"I don't recommend this hotel"
I was not happy at all, we walked in to the front desk clerk asking someone for rent. Then we went to the indoor pool and it was ice cold and we were unable to even get in. Then the next day we go down for breakfast and the woman working the front desk says to us, we are out of gravy for biscuits and gravy and I am not going to make more, there is no […] reason to.. This isn't a bad place to stay, it's right off the freeway and close to restaraunts. Beware of staying on the top floor, as there are no elevators and the stairs can be slippery when wet. My room didn't have a microwave but it did have a fridge, but it had no desk (some rooms did). For the price, it was okay

I enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms, friendly front desk clerk and easy access to all restaurants and hot breakfast (I did not know about Woffels). But Woffels are delicious too. I recommend

We decided on a whim to take a mini family vacation & this hotel had the best price & location! The gentleman at the front desk that helped me when we checked in was very friendly & helpful! My only complaints were that the shower curtain was moldy & I had a 5 month old with me and our room was right next to the pool. There weren't a lot of disruptions […] (thank goodness) but I wouldn't want to stay in that room while the hotel was busy with lots of people coming and going from the pool. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, although they do offer a "hot breakfast," be advised that it is simply dreadful. I had no idea they could do that to an egg. However, if you don't care about that, the room itself is just fine, and again, the staff is very nice.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of a short family trip to NW Arkansas. On the first night we were bothered by the noise from the Interstate and the fact that most of the lights were not functioning in the room. The room itself was acceptable, but we asked for a 6:00 AM wake-up call and never got it. This is the second time this has happened to us recently. I would recommend the rooms only if you don't need a wake up call.

the room was well worn. lagre stain on carpet just as you step in. one of the chairs had a large stain on it. two of the 4 light bulbs were missing. it needed a face lift. they replaced the door locks at some point and the paint from the old lockset was never fixed. the tv service was crap. rolling lines and bleed. we only needed a place to sleep or […] we would have left to find better. the best i can say was shabby and run down. "Just your basic hotel"
Nothing at all wrong with this hotel if you are looking for a clean, safe place to lay your head. There's no frills, and we didn't have time to try out the pool, but everything seemed to be in proper working order.
"Low cost, basic comforts, a bit shopworn"
This hotel is subpar for a Days Inn, but provides a basic accommodation at a bargain price. The first room we had had serious water damage on the wall and ceiling and mold in the refrigerator. The next room had ill-fitting drapes, a broken TV (next to the working TV) and poor cable reception. The manager was very nice about switching our room.

The front Desk person treated us with a royal treatment. The room was clean and spacious. The price was too cool. Will recommend.

We traveled from Arizona to Arkansas for my grandfathers funeral and, Dustin, the night clerk/manager had winderful customer service. He assured us that he would hold our rooms since we were coming in late. I got two king size bedrooms for 4 nights, my room was spacious and well equipped however the toilet float was broken and I had to lift the top […] and stick my hand in the tank to flush (not a big deal) the other room was cramped, none of the outlets except for the bathroom worked, the lamps had fire damage, the bed had a huge dip in it that took 2 pillows to fill, and the refrigerator was so iced over you couldn't put anything in it. We let the management know and the lady was very kind and responsive. They gave us a nice 2 bed room with a sitting area. "Days Inn Bentonville has gone downhill"
I have stayed in this Days Inn before, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The phone did not work, so we did not get our wake up call. The smoke detector in the room was missing. In general, the quality of the rooms are not up to the normal Days Inn standards.

"Bentonville's worst"
The hotel was shabby looking. We should have realized it was going to be poor -- the parking lot was empty. Others knew -- now you know too. If we hadn't pre-paid I would have left. The hotel looked shabby. The lobby was sad looking. When we entered the room, it looked neglected. We asked for extra towels - the clerk gave us 2 threadbare small towels. […] The blanket was frayed, the sheets looked tired. The TV, an old model, hummed loudly. Some channels were unwatchable. Breakfast was terrible. Cold biscuits , stale sweet rolls. On morning 2 the tiny muffins were left over from the day before. Even the coffee pot wobbled precariously, the result of being placed on too small a table. Felt like it was about to dump all over me. When we returned on Day 2 the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a dirty tissue on the floor. This hotel looks like it's going broke -- they are stingy with everything. The worst part was that thre were many much better looking hotels in the neighborhood (Interstate at Walton Rd.) and this was just a couple of bucks less than the others. "No pool in winter."
The indoor pool was in an unheated atrium with frigid water - don't go expecting a swim in winter time. Room was nice, clean and at a reasonable rate, but there was a boken dresser drawer and broken toilet seat. I'm not complaining, but it was hardly as nice as previous reviews made it sound.

This motel appears to cater to folks who just need a bed and a shower for the night. It's cheap and it's conveniently located near the highway and near many places to eat. I wouldn't stay here if you need to sleep during the day.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Need a food place for a cheap budget and it really did the job.

The bed was the single most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Would have been better off sleeping on the floor. The other odd thing is that there were 2 TVs in the room, the one locked to the furniture didn't work, so they had just put another TV next to it and left the broken one in the room. Due to low price, I was hesitant about the hotel. But I was wrong, quite, clean and good hotel at this low price. I enjoyed my stay. And would recommend.

"you get what you pay for"
This place is basic, has the necessities for a very good price. Be aware - the indoor pool is not in a heated space nor is the water heated. If you have kids expecting to swim in the winter months bring wet suits. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday, and we were forgiving about minimal room clean up. However the clean up crew did not clean coffee […] maker, even the 2nd day when it was left open to show it needed attention. "sr travelor"
Hotel is right off the intersate on west side of road Was not full so it was peaceful for a good nite sleeo. Breakfast was a bit weak in variety. Lots of restr in the area to catch a bite to eat Would stay her again for the great price

"Good value"
Pretty old style Days Inn but in good shape. Clean, good beds and plenty of hot water for shower. Breakfast was eggs,gravy,bisquits, cereal,toast,pastries,juice,milk and plenty of coffee. We are senior citizens and have traveled quite often and we were pleasantly pleased.

This was probably a nice place back in the 1980s. Our room had a broken electrical outlet, broken molding around the inside of bathroom door, a slow-draining sink, and missing plaster on the ceiling over the bed.
