The room was above average in cleanliness, convenience, and comfort. Our only complaint was the TV reception was horrible, and the microwave did not work. When these issues were reported to staff, they didn't seem willing to address them. "Home away from Home"
From the moment I stepped into my room, I felt at home. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I felt very safe. The staff was very pleasant. My stay was amazing. I will not hesitate to stay at Super 8 again.

"My trip to Religh Nort Carolina"
I was taking a class in Raleigh North Carolina. I Am a construction inspector, and could tell the building itself was older. That was on the wing I was staying, but has been totaly re-done. Every thing had been lovenly replaced, or had been updatted. It was really nice, and comfortable. "exceeded all of my expectations"
absolutely loved staying here! the people were nice and were very helpful. the room was exceptionally clean and the bed was nice and comfy. everywhere i wanted to go was 15 mins or less away. including the mall. im going to raleigh a few more times in the next few months and this is where i'm going to stay for now on.

We had a really big problem with the booking (my fault, not their's) - but the staff was absolutely helpful and together with hotels.com we got everything right. Thank you!! This hotel just recently changed from a Econo to Super 8 and I somehow hesitated to book it because there were no reviews on hotels.com. But then I did it and this was a good decision. […] I travel a lot for business (spend about 80 nights in hotels every year) and this was by far the best value I got so far. The facility was small and nice, the surrounding neighborhood (upper scale small shopping center) felt safe and there was no big street or interstate right in front of it. The only thing I could hear in the morning were birds. The room was very clean and cozy. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk and they even had a TV chair with a footrest in there. I normally don't fall asleep in front of the TV, but here I did. Very comfortable bed, everything worked in the shower. When I asked for a hair dryer, the Lady from the front desk came to my room immediately and gave me one. It should have been in my room and she apologized. The breakfast area was kinda small, but very clean and as the whole hotel was small the size was not a problem. Breakfast selection included bagels, muffins, toast, cereals, oat meal, fresh fruit, fruit juices. All that I needed. Whenever I will come back to Raleigh, here's the place I will stay.
