Room did not include any hangers. General condition was a bit tired and old. No elevators, stayed on 3rd floor. Location is a bit difficult to find.

"Bad Experience"
We were not satisfied at all with our stay. Thank goodness it was only for one night. The hotel is located in a poorly lit industrial area. Just when you think you are lost....you're there! I just want to inform you of the substandard services at this location. I tried for over an hour to connect to the WIFI services to no avail. I am thankful that I am only staying here for one night. The staff at the front desk was no help and one time when I called the front desk, nobody answered and it was only 08:45pm. As a person who travels a lot, […] I try to stay at different hotels, but this is one that I very seriously doubt I will ever stay at again in the near future. "Business, two night stay"
got there late in day, did not have elevader, not good news since I had 2 heavy coolers I needed to put in my room to work out of for next 2 days. Large ref. in room was life saver. I will make sure I book room couple weeks ahead and check with location to make sure I get room on bottom floor.

So I had a chance to stay at Extended Stay...was very pleased. The room was clean and neat. I asked for a smoking room was very happy the room didn't smell. Checking in was very easy. Overall stay was great!

The property's location is an obscure corner near a mobile home court. It seemed odd that anyone would put a hotel there. Not for the faint of heart.

"No pillows?"
At check in I requested an extra pillow, and was told they are not available, kitchen only stocked with a single set of silverware, and had to share counter with ants.
"My Stay at Extended Stay in Chatt, TN"
For the price couldn't beat it at all. Came to TN for the Trail of Tears Ride from Chatt, TN to Oklahoma. Will stay here again if in the area.

The room was nice and clean and at a very good price. I booked it online at hotels.com then the hotel itself charged me also but that charge should and better be goin back into my account. They tried to be sneaky but I checked my account balance and caught it. Beware of that

The absolute best hotel I've ever stayed in. Comfortable. Nice. Clean. I could have used a few more towels but overall it was very pleasant. I will be staying there every visit i make to Chattanooga.

The hotel was a bit out of the way. You will most likely need your GPS to find this place. The people at the front desk were friendly and the hotel was clean. Not fancy, but clean. It was definately worth the rate we were charged, and we would stay there again. It is a no frills but clean place to sleep.

This hotel was a good deal and had some of the better ratings than others in the the Chattanooga area. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful when I needed directions to a restaurant. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard, but I normally sleep on a pillowtop, so..anyway, overall I was very pleased with our stay.
"Needed an inexpensive place to stay"
My daughter had a softball tournament in Ringgold, GA of course all the hotels were booked way in advance. I needed a place to stay that was convenient to the park and this was the place. The price was great, the customer service in the lobby was phenomenal.

Hotel was great, Staff was friendly. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Only thing I will mention is traveler should have GPS to find this place it is a little difficult to find.

The staff was very nice. Office is not open all night. The noise from the highway was awful. Good for a cheap one night room

Hotel was hard to find even with GPS(Hotel was 3/4 block away from where GPS brought me to). My room was facing the Interstate and traffic noise was excessive. The room was basic with a recliner chair, bed, kitchenette, small 2 person table, TV, WiFi, and bath. Basic was ok for what I paid. I would stay again -just not on the side facing the Interstate. "Extended Stay"
Hotel was very loud. I could hear a dog barking, people talking in other rooms and traffic from the nearby interstate. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

"Extended stay motel"
Rooms have full kitchen; good for an extended stay. Also close to airport, so you can be at the terminal in less than a minute. Also, if you are returning a rental car, gas station is just 1/2 mile away and return to airport is easy. Perfect for hotel when you just want to sleep and get to and from the Chattanooga Airport quickly and easily.

"Hotel was hard to find"
Their is not signs on the hwy indicating that the hotel was down the road, very hard to find specially at night.

Extended Stay is an excellent hotel for the business traveler who is staying in an area for some period of time and doesn't want to eat out. The rooms are clean and update . The area is quiet but about 3 miles from Hamilton Mall where there are plenty of shopping and dining options. guest of the hotel are given free access to The Rush workout facilities. "Suite??"
We paid extra for the "suite" - which was NOT.......just a handicapped room. Was close to the airport, the only good thing about our stay.
"Kinda uncomfortable"
Small lobby had three young men sittin in it....all day, every day, for four days I was there....always there, always on the laptops, never saying anything, but you have to walk right by them It's just weird. Not sure why they didnt just get a room or why they weren't run off by the managenet, Didn't come across very professional.

Check in was a breeze, paid through "Hotels.com". Room was very clean and good for the money. No pool, unconfortable bed and pillows the only things wrong with our stay.
