Miła i sprawna obsługa. Czustosc O.K. Nie było problemu z dowozem i odbiorem z lotniska. Blisko bary i restauracje oraz sklepy.

Apartament świetny! Mamy porównanie, bo często jesteśmy w hotelach. W tej cenie spodziewalismy się marnego standardu, a tu proszę ...niespodzianka i to miła!! To jest dosłownie mieszkanie, fajnie urzadzone , wygodne i czysciutkie. Pościel i ręczniki codziennie wymieniane i do tego sprzatane, nawet myja naczynia i wyrzucaja śmieci. Jedno z lepszych miejsc w jakich byliśmy. Jeden mały minus, to brak podjazdu dla niepełnosprawnych i to tyle. Polecamy, super!

"Horrible experience"
Construction ongoing right outside our room Elevator not working. Knob in shower fell off. Very noisy. Front desk staff not helpful when asked a question. I forgot a comb and front desk did not have any but couldn't think of anyplace to buy one. Not recommended.

Dorchester Hotel is in a convenient location however we would not use the hotel again for the following reasons. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The toilet didn't flush properly. Our room was right next to the road and was noisy. The guy running the tour desk was rude an less than helpful. The bar at the hotel is a rip off. $13.00 […] for a glass of merlot is outrageous and the attitude of the barmaid when questioned about the price left a lot to be desired. "Great Location & Access to Beach"
Couldn't ask for a better location, only 3 blocks from Lincoln Mall and restaurants. Great pool, access to the beach using the Marseilles across the street (comes with two lounge chairs and an umbrella), and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the hotel is older but renovated. Great value for price, I will stay again!
"Wrestlemania 2012"
I took my granddaughter and her friend to Wrestlemania 2012. I chose the Dorchester because the reviews were good and it appeared to be in a good part of town for a grandmother and 2 14 year olds. The hotel was delightful and because we were only there for one night the hotel upgraded us to a suite. What a delight. The girls thought they were in heaven! […] I had previously warned them about bad neighborhoods, bed bugs, bad food, etc. The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier, from the check in, to the bell hop to checking out. The hotel is within walking distance of Lincoln Road and across the street from the beach, so the location is great. The room is the bare minimum, but comfortable enough. "Handicapped room"
For some reason when I checked in they "upgraded" me to a suite which was actually the handicapped room. the room is located next to the fitness center but far away from everything else in the hotel -- except for the pool which is just outside the door. the room was VERY basic and had I known what the room was like I probably would have declined the […] upgrade. "Ok stay at Dorchester!"
Overall good stay, couple of blocks away from great restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were super nice, newly renovated. However bathrooms were terrible - very 70s with mould and rust issues.
"Exceptional Value"
For the money I spent this is by far the best hotel room I have had in twenty years. The room I had was a small apartment! At almost 500 sqft for the same cost as a room by the airport, it is a deal that cannot be beat in a great location. Book it today!

I am staying at the dorchester as I write this review. I really like this hotel. First of all the location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything. Not on the beach but you have access to their hotel across the street that is. We got upgraded to a Jr suite and really love it. "The Dorchester Hotel in Miami"
I stayed at the Dorchester Hotel for 5 nights in late February. The hotel room itself was pretty nice. I liked the fact that it had hardwood floors over carpets (I figure carpets are much grosser and wood can be cleaned better). The hotel room was clean, modern, and a reasonable size. The hallways of the hotel are a little dated and kind of have a musty […] odor, but there was no odor in the actual hotel room so I didn't really care. I never used the pool because I prefer the beach. The hotel comes with 2 free beach chairs and umbrella for each day you stay, which was a great deal. The Dorchester Hotel and the Marseilles Hotel (nearby) have some sort of agreement to use the lounge chairs on the beach for the Marseilles Hotel. The Marseilles is on the walk to the beach so we just stopped in and picked up towels there and then headed to the beach. The only complaint I have about the hotel room is the shower was a little dated, but not a big deal because I don't go barefoot in public showers anyhow. We did have a few minor issues (toilet clog and hairdryer broke), and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and responsive to correct the issues. The location was pretty good. It wouldve been nicer to be a little closer to the heart of the action on the Ocean Drive area but it was only a 10-15 min walk. You can also take the 25cent per person bus down (not sketchy at all. just tourists) to the southern portion of south beach and then walk your way back up and check things out. I would also recommend the Lincoln Mall area for dining/coffee/starbucks...This is an outdoor mall (basically a very wide street with lots of shops/restaurants/starbucks with lots of outdoor seating areas. It is much cleaner, newer, and less seedy than the rest of South Beach. This hotel continues to be my favorite And I am a frequent overnighter to South Beach. Unsolicited upgrade was an added treat even though we were guests during the SOBE Wine and Food weekend.

Hotel located near to museum, shopping centers, movie theater, clubs, beach and restaurants. most of the time i walked, sometimes I took a taxi. Stuff were very pleasant and helpful. I didn't regret that i choose this hotel.

Pretty good stay. Location is great. Hotel room was clean. Only complaint would be the noisy window air conditioners and our room faced the main street. You could hear the traffic all night.

