I found my stay very comfortable and the location of the Hotel, near the station useful. We had a nice view for Marseille from our room. The little one's bed was prepared for him (they turned the sofa into an extra bed) but that left little room to move freely around the room. The little did like to wonder under the beds and he did find some dust. […] The hotel does not offer complementarity tea and coffee as can be expected in the UK. The rooms were compact but clean and tidy, although I found a few stray hairs here and there.... The location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the Old Port although at night time the area was less desirable. The hotel is literally behind the train station! It is a great location and a great hotel. The staff spoke English and were very helpful! pour un hotel 3 étoiles la chambre pour 2 personnes était très exigue, plus petite que la cabine du paquebot dans lequel nous avons embarqué. Une seule serviette de toilette pas de drap de bain! Läget är perfekt precis bredvid tågstationen och flygbussarna. Mycket bra utsikt över hela stan från rummet vi fick på fjärde våningen. Jättebra service, alla i receptionen pratade bra engelska, man fick förvara sitt bagage låst hos dem efter utcheckningen. Väldigt rent men ganska små rum, så bäst för de som stannar bara nån natt. lOn ne peut pas faire de reproche quant a la proprete de l hotel mais l'environnement (gare et autres dependances de la gare) laisse a desire (papiers, detritus, canettes et bouteilles vides ou brisées, etc...) ce qui satisfait certainement a la presence des rongeurs qui circulent pres de la terrasse du restaurant. Utmärkt hotell med bra läge alldeles bredvid Gare St Charles med tåg och bussförbindelser till orter längs Côte d'Azur och Provence i övrigt. Kort promenad till Vieux Port. Mycket litet rum som saknade kylskåp och safe. Men med en fantastisk utsikt över Marseille från fjärde våningen där vi bodde. Rum att förvara bagaget i gratis efter att vi checkat […] ut.
