This hotel gives much more value than is expected with the money you pay for a nights stay! Great service, although there is no breakfast, you are close to plenty of restaurants, so not a problem!
"Great Value, clean room"
I enjoyed the deluxe King room. Very nice for the business I needed to get done. Hotel is adjacent to a strip mall with a famous steakhouse chain, and some other nice shops. Stop in to One Eye'd Jacks for some nice live entertainment. Overall, a great room for a great price located in east-central Dayton.

Hotel was nice just had problems checking out guy at front desk was asleep took 30 min to wake him ringing buzzer and calling their phone then he didn't even say sorry never had problems before just this time.

It is a great price. Mattress was very soft and inexpensive. I won't say I would stay there for four days..bad back. When we got into the room, there was still leftover food in the refrdigerator that was from previous person. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Towels were small.

"Red Roof Inn in fairborn Ohio"
The room served its purpose... a place to sleep. We were looking for an affordable price seeing we were staying more than 1 night. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but we did miss some of the regular amenities that you might get at other hotels. (blow dryer, iron, coffee in the room, breakfast) We would stay there again.

I reserved this room for my son and he found it to be comfortable, affordable and convenient.

Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Located next to a gas station/convience store and directly across from the Wright State University and the Nutter Center (a major venue). "Very satisfied here..."
This motel was very satisfactory and is well operated. I stayed at a similarly priced motel the night before and was not happy at all. I definitely recommend this place.

wonderful place to stay . Very friendly and Courteous Staff. Newly remodeled Rooms with 48 inch Big Screen TV's, Wi-Fi and Computer work station desk with light. Refrigerator, Microwave, Safe, and Coffee maker. Will be Staying there again in the Future.

Everything was great except the mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were just lumps with a few feathers in them
"Nice room--some noise and trouble"
The room was very nice. Better than other Red Roof Inns I've stayed in. Deluxe King room had a very comfortable bed and a large desk area, which I really needed to get work done. Free WiFi was great. Speedy and reliable. Checked in late on Friday night. There were numerous police cars and an ambulance at the hotel. There had been a "domestic disturbance." […] On Saturday night people were blasting music from car stereos in the parking lot. One call to the front desk took care of it. Despite these things, I would stay here again. Good value. "It's okay...."
The good: - Cheap hotel - Room rate - Ease of parking - internet access (not the best, but sufficent) The bad: - Room felt damp regradless of how long the a/c was run - Bed was not long enough for 6'4" person - Lack of iron/ironing board in room

Nonsmoking room had stuffy smoking smell. The bed linens were not changed even on the day I checked in. Noisy A/C and neighborhood gas station through the night.

I was super surprised when entering the room....it didn't smell musty or mildewy, but that would be a personal preference!!:) Then I went to lay down on my pillow & there was make-up on it....not too excited about that! "Close to everything"
This hotel is close to everything and we really enjoyed the convienience. There are some great restaurants, the mall and the Air Force base. Love the location! The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. We typically stay in Red Roof and do not generally have a problem with the cleanliness, however the room we were in may have at one time been […] a smoking room, or maybe we were next to a smoking room, but it smelled a little like an ash tray. Also it looked like it had not been dusted in some time. Behind the television was gross. The bathroom is incredibly small. I felt as if I should stand in the tub to properly close the door! "Convenient"
Hotel was right across the street from the Nutter Center which was perfect! Not a fan of outside entry hotels however. The toilet ran which should be looked at. Other than that I feel the room was what we paid for! Ashley at the front desk was great, she helped us a couple times when we called down....tell her thank you!

The bed was not very comfortable. It felt as if you slid to the middle of the bed.
"I would come again"
Everything was really clean and the room was peacful. My only complaint would be the mattress is a little worn and was lop-sided. Other than that, it was a great deal and i would stay again.

"Much needed rest"
We experienced a prolonged power outage, and we were so tired of being cold that we checked into the local Red Roof Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was, even though we were across from the Nutter Center and there was a big game that Friday night. "Red Roof Fairborn-a place to sleep for the night"
Just needed a place to sleep for the night, didn't do any thing else in the area. Would be a place to stay for an event @ the Nutter Center which is just across the streeet.

Motel is shabby, with worn furniture, carpets, bedding, towels, etc. Night clerk gave out keys to an already occupied room - twice.
