Hotel was clean and smelling good. The beds was big and comfortable, the beds were very soft. The breakfast area was clean and items for breakfast was always filled. The parking area was clean infornt and around the hotel. The only thing was when we wanted to go shopping, the shopping areas was so very hard to find. "Very Much Satisfied"
My children and I stayed at the hotel for the weekend. It was very clean, quiet and had very coureous professional staff. I definitely recommend this hotel to others. We were more than satisfied with our stay!
"Close to downtown Philadelphia"
This hotel is family friendly in that there is an indoor pool near the front entrance. The room was suitable for 3 people but the beds were not the comfort level that we have found at other Fairfield Inn and Suites in the South. It was a holiday weekend so there were lots of families with little children running around the hallways. Breakfast was plentiful […] and the staff was always nearby to assist with what you needed. "No shampoo"
Went to take my shower. found 2 conditioners but no shampoo. Went to the maid in the hall; didn't have shampoo. Went down to the desk; was told no shampoo; insisted and a shampoo was produced from the drawer. Other than that it was not clean or well painted or well maintained. It was the worst Fairfield Inn I've ever seen.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub are wonderful additions to this nice hotel.

Very clean rooms, prompt house-keeping and good service. The hotel has a no party policy which you have to sign at the time of check-in. I was laughing when I saw it but realized its required at night. You can hear every knock on your neighbor's door and anyone talking in the hall or adjacent room. The hotel staff was very good and made the stay very […] comfortable. I was however not happy for the price I paid.
