We will certainly book here again when coming to Dallas for pleasure. Easy trip to great shopping in Grapevine or fun in downtown Dallas. So many varieties of food at breakfast - there for 3 nights, and each day it was a little different. Breakfast meat, eggs, great oatmeal and toppings, yogurt (even Activia), juices, cereals, fruit, breads and pastries. […] They even had breakfast bags at the front desk if you had to leave in a hurry - included bottled water, breakfast bar and fruit. I stay at Hampton Inns frequently both for business and leisure due to a nice balance of amenities for the price. My wife and I stayed at this Hampton since it was close to the DFW airport and we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel looked fairly new and was very clean. Overall, it was a great stay. But it wasn't perfect-couldn't get coffee maker to work, shower was too dark. One nice detail was adequate supply of towels, however there wasn't much to hang them on. I thought the hotel staff was a little less than professionally attired-they seem like a mom and pop hotel (and maybe they are). It only takes ONE person to ruin it for all. There was one staff member who was not only unhelpful but condescending to us. Then tried to laugh it off when confronted. The Hotel room itself was very nice. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was good. No shuttle from airport was inconvenient.

Only stayed overnight after an NFL game. I was thinking 20min away from stadium would have have fewer drunk, rowdy game-goer's but I was wrong. People were yelling in the halls at 1am. Otherwise, this Hampton experience was like all my others - great overall.

All though this is a 2.5 star rated hotel, I believe it is a 5 Star. The breakfast was the best, the staff was happy, nice and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. I recommend it.

Room smelled fresh and clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating to whatever was needed. Maintenance came immediately to fix a broken lamp. Breakfast buffet...delicious!!!

Great stay! Quietest Hampton I have stayed at. Staff helpful, allowed me to check in an hour early. Bed comfortable, good breakfast, nice area. If any drawback at all, the fridge is a bit noisy when it comes on but no biggie. Price was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were large and very clean. The "hot breakfast" was a disappointment. There was some renovations going on but we never were disturbed by any of it. Location was off the beaten path but still close to everything we were wanting to do.

Nice and comfortable hotel in Los Colinas area. Lots of restaurants, shops within a short drive. Next door to Benihana and just up the street from Bennigans. Good breakfast and a good value for hotel in the Dallas area. Near the airport but not too close.

Hotel was undergoing renovations so lobby and breakfast Area were a mess. Also not prepared for number of people that stayed over the weekend. Had only 1 person working breakfast area. Ran out of a lot of breakfast items. She could not keep pace with number of people

Overall very comfortable. I thought I was getting a lower discounted rate. But the website did not give me the rate I was expecting. But again overall I was content with my stay. The breakfast was adequate but the line was long and crowded around the waffle maker which slowed everything down.

This hotel was nice, but it was under remodeling, not a big deal, but I dont know if that played a role in it being hot inside the hotel. Really other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The personnel were very nice as well.

The hotel was under construction, which was a little inconvenient. One of the front desk clerks must have been new because she didn't know how to do much. The room was pretty clean, stains on the chair, but otherwise clean.

After someone finally came for help, the woman at the front desk argued with me for 30 minutes about prepayment, realized she made a mistake and the refused to admit it. The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful, polite, and friendly. The housekeeping crew did an excellent job keeping our room clean and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was really good too, and included hot items (I've stayed in pricier hotels that only offered cereal and pastries for their complimentary breakfast). They were replacing some flooring in the dining room and lobby, but they managed it very well and I'm sure it's long since been completed now. Room was fine; however hotel is undergoing floor replacement in b'fast area and it was most distracting to have workers in/out and hammering tile, etc. traversing the lobby and b'fast room. The hotel is relatively new, and the overall look and feel is good. We had a comfy stay. the room was fine. The hotel is easy to find BUT and it may have just been us, but it wasn't very easy to locate restaurants nearby. We had to travel some distance to eat. but that aside the hotel was smashing.

My wife and I needed a place to stay the night before our plane departure the next morning. The hotel is much better than we expected. The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice with plenty of room. Best of all it was clean. I have stayed in rooms that cost twice as much that fell short of the Hampton. Breakfast was good with a good variety of cold […] and hot food. The scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and waffles made for a nice breakfast. There was some construction going on in the lobby area but it was not a problem. They are improving the area. It will be that much nicer next time. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a good clean place to stay with all the goodies for the much less that any comparable nearby motels. This was a great hotel and was reasonably priced. The front desk was so helpful in giving directions and accomodating our requests. You can not ask for better service. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and had a very nice breakfast. We found this hotel was a great value. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was super clean, and the service was great whatever I needed be it towels, or a microwave they had it. The breakfast in the morning was fine and the hotel was clean. I wasn't at the hotel the whole time but when I was I did not have to worry about anything being dirty or not on hand.
