hotel does not have elevators so guests must be prepared to climb stairs if they are placed on upper floors ... rooms are small so two persons may feel space as too confining unless they are honeymooning

The staff is outstanding and very helpful in every way. The shuttle buses to the Bay Gardens Resort (the beach) don't run often enough and a long wait for them. Its at least a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Resort from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is great with a nice dining area.

I really didn’t know what to expect when I reached Bay Gardens. Upon arrival the desk clerk was pleasant and very helpful. They had some one escort us to our room and carry our bag. The rooms were clean and every day while we were there housing came in and mop and cleaned the room. Everything we needed was in walking distance, clubs, restaurants, shopping […] area everything. We were generally pleased with our stay at the Bay Gardens Hoel during the first week of our vacation. It provided a good base for getting readily acquainted with the Rodney Bay Village area. We particularly appreciated the close proximity of the mini-bus stop to Castries and points beyond, and the convenience of having a major food store so close by. […] Free internet service within the hotel and its nearby affiliate, Bay Gardens Inn, was also very easy to access when needed. Hosting a Friday night rum punch party (complete with local entertainment!) for the hotel guests was a nice touch for promoting mingling and enjoying a good time together! "What a deal! I'll be back."
I was thrilled with my recent stay at the Bay Gardens Hotel. I was traveling alone and was a bit skeptical about what I might encounter. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist - who informed me of a complementary poolside cocktail party that was scheduled for later that evening. I got help with my bags and was escorted to my room by another very […] kind employee who I would see several times during my stay. The cocktail party included delicious appetizers, rum punch and a flame swallowing dance team that entertained for an hour or more. They were spectacular! I was only scheduled to stay one night, however if I ever get back to St. Lucia I'll plan on Making Bay Gardens my home for my entire stay. The room and hotel were better than I had expected. This hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and nice grounds. Everyone we met on staff was friendly from the housekeeper to restaurant staff to reception to management. Food and drinks were excellent. We loved the convenient location where we could walk to shopping and restaurants and the bank. Hotel comes with shuttle access to sister resort on the beach. Sister resort has a decent gym, spa and complementary lounge chairs for the beach. The beach had nice, shady spots under some trees. "Great Value"
The hotel was lovely and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Access to the Resort was great plus that we were not expecting. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants good value for the price. The small increase for a Junior Suite was definitely worth it.

"Bay Gardens in Gros Islet"
My family stayed at Bay Garden for a Family Reunion. Staff was accommodating. Helped with getting transportation to and from the hotel to other areas around the Island. public TRANSPORTATION IS NEAR BY.There were several young children in our groupand they enjoyed the pool. Hotel is close to shopping area and restaurants. Good hotel for family.

my family visited me in st. lucia and we stayed at the bay gardens hotel for two nights. we ate three meals, all of which had good selections with better than expected taste. the two rooms were very reasonably priced and both more comfortable and better in appearance than expected. recommend fully, especially at the current off-season rate.

отель находится в центре города рядом с торговыми комплексами. каждый час на пляж ходит микроавтобус. Да и пешком быдет не более 5-7 минут. Пляж очень достойный. Бассейн в отеле просто большая ванна.

"N'hésitez pas, FONCEZ!!!"
Bays Garden Hôtel à Ste Lucie: Tous mes critères étaient réunis. Proche tte commodités, centre commercial, superette, fast food, resto, plage, banque, dutty free, animations, piscines dans l hotel, personnel très acceuillant, parle l'anglais et le créole,tjs dispo, service technique présent, baby-sitting. Le top! Et dans tte l'île c'est pareil.

Mon mari et moi avons passé 2 nuits très agréables le 24 et 25 decembre avant de continuer vers les Grenadines : hotel très pratique, propre , charmant, pas cher et où l'on mange très bien...
tres bon rapport qualité prix toutefois, les chambres manquent de rideaux occultants, trop de luminosité l'accueil est très chaleureux, les agents sont tres disponibles et renseignent bien les clients. le service taxi, enfin j'y reviendrai merci

Bon compromis de la situation géographique, bon rapport qualité prix, mais le personnel ne parle pas français. Concernant le restaurant, il est plutôt de bonne, voire très bonne qualité par rapport à ce qui se fait sur Ste Lucie, pour un prix correct en plus (2011).