"Quiet in South Beach"
I like this hotel as it's a bit removed from being directly on Collins Ave.- nice little courtyard sets it back a bit. My only complaint would be that the bathroom had permanent stains on the floor that made it seem a little dirty. Front desk staff were very nice. I would stay there again.
"great hotel on a budget"
Very nice hotel. rooms are clean and newly renovated. hotel fee included towel and the beach chair (ask at the front desk). The only one thing to be aware of- try to avoid rooms that face the street (my friends stayed in such room and they said that it was very noisy).
"Dorchester Suites--great location"
The Dorchester has a beautiful courtyard and convenient bar downstairs. The rooms are comfortable and room service was great--fast and good. Beach access is very close, as are many great restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again when in Miami.
"Pleasantly surprised"
The Dorchester sits on Collins - not on the beach side - but no big deal. I couldn't get into the Loews, which was my destination. This was a good second choice. The room was clean and quite tidy. If there's a complaint, it's that the chair for the desk is uncomfortably small.

The hotel has a very convenient location and the bus from the airport stops right outside. I didn't find it to be noisy even though my room faced the street. "Cozy Place"
Over all, great place! Only complaints, parking...$28.00 dollars for a 24 hour period. No-Way!!! Last, I went to the front desk to ask if I could have a cup of hot water and she said...no hot water. No place is perfect, my husband , kids and I would stay there again.

The hotel was not bad at all. The location is ok and the staff was friendly. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that they have no coffee pot in the room and you have to go downstairs to get coffee. They also charge you for EVERYTHING. "Smell of smoke"
The hotel was OK, but there was a smell of smoke in the room which just wouldn't go away. Pretty noisy too since we had a room towards the bar. Staff friendly, good location and no other problems, but the overall impression wasn't that good.

- Too much hype about their renovation - Basically there's no sun at the pool area until late afternoon (3pm) - Most of the gym equipment is broken - I like the happy hour and the size of the room but nothing special. - They charge you a service fee $10 a night whether you like it or not. "Avoid Room First Floor Rooms"
There are rooms on the first floor just off of the lobby. In the lobby there is a baby grand piano. This functions like an "attractive nuisance." On my first night there (a Saturday) there were "tipsy" clients who would drift in through the night and decide to show their friends the song they learned to play when they were 13. "the suite was big and very comfortable"
we were there on a family vacation, with children, and the suite provide us with a lot of room and a very nice kitchen, with a full size refrigeretor, microwave, all you need! The swimmming pool was nice and big, and all staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and the omelettes were delicious!

"One night stay"
We had two suites reserved ,it's was like having your own apartment, very large and clean and well decorated .Breakfast included. Close to South Beach for half the price. One of the suites had a problem with the AC but within hours they gave us another suite. Beautifull surrounds,garden and pool. We all liked.

We were just in town on a layover, and the airport bus (public transportation) stopped right in front of the hotel. The facilities were nice and the room was great. It was also an easy walk to the beach or to restaurants.

We stayed at the Dorchester Hotel for the second time. Compared to other hotels in South Beach it's a really good value. The rooms are very nice and large and the hotel is quite well maintained. Except for the rooms that are to the street, it's relatively quiet and we slept very well. The hotel is a short walk to Lincoln Road and close to the beach. […] A big plus is that guests can use the beach access of the Marseilles Hotel across the street. Just don't leave your pajamas on the bed or they will be gone after the bed is made. "Not for Business Travelers"
I stayed @ this hotel due to it's close proximity to the convention center as I was going to Miami for the convention. While the location is GREAT, this hotel does not cater to business travelers. The iternet was down for 1 day while I was there. During the remainder of my stay, anytime I did manage to access the internet, it would kick me off about […] 20 minutes after I logged on. The terrible iternet connection made it almost impossilbe for me to work. In addition to the shotty internet connection in the room, the public computer in the lobby had a printer that never worked either. I also had to send a fax and of course the fax machine was broken. While this hotel has a great location to the beach and it is good for people on vacation, I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone that needs a good internet conneciton. I'll not stay there anymore. Room was located next to the road and I was not able to sleep due to big noise from the street. The quality of this hotel is absolutely not a worth of the money I payed for it. Hotel pool was dirty.
"Too much construction noise!"
Starting exactly at 7 AM every morning tremendous construction/ demolition noise was right outside. The whole building shook! After getting to bed at 2 AM and not having to get up early, this was a bummer. I called the front desk to see if I could change rooms - he asked why - I told him about the demolition going on next door - he was surprised - "oh […] really? I will come and see.". My gosh - it could be heard throughout the hotel! It turned out building and road construction was going on all around the hotel - three sides! So there was no point in moving, The hotel is very old and obsolete and certainly not worth the money. The only redeeming factor was that it was only 2 blocks from the convention center - walking through the road construction. In addition, the walls are paper thin - can hear everything next door - and at spring break this was noisy, too - with people arriving to their room at all hours of the AM - 3 AM 4 AM. The hotel was great for the price compared to the near by options. Location was perfect. Only complaints - bathroom was not all that clean when we checked in and there was only limited parking so the first night we didn't have a spot.
"Lots of outages"
During our 6 day stay, there was no hot water on 3 nights. The Internet didn't work for one day, as well. Very inconsistent response to our complaints and there was no offer to make up for the problems.
