It was not the cleanest and nicest room but it was decent. Breakfast was good. Don't think it was worth the money though.

The hotel was off a busy street in a commercial zone but given the surroundings quite quiet. Older building but well maintained. Definitely not luxury accommodations but fine for a night en route to Florida. Good restaurants nearby.

This hotel was barely adequate. There was food on the floor in our room that had not been vaccuumed up between guest stays. There was a LARGE moth in the room that freaked my kids out. We couldn't find anywhere else to stay in this area with dogs for one night, so we ended up here, but were NOT thrilled. "Needs fumigating"
There were small bugs everywhere and one BIG roach. I told them and they were none too excited about it. I itched all day after checkout.

"Impressions"
Room was quite nice, clean which is basic for us. Breakfast was hot and very acceptable. The bathroom was not quite up to snuff. Bath tub joint pretty scruffy. Cleanliness and paint around the base board was not as well done it might have been. Overall it was an acceptable and pleasant visit.

"Not Bad"
It wasn't bad, overall. Could have been a little cleaner.
"Decent accomodation for short stay"
I had some reservations when I booked this hotel, however I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. Room & bathroom was clean, carpet looked new or was recently shampooed. Overall, I was pleased with my stay plus the location was perfect for easy access to the highway & restaurants.....

"LA Quinta Suites in Chattanooga is AWFUL!!!!"
My husband and I arrived very early in the AM... The hotel appeared nice at first...maybe that was because we were tired and it was dark. In going to our room, we couldn't help but hold our breath since the hallways had a very strong smell of urine. Upon arrival at room, we noticed the couch had several large disgusting-looking stains that detoured […] us from going near it. We were so tired from traveling, we dropped our things and went to bed. We both scratched all night, due to feeling like we were being bitten by sand fleas (bed bugs I am assuming - YUCK!) And each time one of us moved, we could hear and feel the bed springs springing and creaking. Got up before it was light out, exhausted from a horrible night, and anxious to get out of that bed. Went to the sink and noticed mold stains all around the sink area and a hand towel with a huge makeup stain right down the front. Had to use the restroom, so I turned on the only available single light switch which also turns on a very loud fan that caused the tiny bathroom to vibrate, and then noticed the wallpaper pealing off the walls around the toilet. Started a shower to get rid of the strong urge to rid myself of the bed-funk, only to find the water pressure left me with a slight spray, which actually was more like a trickle of water - at least it was hot water and thankful we brought our own bar of soap. We went to the front office / lobby to find out how to check out of this arrangement and to get coffee where they said the breakfast was served (once again holding our breath through the hallways due to the urine smell). Coffee was there, but only luke warm / room temperature. And it was terrible, I have had better coffee at the local gas station that's been sitting all day than whatever brand they were serving. The details of the room claim a full breakfast, which we thought would have included some scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, etc. Nope...hard donuts, bagels, and toast. If you need to find a reasonably priced, safe and clean room immediately off the highway, but with no noise, then this is a great place to stay. It is not good for those who want to be inside the downtown area for touristy visits, as the highways are very clogged as of this date (8-2011) due to the rebuilding of 24, and you will wait and drive a lot. The room had been updated with nice features. Very clean and very accommodating. Would stay again when returning. Good value for price point!
"Quality Inn Chattanooga- close to shopping"
The rooms were good size. We had 4 adults in the room and did not feel crowded. We used the sofa bed provided, too. (although it was not very comfortable but what sofa bed is!) Pillows were a little wimpy. breakfast was adequate. Room was clean. We would stay again.

we were very happy with the customer service from all employees encountered. whaterver we requeted they went out of their way to accomodate. Especially housekeeping. Great set of employees. Managers should reward them for job well donr.

"uncomfortable beds"
As I was reading the hotel accomodations. It stated down fill bedding. They did have that but failed to mention that the beds are very uncomfortable. In fact my husband came home with a backache. There was a slight odor at the indoor pool. Otherwise the accomodations were good.

I have no complaints. My two night stay was great. The hotel was clean, comfortable and surrounded by several restaurants, even a mall. Loved it!!

Rooms were very clean. Pool was well maintained. Free breakfast was good. Staff was very frendly. The hotel is an older building with no elevator, so request a ground floor room. Overall a nice clean facility.

"Great hotel for an overnight."
We had booked this hotel online so check in was very efficient. Our room was large enough to sleep 4 adults and 2 kids (on the pull out sofa). We got to enjoy their heated indoor pool. The hotel was all exterior entries so their was some noise at night, there may have been a team of some sort in the hotel but not to bad. "Quality Suite a little stinky"
THe hotel was very friendly and accomodating, but the room had a musty smell. I couldnt get rid of the smell and there were ants in the bathroom. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool (I thought the water had a weird odor), but we had a great time regardless.

All rooms were outside entrance. Had to go out to the pool and outside in morning to bft. Breakfast was fair at best. Sausage was awful. If I make a reservation for 4, I do not expect that I have to go to the front desk to get linens for couch or towels. Should have given them to me when I checked in or have them in the room.

The room was clean but had an "old" smell to it. The sofa cushion had a huge stain on both sides, The staff was friendly and the room fairly clean but the fitness room was tiny with only 3 machines. The hotel looked nice when you got in, but it also looked like someone slapped some lipstick on it and said this will do. You could see a lot of patches in the walls and the bathtubs...wasn't really done very well.

The Quality Suites at Chattanooga was extremely welcoming, even permitting me to park my 24 foot rental truck in front. The room was comfortable and free of any outside noise and the free breakfast was better than expected.

"Not as good as the first two times"
My husband and I travel through Chattanooga quite a bit, and we always have stayed in this hotel because they accommodated dogs. Something has changed about this hotel, though, because we won't be going back. The mattresses are harder than a rock. The hotel staff has scattered cat food around the parking lot, attracting feral cats. There are some sort […] of really territorial birds roosting in the stairways that dive-bombed us on the way to and from our room. The breakfast served did not look appetizing. For the price we paid for our room for the night, it was a disappointing experience. However, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The front desk staff was very friendly. "Overall Good"
Our stay was fine. Two complaints: breakfast needed a bit more attention (cooking spray for waffle maker or new skillet) and room service missed our "do not disturb" sign on outside door handle (probably due to problems in understanding English, or so it seemed). Otherwise, no problem.
"Great for the money"
We just went for a weekend trip. it was closer to downtown than I thought and was really nice. The room was clean, front desk personnel was helpful, and the inside pool and hottub was nice!
