This hotel offers some nice amenities. In addition to the breakfast buffet, they provide a cooked to order eggs, pancakes, and French toast. The free drinks every evening also is a plus. The indoor pool and hot tub, tho noisy, is relaxing. There is also a free shuttle to the airport or other nearby locations. The rooms are large, and the indoor atrium […] is Hyatt-like. This was my first bad experience at an embassy suits. The room was fine and the staff were nice, but there was a group from a college. They were to be in a basketball tournament Saturday. so Friday night was party time. I was up till 3am in the morning listening to the drunk fools screaming and carrying on.The next morning I got up and competed in a […] national martial arts tournament, tired as i was. returning about 8 pm. To find they had won there tournament. So they were more intoxicated and louder. Chanting and being very disruptive. So I pulled the blinds and got to sleep about 10 pm. someone proceeded to pull a fire alarm. so we had to evacuate the hotel. Upon walking down 5 floors, We were greeted by the college students breaking glasses and bottles outside for us to walk on. went back in with a family with kids and the managed demanded we go back out. We explained the situation and he of course demanded we leave again. I do understand the need for us to leave. I don't understand why the night before no one addressed the out of control people. We were allowed back in after about an hour of standing in the cold. most had to walk the stairs again. I do understand emergency rules and abide by them. I also understand people need to be under control. Allowing this group to make the rest of the hotel go through this is unacceptable. I hope these comments are helpful Przeczytaj więcej

Needed some updated. Pool was out of service most of the weekend. Sleeper sofa was broken

Had a great Christmas in Charleston. The room was very nice and what really was great was the made to order breakfasts every day and the manager's special every night for drinks and lite fare. That was a really nice touch that I would definitely take advantage of again! Thanks!

Beautiful hotel. Good happy hour and breakfast. Only disappointment was parking fee is not mentioned on web site. Front desk also did not mention it when we asked about parking in front. However they were nice enough credit it back after we inquired the next day

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and i was very disappointed with some of the staff along with mold in the shower. Being outside of the elevator was very noisy for my 6 month old son and the maid had nothing but excuses on why she didn't have toilet paper. Very nice, clean hotel. The parking is a bit of a pain, and the surrounding neighborhood could have been better, but overall our stay was very comfortable.

I was charged $10.00 a night for parking by the Embassy Suites when it only charges the public $1.75. There is no valet service. The parking garage is behind the hotel. It's not ideal to walk by yourself to and from the parking garage at night.

Get location for walking to the river for the fireworks and entertainment. The breakfast was great and the bed was also fantastic. The staff were very courteous and everything was clean. We had a 2 and 3 yr old in a two room suit - it worked out great with the fold out bed. Parking was close and so was the mall. I'll be staying here again.

It's a typical Embassy Suites. All good. It ticked me off that they charge $10 for internet and $10 for "self parking". They didn't know where I parked or that I even had a car. Not much but still a rip off. Would not stay again because I didn't like the nickle and dime add ons.

We had a blast! One of the nicest places we've stayed at and we've stayed all over at some very high end places. Great staff and very convenient location. Highly Recommended!

On our second night at this hotel, a room full of drunken idiots checked in next door to us. They yelled, screamed, cursed and sounded worse than a fraternity party. I did not complain to the front desk but certainly should have. I think someone else complained as they finally quieted down after 12:30. The hotel was immaculate with large rooms. The breakfast had great food and was opened late enough to accommodate teenagers. The complimentary evening "happy hour" was family-friendly, but also pleasant for single adults. The food offerings alone were hugely appreciated by one budgeting to feed 2 teenaged athletic boys.

Typical Embassy Suites, good location to shopping and good eating places within walking distance. Good breakfast and Business Center was also very efficient, helpful staff as well...

Typical Embassy Suites, high quality and reasonable price. Nice location, mall across the street and in between Capitol Street and convention center. The manager's evening reception and the hot breakfast were awsome extras. Only gripe: they charge extra for parking.

The Embassy Suites Hotel was the the best hotel I've stayed. Simple beautiful.

The free evening reception and the morning breakfasts were real bonuses. Evening reception included snacks and fee alcohol drinks. There is not a lot in Charleston so these features mean more than in many cities. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable with all the amenities you expect in a good hotel.

The "suite" was a good match for our needs, entertaining a few other people at the end of the evening. Bed was one of the best ever and the included breakfast was a definite plus.
