"Springhill Suites- Houston Hobby - Best Matress"
I stayed a couple of nights, the King room is small but with all the advertises ammenities, the bed was the best part, the mattress soft and plenty of pillows. I didnt like the swimming pool location out there by the entrance, the breakfast wasn't all great, pretty basic, I thought all Marriot were the same but obviously I was wrong, Residence Inn by […] Marriot is much nicer. "Comfy stay; not so good eats"
My husband, his family and I had three rooms between all of us (hubby, our kids and I had our own), for two nights, and everyone seemed rather pleased with thier accommodations. We loved the separate living area, it came in handy as we visited with one another. Our rooms were very clean, more so than many other hotels I've stayed at. "stopped up commode"
Worst service ever. This hotel does even have toilet plugger to fix stopped commode. Long story, but having to go downstairs to lobby to use restroom in the middle of the night is crazy. Then them trying to change us to different room @ 4am is even worse.

Overnight accommodation. Walk to fast food and sports bar. Proper temperature controls and quiet location. Overall god quality, friendly staff

"Great stay with family!"
The hotel is in a very accessible location to the freeway. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great if you have time to eat there. They ran out of food a few times though. The food ladies brought out the food as fast as they could. The room was recently updated. The room looked so nice and clean and the green […] color scheme just made it feel very relaxing. The fridge was a huge plus since we had to store milk for our toddler. "Good choice"
It was easy to find coming from the airport and I liked that it was right behind a Taco Cabana. Breakfast was good also.
"5 minutes to Hobby, but is it really a Marriott"
This hotel was very close to the airport,but it was a little pricey for the quality and overall condition of the room. I had to double check to make sure I booked a Marriott because the simple touches that make a Marriott room so comfortable were missing from this hotel.

The politeness of the staff and thoughtfulness of the breakfast set up and vending options plus the microwave in each room were truely impressive.

The hotel did a good job making up for its poor location by offering free shuttle service 24 hours per day to various restraunts and shopping in the area. The free wireless internet did NOT work as the access point refused all connections.
"Nice Hotel"
Aside from the annoying desk clerk, our experience was just fine. We had to attend a funeral and the hotel was in a good spot for us. The surrounding neighborhood was very ghetto and I worried about my car in the parking lot but all was fine.

Very nice, very clean hotel. Mattresses are memory foam if you like them, I am not a fan. Everything was perfectly spotless in room and functional. No problem with internet service and breakfast buffet in a.m.had a sufficient selection and is a nice convenience prior to flying out.
"Nice Place, Friendly Staff"
Just one night here but I was impressed. Rooms are nice, good bed, good linen, very spacious. My only issue was there were not utensils, just two paper plates and plastic silverware set. Made it hard to open bottles and generally stay in the room to eat.
"Outstanding service - check in/out, breakfast accomadations"
Great room and great price. The room was spacious. The Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was very good - they even left it open longer than the hours - they did not rush us or make us feel we were inconveniencing them. We had 4 children and the best time at the hotel.
