet deep. The hotel offers free parking which was another positive amenity. However when we arrived on Saturday evening there was a wedding in the ballroom which almost depleted all the parking spots available. The rate of the room was very competitive which is why I took a chance with this location.
