I had work to do in the area and stayed at the Days Inn at Benson. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and check-in was done quickly. He, also, advised me of places to eat. They were very pleasant and the room was clean.
"Afraid to go to sleep."
The customer service was great, but I was afraid to go to sleep. The reason being the door had been messed with so much that wind was coming through it, and moved back and forth when locked. I was staying alone, so I took all the furniture and placed it in front of the door in a monor that would not allow the door to open if someone had tried too. "Days Inn Benson"
There were three mice running around the beds. I HATE MICE..... The sheete were dirty and the room had a very unpleasant oder. When I tried to tell the person in the office, he was not interested in hearing what I had to say. We will not stay there again...
"filthy dirty"
Don't ever stop here. The staff was rude. The room was disgusting. Smelt like mold. Damp and bathroom looked as if it had not seen a clearner in months. I have never been so disgusted over a hotel

This place is only good for a cheep ovenight room. The place needs some maintenence to fix many issues.

"ok for a few days"
it not the best but you get what you pay for staff was very nice and and helpful i have stayed in worse for more than i payed there over all it was not bad
After reading some of the reviews for this hotel, I was somewhat worried, but everything was fine. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff polite. I would stay here again.

The hotel room was very, very old and the door did not close well. We could hear everything from outside and it did not feel safe. Breakfast was disgusting and we were glad to get out of there the following morning.

The room was musty. Turned on the heat for an hour to take chill/smell out, and the room became an oven and after leaving the heat off the rest of the night was still sweltering. The bed was like sleeping on a board.

"DIRTY ROOM"
ROOM HAD A WET DOG SMELL. DIRTY IN THAT THERE WAS DIRT ON THE BACK SPLASH OF THE SINK AND DIRT ON THE BASEBOARD IN THE BATHROOM AND HAIR IN THE BATH TUB. I DID NOT TAKE A SHOWER. I SLEPT IN MY CLOTHES AND COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE THE ROOM. FRONT DESK WAS KIND.
"Needs Improvement/and the price should be lower"
This was the first Day Inn that the family and I stay in that didn't have an iron, iron board, refrigerator, and no microwave, all the other one was great, I was shock that the check in time was 2:00pm, but we did get in early please give them more supplies that they need to make the guest happy b-carl

We picked this hotel for the location(which is great) and the pool. Well the pool was closed for some some reason,even though temps were high 80s, major bummer for the kids. It was really convenient, walking distance to grocery store and multiple fast food restaurants. We checked in late, though and the lady at the desk "didnt know which rooms had refrigerates" […] and of course, gave us one without on. Not too big of a problem , but we had kids with milk and juice needs and a cooler we just refilled from thier ice machine. They brought us a fridge first thing in the morning. "Try the exit near the outlet mall one exit up!!!!!"
For the price I paid I could have had 2 nights right up the road at the next exit! The tv only had maybe 7 channels,the door had a huge draft so the cold air came right in! But the heater did work but would make it unbearable. The only good thing is that its close to I95.
"Horrible place to stay"
To start the lobby was dirty and had no AC it was 98 out that day. The room was dirty there was a used condom on the floor. I called the lobby they sent housekeeping a half an hour later, she spoke no english, picked the condom up with her bare hands. I attempted to ask her to change sheets just in case. Took 15 minutes to get her to understand. They […] didnt offere me anything not even an appology. "Convenient"
We were going 14 hours on Saturday, and decided to plan ahead by booking a fairly cheap hotel simply to sleep and go. That's what we got. Not very clean, carpets needed help, doorframe/door was not well built (saw about a half inch of light underneath door) But it was convenient and we slept ok. this is the second time I have stayed there and everything was good both times I just noticed this time the room didn't seem as clean as it has in the past.

we were given a compforter with cigarette holes in it, the batteries in our remote control were dead, they didn't give us exta towels when asked, when they cleaned our room the next day, they did not change our sheets or compforter, so when we got the room, did we get someone else's dirty sheets? and the clerk that was working was not proffesional, […] she was showing her tatoos, even one that should have remained covered. we were not happy at all.
