This hotel is in a nice location. The rooms were well furnished. That's about all the nice things I have to say about the Hilton… Room service and housekeeping were extremely slow. It took them forever, with multiple calls, to get anything brought up to the room. The customer service wasn't bad… They were not rude. But they were not especially welcoming […] either. The rooms were not cleaned very well. Two of the doors were covered with gook. The main door had a water/oil mark all the way from the top to the bottom. This hotel was really really nice! It was more than what i was expected! It was clean, the staff at the front desk and over the phone were friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The only thing that was wrong is that we waited several several hours for wash clothes because they were backed up!
