The rooms stink of something stale. Tried to clear it out but couldn't get it out. The second night I was getting bit up early in the morning around 3am I checked out and started back on the road to go home.

We have stayed here several times and the staff is always very friendly. We had one of our dogs with us and manager waived the pet fee because our room wasn't ready when we got there which was appreciated. May not be top of the line but for the price it is fine and we will continue to stay there every time we visit the area. Can't beat the convenient […] location and the pool is always enjoyable. There was no wifi one of the beds were broken the pool had so much cloriene in it my $50 swimsuite that was denim turned purple and my little girl got a rash! We were ther 2 days and could not get clean towls or trash removel! I paid $20 dollars for my dog and was only allowed to walk him in certain areas and only outside! This place sucks!

This hotel shouldn't be open!!

My room didn't have towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, soap, or shampoo, but the front desk people brought me some. They were friendly and the room was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was a decent room cheap.

We stayed there for 3 nights and throughout the length of our stay our room was NEVER CLEANED by housekeeping. We had to call down to the desk just to get more towels. All of the towels looked dirty - a yellowish color to all of them during our stay. The room was layered in dust. There was always loud noise from the hallways and slamming doors all night […] long every night of our stay. We complained after the first day to the desk about our room not being serviced. Room 202 is right above the hotel lobby so you get the pleasure of hearing the door open and slam shut all night. Lovely! We requested to move and the hotel was very accommodating.

My husband and I reserved this room a few days in advance and were pleased with the location, It was a very short drive to the aquarium and other sights we were going to visit without having to pay for the additional costs of being closer. That is the only positive I can give this hotel. The rooms cleanliness was awful. The lamp shades were stained, […] cobwebs were in all the corners, air conditioner was not on so the room was quite stuffy for a long time, windows were open throughout the hotel which made it stifling, the towels were threadbare, one small bottle of shampoo and one small bar of soap. You would think that the problems would stop there but sadly it didn't. We decided to go to the INDOOR hotel pool (another reason why we chose this hotel). The air conditioning was not on and all the doors were open with no screens so bugs ran rampant. After spending a brief time in the pool we got into the hot tub. The water was so slimy- it was gross. While we were getting out of the hot tub to go back into the pool a trio of guests came in with their beer bottles and a dog. The gentleman informed the dog that he would have to wait to get into the pool because 'there were other people in there." Later when we looked into the pool area there were 2 dogs with their owners. The sign clearly stated no animals or alcoholic beverages. We then remained in our room for the rest of our stay. My husband called down to request more pillows and the lady told him that he would have to wait til 10 for the end of her shift. at 10:15 he walked down to the desk and she was sitting talking to the person taking over the shift. After asking again she said she would have someone get the pillows for him. 10 minutes later a man came to the door-didn't look our way and basically threw the pillow at us... I know one might think we are making this up but no one can make this poor service story up. We arrived and my wife is disabled and the clerk told us our room is on the 2nd floor with NO elevater. We are back in our car, not knowing what we are going to do and the clerk runs outside to our car and told us he would change our room to the 1st floor but that is the SMOKING floor. We had no choice and had to take the room since there is no refund […] from hotels.com. We were glad to see that there was a microwave and a refrigerater in the room so we went to Walgreens and bout some sherbet and ice cream. The next night we decided to eat some sherbet and when we took it out of the freezer it was melted. We checked the ice cream and it was melted. The black berries that we had in the refrigerater section was froze solid. If we had only known, we would have stored the ice cream and sherbet down there instead of the freezer. We had to throw them both away. During the entire week the stench of smoke permeated our clothing and our lungs.The 2nd day, we came back from our conference and we could not get the card to open the door. I went up to the front desk and told the clerk. He said he reformated my card and I walked back to the room, my wife standing there the whole time waiting, and the card still would not open the door. I walked back up again and told the clerk then went back and waited beside the door for him. After a while my wife, in a lot of pain, walked up the hall and told the clerk again that we could not get in our room. We waited and he came and could not open the door either. Then he said he had to go get a screw driver. We kept waiting and he came back and said he would have to crawl through the window of our room to get in. We waited some more and then he opened the door from inside the room. We now knew we are not safe in this motel if anyone can just use a screwdriver and open the window and come in on us. I would not recommend staying here. We stayed in a non-smoking room that had multiple cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter. The towels were covered in hairs. We will never use Super 8 again.

Walked into hotel knew we were in trouble, going to room, no screen on open window and i think it was suppose to be a mirror but couldn't tell for the dirt. the fridge didnt work the faucet came out of the sink when you turned the water on, the faucet came out when you turned the shower on. the furniture was more than worn. told the front desk clerk […] he said he would look into it. i would not reccommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This place is disgusting!! Not worth even the cheap price! First off had to change rooms because the wall unit air conditioning didn't work in the first room. The front desk clerk changed our rooms but then proceeded to make it sound like it was my fault for wanting to switch rooms. Everything looked dirty, the shower had dirt floating in it when you […] turned the water on, I didn't even want to pull the sheets back to lay down on the bed. Was not real happy with the room we stayed in,,,, the bed was to say the least old and when you laid on it there was no support what so ever. There were even holes in the mattress. The only plus was we were there on the Fourth of July weekend and were able to see the fireworks from our bedroom window.

