We had a few issues from the time we arrived. The registration counter was really sticky. I'm not sure what was on it but I didn't want to touch it. When we checked out two days later it was sticky again. We reserved 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds in a handicapped accessible room - no bath, very industrial feel. I registered for 4 people (2 adults, […] 2 kids) but they only give 3 sets of towels. There was no closet. As the weather was rainy we missed having a pool the kids could swim in. Also, the room we were in was located directly across the staff entrance to the kitchen. Our group of six had two rooms- Which means we spent over $600.00 At your hotel. We had adjoining rooms. We left our rooms at about 11 am. The housekeeping staff were cleaning three rooms down the hall as we passed them on the way to the staircase. When we returned to our rooms later that evening one of our rooms where 4 of us were staying had not been […] made up. Our adjoining room was. When I called the front desk they were not helpful or caring basically offering clean towels. I was less than pleased and said so, no action was taken. Definitely will not stay at that hotel again. The bath consisted of the toilet and shower. We had to maneuver ourselves around just to close the door... and we are not large people. The towels were stored on a rack within the shower... leaving them to get wet or at least damp.
