Reasonable price, location met our needs. Breakfast good. Pleasant at desk. Room had a strong and annoying cherry smell from some kind of deodorant that was all consuming that lingered in our clothes and suitcase even after we had arrived home.

There was lots of choice for the contiental breakfast. The complementary pass to the wave pool approx. 5 mins away was a added bonus.

It was good but our friends who were staying in the same hotel and paying the same rate had things we didn't have such as a refridgerator, a microwave and a chesterfield. We had coffe with them in their room. We should have had a cheeper rate

grabbed a coffee in the lobby, the milk was sour. the continental breakfast served up stale bread and very bad coffee, but was located close to where i had to go, taxi was under $10 each way. would stay again.

Clean, courteous service, comfortable beds, though only had doubles when had booked for queens (even with 3 p.m. arrival), i.e. they said can't always honour third-party booking requests, and quite full that night. Hi! Well, I was in a rush to get to the concert "The Who" that my sister and I just put down my knapsack, but as soon as I walked in the door this 'god-awful' smell came over us. Yes, I know it was a smoking room, but at dinner my sis and I realized that it could not be just nicotine.When I got back from the show I had to hit my inhaler maytimes,I live […] in a bach.apt and it doesnt smell like that! I called the front desk and they told me that it was because it was a smoking room.My sister doesnt smoke and she knows the difference, I called the fr.desk and they offer a different room,nonsmoking but I wanted to relax have a beer and a cig.Fr,desk brought down some Bounce sheets and put them in the heater which helped a bit. I fully intend on writing headoffice to get and airquality control check on rm108 at the Kanata Comfort Inn. If anything I want my $ back. The girl working the front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel is perfect for the business traveller looking for a room. Its nothing fancy but it does the trick. The breakfast in the morning is your typical free breakfast but allows you to get on the road quick. The rooms are your basic rooms but are very clean.

Service was efficient and friendly; all staff from the cleaners, to the front desk, to the gentleman who looked after the breakfast room greeted us with a smile.

This is a fine place to stay - unless you want first class with pool, spa, restaurants, bar, elevators, valet parking, and unlimited shopping next door. It was clean, and its facilities were well kept. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was nice- hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, selection of cereals and juices, selection of breads, bagels, muffins, […] and also scones. There was a selection of milks, and cream, as well as butter, and margarine. Coffee and tea were plentiful, as well as a pitcher of water. Hand sanitizer and a sink to wash before or after eating is there too. There are plenty of tables and chairs, a TV, and newspapers. Our attendant was helpful and attentive, and kept the tables clean, chairs organized, and replenished everything as needed. Our room on the second floor, had a queen bed, bedside tables, mirrors, luggage rack, iron and ironing rack, nightlight, armchair and footstool, desk with lamp and free internet, telephone with free local calls. There is a restaurant next door, and a grocery store a very short walk away in a mall which has lost its retail, and become service oriented, although there is a sandwich/ice cream convenience counter inside. This place is in a residential neighbourhood, with easy access to highway 417. While aeroplan miles are available, they are not when booked through 3rd party providers, such as Expedia. I thought my stay was good for the most part.. the wireless internet service was ok and at times not very good. there was a time when the service reported itself as problematic and resolved itself in a few hours. I would return to this property if necessary, but i do not have any experience with others in the area.

The stay was great. counter service was great. They were fun to talk to. The continental breakfast, although, was good but quite confusing in where: you didènt know where to start or finish. Cannot complain about free breakfast though. Thanks for everything. A, Jones

The man who checked us in was great and helpful. The room need work, like the wallpaper in the bathroom was discoloured and peeling off and the sliding doors were scarey because they were hard to open and I was unsure if they would fall out.

The receptionist was extermely rude as she checked me in..... the worst reception ever in all my years of travel. The hotel room was very very old with major rain damage at the corner of the room.

My daughter and I went to Ottawa to see a NHL hockey game. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are going to an event at Scotia Bank- have the frint desk call a taxi for you- it is cheap and easy way to get to and from the event without having to worry about parking.

We have a lemon beagle and this hotel is pet friendly. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel was very extremely easy to get to from the 417. The neighborhood around it was calming and very nich homes. Great place to stay for anyone.

Quiet even though its near the Queensway... Not much traffic noise. We stayed here during our Holiday Shopping trip so we shopped until we dropped late into the night... Great resting place, peaceful and quiet but the next morning, the front desk did not stop bothering us to let us know that check out is at noon! We would've appreciated if they would […] at least give us time to gather our belongings, load up our truck and check out within the hour.
