"great weekend away"
There were 7 of us in total on our weekend at the Quality Inn. 4 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed the hotel, it was relatively clean and comfortable. The pool was great for the kids, a little too salty but they enjoyed swimming. I would recommend this hotel if you are just getting away for a few days!

Overall room was good. Housekeeping was good. The pool however was terrible! We didn't smell the chlorine in pool , so we assumed it was a salt water pool. The bottom of pool was slimely and the color was green. We where not sure if it's the pool colour or what! Paint was peeling of wall , not maintained well at all!! Hotel is clean and close to Niagara Falls. We have stayed here twice and will continue to be patrons of this establishment. the only negative is the parking.

"Take your money and spend it elsewhere..."
I took my family shopping for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel mainly for its location and decent rates. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is also a banquet hall in this hotel so there are weddings most weekends. When we booked we had no idea until we arrived and we were given a room right beside the "butt area" outside […] and could hear everyone partying and swearing until the wee hours of the morning. The floors are noisey. There is always something going on from room to room. Not a good hotel for a family getaway. AND the rooms have no base boards, kinda creepy and also gross! Your provided with the cheapest coffee for your in room coffee maker, your better to drive down the street to Tim's but be prepared you'll be waiting about 30 mins in there too. The area is unclean, very dirty town and the people...rude! But hey, go, shop, eat, shop again and go home unless you can stay at a more reputable hotel. "Not quite Quality"
Rooms had a bad smell and although we requested a fridge and microwave when we checked in they did not have one in the room. After several request we finally got it (about 2 hrs after checking in) and what do you know the microwave was dirty and did not even work.

Hotel was good for the price. Beds were very good , Staff was very nice. Hotel was not as close to the falls as I had thought but free trolly made it ok. Breakfast in the cafe was very good and I thought prices were very fair. Free computer acess in the lobby and I was able to print off plan tickets. That was very nice!

The hotel is situated At Arne 10 minutes drive from the niagara falls Maid of the Mist ticket center. Hotel room was spacious and had good ambience with lots of parking. room was nice nd clean and was worth the money spent. would certainly recommend to friends and would stay again if visiting Falls.

We enjoyed our stay, being close to the falls, the casino, stores, being picked up at the door for a tour and Denny's meals are usually very reliable.

Another guest created a commotion during the night. As soon as the hotel was alerted they handled it very professionally. Overall a good hotel for the money.
"Good for the price"
This is a typical older hotel. Clean enough but nothing fancy. The staff however is the saving grace. All employees we encountered were professional, courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Kudos to them.

"Close to the falls"
The Niagara Falls were about 8 minutes away by car and there was also a shuttle that was free that stopped by the hotel that could take you to the falls. The only issue I had with the hotel was a wedding reception which could be heared by partiers being loud in the hallway as well as loud music from the party until 1am in the morning. "Clean & Convenient"
We were pleased with this hotel. Do not be deterred by the outside--indoors it is modern and clean and nice. We had a room with 2 double beds and still plenty of room to put up the pack & play for our 2 year old. No elevator, but we packed fairly light so it was not an issue for us. Found socks from previews tenant in the room, under the bed, and food crums behind chairs. Additionally the beds were full size and not queen so it was not too comfortable. The location is excellent though, but no continental breakfast is a minus.

A pretty reasonable hotel for the price you pay. However, no breakfast served though a confusing on line reference about breakfast is there.

We loved our stay and were pleasantly surprized by how warm the pool was, it was like a hot tub!! We ate breakfast at the restaurant, it was good and reasonably priced. We'd definately stay there again. Close to shopping, & restaurants.

The hotel was clean and confortable, hotel crew was helpful but they need to develop a little bit of hospitality techniques, by saying this I mean they were on top of everything when help was needed. A simple thank you or you are welcome does not hurt to say to a customer when a service is provided. Thanks.