We stayed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Check-in was quick and easy but we were asked if we required housekeeping. We told them it was not necessary to come in to make the beds but we would like clean towels everyday, they said no problem. We NEVER got clean towels and had to ask for them on Friday and Saturday. One evening the pool was full of children and others swimming, as we walked to our second floor room, we looked out over the pool and noticed a couple having sex in the hot tub while the pool was full of children and other adults - didn't mind the free show but it just added to the lower rating we would give to this location. The hotel room was very dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower was dirty, the carpet needed cleaned, the room was suppose to be non smoking but it smelled like smoke. There was no complimentary shampoo or toiletry items and the towels felt like sand paper. I will never stay at another at this hotel chain again. The room looked nothing like […] the picture. Generally worth the price. Mattress and box spring badly needed to be replaced (Box Stained and dirty). Pool and spa were very acceptable. The biggest complaint we had was in trying (unsuccessfully) to get additional bath towels and toilet paper!

Where to start? Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. So imagine our horror when we opened the door of the room and were overwhelmed by a severely strong odor of cigarette smoke. The desk clerk came up to the room, and claimed he couldn't smell any smoke (we later saw him smoking outside so that explains that). To their credit, they moved […] us to a different room, but there was still a faint odor of smoke, that a smoker probably wouldn't notice, but a non-smoker would definitely pick up. The smoke was a problem because my wife and son both have asthma. Then there was the actual condition of the room. Filthy. Stains on the walls and carpet, grunge in the corners and along the bottom of the wall of the bathroom. I can't imagine what stains a black light would have shown on the beds. I was very close to just walking and eating the amount of money I spent on the room. The pool was freezing...the hot tub was lukewarm. The back door that was supposedly locked "24 hours a day" didn't lock. We didn't dare eat the continental breakfast. I should have spent a few dollars more and stayed somewhere else. would not recommend.... dirty rooms and hallways. Had to switch rooms at arrival due to beding not being changed.. used sheets!!!!! how gross is that.

This hotel was not a very decent setting for a family. The staff was polite when you spoke to them in person, but if you got them on the phone for any reason you might as well forget it. I requested that they not clean the room the morning after we checked in but I did want it cleaned the second day and they refused!!! We checked out after the refusal […] and drove 2 hours north to stay in a much better hotel where we knew they would be friendly and provide us with the service you expect on a vacation. This was our second stay here. We found the staff to be friendly, hotel to be reasonably clean, room to be acceptable and enjoyed the pool & hot tub very much. We will continue to stay at this hotel every time we return to the area.

The guy at the front desk is great! This was our second stay there and he was the one that handled our check-in both times and everything went very well and he is fantastic. The room was clean and the pool and spa were great. I have family in the area and will continue to stay at this same location every time we go for a visit. The hotel room keys were barely functional. I had to replace them at least 10 times, and they would still only work about three to four times before locking us out of the room. There were multiple guests with the same problem, I didn't appreciate being told I was the only one with the problem when I personally talked to three other couples stuck in […] the hall way at the same time. Clean, quiet, decent parking, all rooms accessed from inside, very nice staff, breakfast looked good but ended at 0930, so we missed it by 5 minutes

Quality of the hotel is very poor. Very poor breakfast. Didn't have any fresh fruit. Not enough shampoo and soap. Air conditioning doesn't work properly. Morning Crew were rude. I wanted some milk for my coffee at 9:35 but morning crew refuse to give me any milk because breakfast ended at 9:30 AM. wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The hallways and our room smelled like bug spray and strong cleaners - gave us such headaches we couldn't sleep well.

Pool was small. Couldve been cleaner, and breakfast wasn't much but overall nice.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was a bit dated (carpet worn, paint not in great condition) but it was comfortable and clean. Pool was very small, spa was warm but not overly hot as some are in other hotels. The night we were there, fireworks from the ball park started going off at 10:30pm and surprised us.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. The pictures on line were know where near what it was really like. I will not stay there agian. The staff were argueing and people were hanging out the windows. I was disapointed in the hotel and Hotels.com

We had to ask the second day of our stay for new towels as the cleaning crew didn't replace the used ones (or dump the trash, or make the beds). The exterior entrance to the rooms was sharp on the metal piece at the bottom of the door and did not open correctly.

Thought I was getting an inexpensive hotel stay - wound up with a cheap room. Sorry but cannot recommend this to anyone else - not even for a short overnight stay.
