"Bed Bugs and Roaches found in bed and room"
Bed bugs were found in the bed and roaches on the mini fridge. I have called twice trying to resolve this issue, but have not gotten anywhere. I called on Sunday, April 29 and the cust. svc rep was to call me back on Monday. No call was received. I called again on Tuesday but still no resolution.

When we walked into our first room, it was clear that it was either still occupied or hadn't been cleaned yet: bed wasn't made, towels on the floor, lights on, etc. When we walked into our second room, same situation! We finally went and asked for a new room (or our money back!), and we finally got a decent room. Overall, the hotel was pretty run-down, […] especially from the outside, but it is located on a strip with a TON of restaurants and other stores, and right off the freeway so it's very convenient. The free breakfast provided was pretty lame - very few options other than coffee, bagels, and a few danishes. "You get what you pay for"
My family and I were in town for a 3 day convention. We needed an affordable place to stay so we picked the Days Inn. It is about a 15 minute drive from the Convention Center downtown, but it is close to lots of restaurants, which was a plus. I just can't recommend this motel to anyone. The good points: the front desk staff was friendly. The restaurant […] across from the hotel offered us a discount. The location is just off of the interstate. The bad points: The parking lot was small and crowded. We would normally return after dark and had trouble finding a parking space in a well lit area. Had to park some distance from the motel and did not feel safe leaving our vehicle there. The shower had a clump of hair on the wall of the shower when we checked in. The outlet for the coffee maker did not work. The iron was broken and we had to ask for a replacement. The hot water in the shower only worked if you turned the knob towards the cold but only turned the knob about an inch from being off. If you turned the knob to full blast in either direction, the water stayed cold. I found this out after being there for two days and experiencing a cold shower. It took a long time for housekeeping to clean the rooms. We would arrive around 1 PM to rest after lunch and our room was still uncleaned. I couldn't get the key to work. The stair height was larger than most stair heights. I couldn't log onto the Internet , due to the strength of the signal, even after 3 calls to the office. I also don't think my room was fully cleaned. There was a "stain" on the toilet seat that I had to clean off before use.

The only complaint I had was that the key to the room didn't work half the time, but the personnel was very good about the situation.

Room was extremely noisy, you could hear every footstep and voice from the room directly above. It is very old and run down, I would not recommend this place. For a few dollars more I would go to another place nearby.
"Not a bad deal!"
For the money this was a good deal. Close to good eating. It is located right off of the interstate, and easy to get to. There was no bugs which was nice and important for me. Room was clean and hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

I was on a tight budget when I stayed here. I got what I paid for. Electical outlets didnt work, bed was very uncomfortable and didnt have fitted sheets. Pillows were lumpy and the room smelled of mold and cigarettes. Phone in room was not in working order.
The soke de-tecter was missing alarm clock non fuynctional (Room 148) There wa no fire...and the front desk woke me ,via phone.
We arrived about 4pm the room was not cleand untill after we checked in. We booked a room with a king bed but what thay called a king was queen bed. the sheets were to small and would not stay on The exhaust fan in the bath did not work. There was paint peeling on the ceiling.

This place is not at all newly renovated. The room we had had the facet coming off of the sink and the toilet as loose. The beds were clean and it was nice to have a microwave and refridgerator but we could have stayed two hotels down and had a better room. I won't be going back.

The beds were really old and there was no support for the body,, very very soft and they were very low to the floor. The bathroom had tile that was missing and others which needed to be replaced. The shower faucet was almost impossible to turn on, it took six or seven rotations just to get the water to begin to come on.
Said was recently renovated which scares me to think what this place was like before. Very noisy. I've felt more secure in a tent. Beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were too small to stay on the mattress. Poorly lit parking lot. Dirty windows. Worst place I have ever stayed. Mold in the bathroom to the point you couldn't shut the door due to the smell, vent falling from the ceiling, people yelling outside at 2am. Lots of hotels in the area, your better off staying at any one of those.

