Very enjoyable stay, one of the better hotels we have stayed at! We appreciated the convenience of having breakfast provided every morning at no extra cost. The Hotel was fabulous! The breakfast is just what you need. The kids liked the pancake maker. Really clean, comfortable beds and updated decor. There was a requirmeent to change the reservation and both the hotel and hotel.com went above and beyond to fix it for me even though they didn't have to. AWESOME! Arriving on a late flight this was a perfect location to overnight before catching our cruise (15 min cab from airport). Staff got our group checked-in and settled quickly. Everything about this place was top of the line for Holiday Inns. Staff were fluently bi-lingual and very friendly. There is also a really nice Italian restaurant (Le Maison) within a short walk from the Hotel. Will use this again as a stop over enroute to the Maritimes.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We where very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is in walking distance of the Aquarium and it is very easy to find your way to the other attractions from the hotel. Perfect stay...quick trip from Boston to Quebec then back again the next day. the stay here made for a great night, restful breakfast the next morning and we were back on the road again. Comfortable easy relaxing.

Overall, a pretty good place. It's located near the big shopping mall in Ste. Foy where 'Simons' is a must-visit every time we pass through the City. The touristy area is about 10 minutes away by car, which was fine because we drove along ch. Saint Louis through a really pretty residential area and then along boul. Laurier past the Plains of Abraham […] to get there. We ate near the hotel where there are lots of choices. I prefer to eat where the locals do, as I feel I'm getting better value for my money. Don't get me wrong, every one should experience the culinary charms of the old part of the city, but I don't need to do it every time I visit. The hotel was located close to a tourist information centre and bus stop to the city. Ideal location for driving into quebec from montreal side. Free parking,wi fi and reasonable breakfast all included. Wound down in spa after long day, very comfortable stay.

We were traveling with our three young children. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean and modern. Breakfast was an adequate, not exceptional, continental breakfast. There is no parking, but public spots are a few minutes around the corner for $22 for 24 hours with no in/out. Excellent place. Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. The only thing is that their shuttle to the city is only once a day. It leaves at 9 a.m and returns at 6 p.m. We thought that it runs the entire day,because when we reserved the room, we were told that there was a shuttle that goes to the city. Although we only stayed one night, we found our hotel room to be very comfortable in all respects. Breakfast was good with a varied selection. We have stayed at several other Holiday Inn Express hotels with favorable experiences and this hotel did not disappoint.

htel was great and so was the service, but if you get the room in front of the maintenance room then you will be hearing employees early in the morning.

The hotel is very nice new and clean. We had a room on the first floor - basement and was cold. The heating system was badly ajusted, we put the thermostat high, the unit work for a half hour and after stop. During the night the temperature get down to 16deg.C. We could not get the heat in the room. We like the hotel very much and we will go back but […] we will ask for a room to the higher floors.
