Clarion Inn & Suites - Knoxville

This was a Baymount Inn and Suites when I booked the room. It changed over two week prior to our stay. Someone should have notified me and I could have made the choose to keep the reservation or change. NOT HAPPY!!!!

We loved it! it was our overnight stop going down to Florida, and we enjoyed it so much that we booked it coming back as well. The cleanliness and comfort was out of this world. A great quiet, restful night. Great location, good breakfast! Won't disappoint.

We stopped at this hotel on the way down to Florida this year AND the way back, as we enjoyed it so much. The beds are FANTASTIC, the room is outrageously clean (and I looked EVERYwhere for a trace of uncleanliness...didn't find a speck!) , VERY quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed twice going and coming home from a trip. Both times there were items under the bed at the edge (once a pill, the other a handwritten note, so made me wonder if the sweeper ever goes beyond the traffic areas. However, overall the room seemed clean enough, and probably cleaner than the way I left my house. I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. This hotel is extremely clean and the front desk service was exceptional. Beds were great and a new flat screen was in our room to enjoy. Absolutely no complaints! Safe neighborhood and many food choices nearby.

Property clean and well kept. Rooms comfortable, nothing fancy, but it was only for one night. Walking distance to several businesses and very close to good shopping. Morning breakfast was good (loved the coffed). My son missed a flat screen TV, but the one we had worked fine. Booked three rooms for a family graduation gathering. Very pleased with spacious rooms, refrigerators and microwaves. Rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful with answering questions about directions to local stores, places to eat, etc. The trip into Knoxville took about half an hour on the interstate. Overall I thought the stay was great. However, for me personally, the pillows were a little hard. Not bad enough to where I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but just a little uncomfortable.

Plan on staying here on our next trip to Knoxville. Easy on of to interstate and many stores and restaurants in area.

Very, very good. This hotel was nothing fancy, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. It's a little far from downtown Knoxville, but if the rooms downtown are all booked for a big football game, this is a very good choice if you don't mind the drive to get into town.

Nice hotel. The staff was really great about putting us in a different room after it was evident that the first one we got had previously had someone smoking in it (in spite of being a non-smoking room). She was also very helpful directing us to restaurants in the area. The only thing that was sort of annoying was the fan in the bathroom that stayed […] on all the time - the bearings were shot in it and so it rattled. I could not complain about anything, very clean, no odors, non smoking, we got exactly as booked. If one small thing, the TV seemed small, probably a 27". Cracker Barrel & a sports bar both within walking distance.

WE stopped for the night during a business trip and found the hotel to be a good place to stay. We were rather pleased with every facet of the facility and the service. The staff was wonderful and helpful to answer questions about the area.

The staff inquired about our party - I was surprised that they could take that kind of personal interest in us. The breakfast area was spacious and the selection was very good. I didn't expect to be able to make fresh waffles as part of a free continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the cost. We were expecting cut rate room quality but it was actually very nice. Have stayed in much higher priced accomodations that weren't as nice. The beds were extreemly comfortable (in fact I checked to see what brand they were for future reference) and the staff were very helpful. Decided to stay in Farragut for Tennessee game & take shuttle. Then shop at Turkey Creek on Sunday. The hotel was perfect for those plans. Very clean & super comfy bed. We had a great experience.

Staff was extremely helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to the movies right down the street. Great sports bar across the street. The hotel itself was quite and comfortable. No complaints. They must have invested a significant amount of money in improvements recently as it was nicer than expected.

Our stay was fine. I was disappointed in the discrepancy between the web site info which gave a total for our stay and what we actually paid. It was definitely misleading.

The staff are kind and courteous. Always willing to assist. We've stayed at this hotel several times and the quailty and value for the money is consistant.