Location is good many places to eat. Does come with continential breakfast -although it is not listed. The pool looked very nice - too cool of a day to check pool temp. The only CON was the location of my room 126 (127 would be the same problem) VERY NOISEY!! People tend to congregate RIGHT OUITSIDE MY WINDOW to SMOKE AND TALK - its like an echo chamber! "Do not advise..."
I thought twice about staying at the hotel from the outside appearance. However, the actual room was nice and had a refrigerator. The room seemed to be cleaned, but not thoroughly. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower. There were burn marks from the comforter through the sheets, which was odd since it was a non-smoking room.

If all you want is a cheap place to sleep this is ok. Facility is very run down, parking lot breaking up, numbers off doors, etc. Our door number was a post it note. Still the beds/rooms were clean, the local was quiet enough, and all we did was sleep there. Great rate.

First room the toilet would not flush, second room the faucet on sink could be pulled right out of sink as had no nuts on bottom to help hold in place. If you are looking for luxury, stay away. "Adequate for Overnight Stay"
Nothing special about this place. We arrived very late in the evening and found no one at the front desk and lobby doors locked, but called earlier in day to inform them of late arrival to be told someone would be at front desk all evening. We had to call hotels.com to get them to get in contact with the hotel to let them know we were in the parking […] lot. We had numerous troubles getting the room keys to work with the door locks that had corrosion. Attendant gave us three sets of replacements cards, all of which didn't work. He finally had to come out of locked lobby to assist us with the room locks and see for himself that the keys were not working. Room was comfortable once we got in. "Never again"
Very old and dumpy motel. Should be closed and renovated. Water fixtures loose on sink toilet loose on the floor,and tou could read the newspaper thru the blanket. avoid this place at all costs!!! After this stay at this Days Inn I will never stay in another Days Inn again I would rather sleep in my car!!!!!
It is fine. You get what you pay for at this hotel. Low cost and not many frills, which for a one-night stay is all I require. I have stayed here multiple times without any problems.

"the worse stay ever"
i checked IN about 12 am ..it was like 4 degrees outside the desk clerk wouldnt even let me in the building i had to stand outside for 10 mins while he checked me in then when i get to my room the room was very very cold no heat i changed rooms 3 times heat still didnt work i asked for a refund he refused i had my 90 year old grand mother with me she […] was too tired to move another inch so i stayed in the room we bundled up in 1 bed using all the blankets it the room from both beds the room finally warmed up 5 hours later by this time we had to check out THE WORSE MOTEL OF ALL TIMES Przeczytaj więcej

The motel was clean and the people were very friendly. The breakfast was typical continental style. North American continent that is. They could use some newer matresses tho'. In all for a one or two nighter, it was worth the money. I'd give it a conditional 4 star rating.

If you are going to sleep......just sleep, it will be okay. Check the room before you actually move your belongings in.....including the beds...i.e. conditions of the mattresses.

This is dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in the US. The hotel lobby door is lucked by 11 pm. I have to get some tooth brush thru a hole in the window. There drugs and wild party going on in the hotel. This is totally a nightmare.

"Shady area"
Shady area... the surrounding neighborhood is not the best. Breakfast room was okay, but there were several dirty people with no shoes on walking around in it. Carpet in room was damp, maybe from steam cleaning or the pool. Ceiling in one bathroom was missing. Nice people working there, but this motel needs quite a bit of work.

The price was right. No frills and for the price I got what I expected. The location was good with plenty of resturants in the surrounding area and also close to the soccer tournament.

"adequate for the price"
Hotel was what you would expect for the price. Front desk was quick to check us in. We were not able to get a microwave as the website said, but hotel staff let us use theirs happily. Older hotel, but good enough for the money. It was good for our needs for a last minute cheap overnight stay
"Great on a buget"
Overall this hotel was better than I expected for the price. If you wanted to get gas, go shopping or find a place to dine you didn't have to go far.

Under al kritik. Yderst nedslidt, mange af værelserne stod tomme, det kneb at få døren til værelset lukket, rent ud sagt et håndværkertilbud. Hotellet lå som det yderste på hotelruten. Selv gæsterne var "nedslidte", virkede som et sted med mere eller mindre illegale indvandrere. Det bør fjernes fra listen

El hotel no esta mal, un poco alejado de la ciudad, y con ciertos problemas en la conexion a internet. Las habitaciones son un tanto fragiles, en cuanto uno nota los pasos de la gente que anda por el pasillo exterior. Lo mejor la atencion del personal
