Location is good for going to convention and downtown. Mid-level quality but it's clean. I like the fact that hotel provides free good speed wifi, and an option to upgrade. No smoking.

"Nice and clean"
The courtyard was a clean hotel with sufficient parking. Watch out for the door stop near the closet-I broke my toe on it.
"Stayed for two days with family"
We wanted to visit Joshua Tree and decided to spend a couple of nights at this property in Palm Springs. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly and the rooms are nice too. We got a nice room facing the pool. Will definitely stay here again.

I love the hotel, the only issue I had was the towels. For the price, the towels were very rough. Maybe they need to use fabric softener or something. I just thought they would have been more plush from this hotel.

Primeriley a business hotel I would guess but worth staying in nontheless. The reception area and bar are newly remodelled and very contemporary, rooms are good. The only faults are that there is no complimentary breakfast and it is a twenty minute walk from bars and restaurants

Folks there seemed to be concerned about my comfort and my needs, this is different. They could fowever do nothing to reduce the 107 degree temperature so that I could take a walk! The wind was the same temperature and blowing about that hard. Maybe it would be different if I made this visit in December! Long story short I was happy.
I have worked in the desert previously. There are always problems with ants. This was no exception. Ants are a nusance but not a health hazard . Just keep what you don't wanr touched in the fridge and you will be fine. They were only visable for a short around the same time each day and then they were gone. Overall, our stay was wonderful.
"Super loud air conditioner in the room all night"
The gym was not available, there were no towels at the pool so I had to walk around construction to get them from the front desk and wait for that. The air conditioner in my room was so loud it kept me up at night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
"Soft Comfy Beds!!!"
We stayed over the 4th of july weekend and was impressed on how soft the beds were. Other than that everything was perfect. NO Complaints from me. This hotel is in walking distance to everything.

Front desk staff was very accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both very nice with plenty of towels available. Conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

"Clean and polite"
Clean hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Nice pool, too. It is just a five minute drive to the town's center.
"Making renovations"
The Hotel was under renovation so it was not like it should be. There was no front entrance to a front desk. The pool was not that clean, and the matress in one bed was falling to one side, so that bed was not that confortable. They did let us check in early so that was good. Walking distance to downtown.
It's not bad at all for it's price. I would definitely go back :)))

The overall service was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, the only issue I had was with the hotel's inside breakfast buffett. They did not have enough staff to accomadate the large rush of guests they had as a result of a softball team of 100 guests. The tables were dirty, there was a shortage of cooks so you had to wait for an order […] of food. The buffett area was messy. "Peace and quiet with mountain views"
Every member of staff always greeted us with a smile no matter what time of day and night. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. When we were there it was very peaceful and quiet. made reservation literally at the last minute (within a few hours of arriving at hotel) for a last minute overnight trip for our anniversary. Hotel was very welcoming, staff friendly, clean room, close to downtown, stay was great!

Wonderful employee lots of smile and great service and a free contenenatl breakfast was good to and snack by the swimming pool for the kids was more welcoming the whole family. My family and I had a wonderful time I will definietely go back to the same hotel.

The hotels has a good location for PS. The staff was very friendly and service minded. The rooms was spacious for a family of 5 w. a roll away bed. And when we stayed there mid week, everything was clean, calm and quite. It has a nice pool. The breakfast was fine and as expected on a Courtyard. We can recommend the hotels for other families

"Courtyard by Marriott/Palm Springs - Disappointed"
Our stay was a very disappointing experience! Billed as a smoke-free hotel, our first room reeked of smoke. When we went to the pool, which was nice, the odor of smoke was very evident. Turns out a guest on the second level overlooking the pool was smoking a cigar on the balcony! We couldn't sleep because the noise of the in-room air unit was so loud. […] We were packed and ready to leave immediately after breakfast. Breakfast was costly and forgetable as well. The eggs were billed as served to order but turned out to be airplane style scramble. "Great Hotel but"
The hotel was great and very close to the airport. Staff was also helpful and the view of the mountain next to the hotel was great. I know this will sound picky but I found out after returning from dinner that the clock in the room was broken and could not be set. Since I had to get up at 4:30 AM for a flight I had to rely on a wake up call...which […] I don't usually trust. That little inconvenience was the only thing wrong with the hotel. "Courtyard Marriott Palm Springs get away."
Hotel served a buffet breakfast in the morning that was about $10 a person. Just the basics. Have had the same at a similar hotel for free. No complaint though. The buffet had the basics eggs, potatoes, bread, breakfast meat. Plus yogurt, cereals and you could make your own waffle. Grandson loved the pool. Nice get away from Los Angeles. We were traveling to Az. and stopped in Palm Springs to sleep and get some dinner. Surpirsed at the comfort and value and also convenience to downtown. I would stay there again!
