Położenie blisko Watford Junction sprawia, że tylko dwie minuty zajmuje spacer, po którym możemy być już w pociągu jadącym do Londynu, pod warunkiem że korzystamy z serwisu Midline, bo London Overground to już dłuższa bajka, ale szybki pociąg pozwoli być w London Euston za 20 minut i pociągi kursują dość często. Jedynym minusem hotelu było u nas mało urozmaicone śniadanie, a właściwie wciąż to samo menu, które przy trzecim posiłku nieco nam zmierzło - kto w PL je fasolkę na śniadanie? Podsumowując obiekt spełnia kryteria przedstawione w ofercie i jesteśmy zadowoleni.

"Excellent service!"
Our room was very small but the service was excellent. Included option to order breakfast in bed at time of our choice. The location was ideal for us being just off the A1. The hotel grounds were very scenic but interupted by a local estate. Highly recommended!
"Good parking"
This hotel has free parking which is a bonus. Have stayed here many times over the last 10 years, the decor hasn't changed in that time and is looking shabby in places. The rooms are comfortable and have good en suite facilities. Breakfasts are good and the service has improved recently.
"Great Hotel bringing car to London"
The hotel is just off the M1 if you are coming from the north. Easy to find, free car parking. The tube is a good 20 minute walk, we took a taxi back,it cost 6 pounds. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing. restaurant a bit pricey but the breakfast very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Hotel itself was set in lovely area and was of a high standard of cleanliness. Decor was beautiful too. Rooms were comfortable,bathroom could be updated. Service in restaurant is what let hotel down.First morning waited one hour to order as did many other customers.In evening restaurant food was nice but again a bit of a delay getting menus etc.

"A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price"
We stayed at the Hendon Hall Hotel in Ashley Lane, North London for 5 days this November. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well kept; in serene surroundings and only a short drive away from Central London. The hotel provides free parking as well as free wifi everywhere in the hotel, including in the room. The complimentary breakfast is hot and […] the spread makes it possible for you to choose anything you can think of in an English Breakfast. Best of all you can have it in your room! Laura at the reception (and everyone else too) was very helpful and friendly. Our flight landed very early and they managed to give us one of our rooms on arrival, well before the 3 pm check-in. When you consider this hotel is 10 miles out of London it is still charging Cebtral London Prices. A large glass of wine and a coke cost £10. Really nice hotel, nicely furnished quiet rooms. Interesting furniture around the building. Great free parking. Good service at reception. The only area to let the stay down was breakfast service. I was seated by the greeter, but there was no explanation of how breakfast works at Hendon Hall. Cold food is on the buffet, but hot food is cooked to order. […] Other guests who arrived after me were served before me. I asked for coffee as soon as I sat down, but it never arrived. As I stood up to leave, I was asked if I had ordered coffee, I said that they had taken too long and that I had to leave, the response was Oh. The sound insulation is not good. You can hear TV from the next door. Others are good. The warming attendants. An excellent egilish breakfast.

We stayed a total of 3 nights. This is a nice hotel with polite staff but unfortunately being polite did not help us with a simple problem we had with the bed in our room. Our problem was that the mattress was lopsided due to a wheel missing on the base of the mattress, when we complained about it in the morning we were told that the hotel is fully […] booked so they do not have another room for us but they will send housekeeping. We arrived late that night to the room to find that nothing had changed and when we complained again the following morning we received the same response that they will send housekeeping. The room was a little cramped, the double bed seemed small, and there was some outside noise from the air handling unit below the bedroom that meant we had to keep the window closed at night. I don't think we had the best room and there are better ones! However, this was outweighed by a generally very good hotel in a very convenient location for N London. Delighted with our stay. Attentive and polite staff. Room was small, however very nicely appointed/decorated. Bathroom was quite large with in-tub shower. Shower water pressure during early morning period was annoyingly low at times. Close to Hendon Central subway station (30 minute walk or 5 minute cab ride). Flott hotell med komfortable rom og utmerket service :) Hotellet ligger ca. 40 min fra sentrale London, men buss-stopp like utenfor hotellet med stopp ved undergrunnsbanen Golders Green. Man kan også gå til nærmeste undergrunn, Hendon Central, ca. 15 min. Med undergunnsbanen tar det ca. 10 min til Camden. Hôtel très class, avec parking (+++ à Londres !!). Un breakfast excellent et varié et un service très agréable. Bon confort de la chambre. Juste un petit "bémol" : la vue, une vue "imprenable" sur un mur (la chambre était au rez-de-chaussée) et une toile d'araignée dans un coin de la chambre qui est restée pendant les 3 jours !
