Pokoje faktyczne malutkie - typu kabiny, nie bardzo nadają się na pobytt. 'rodznny'. Hotel bardzo dobry, w typie akademika - moim zdaniem raczej dla młodych ludzi. Swietna rzecz- to możliwość niedpłatnego pozostawienia bagaży w hotelowym 'jobocie' nawet na 24 godziny po opuczeniu pokoju. Polecamy, byliśmya bardzo zadowoleni.

Bathroom was too small to turn around. One has to sit sideways on the toilet to fit. Not surprisingly, the toilet seat was loose as a result. The door handle was dysfunctional, requiring several attempts to enter the room. The hotel signage outside my room was so bright i thought it was morning when I awoke in the middle of the night. I expected more […] from a Westin-branded hotel. The staff was pleasant but after approving a late checkout for me, my room key was invalidated after regular checkout time. I stayed at this hotel for a wedding weekend. I booked a king sized bed room and it was extremely small. My guest and I were constantly bumping into each other. The bathrooms were even smaller and had zero privacy. When I closed the main door it somehow triggered the dead bolt lock and my guest was locked out of the door and a bell hop had to break […] down the door to get her back in the room(she almost missed the shuttle to the wedding). The bar was very fun however it closed very early even when the wedding guests would have produced a large sum of money they would not keep it open past 1am and were kicking people out of the restaurant. We had a rehearsal dinner in the hotel and the room was not air conditioned, people were literally dripping sweat and the staff (who barely spoke English) just mumbled responses and did not nothing to solve the problem. The air conditioning was obviously broken. I feel bad for the parents of the groom who paid tons of money on this party and it was unbearable due to the lack of air. "Missing the mark"
Room was comfortable but very small. Bathroom was tiny. The Westin touches were very nice, but this is an out of date and tired building that will keep me from coming back. Very dark and institutional. The rate I paid was comparable to the other business hotels in the market, but I did not feel it was a good value. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. […] The dinner menu was indecipherable and the food overpriced for the location. As there was only one restaurant in this huge hotel (and no restaurants nearby) a more accessible menu would have been nice. Thank goodness there is a bar menu with one sandwich on it. "Disappointing"
No way this is five star hotel. Check-in clerk seemed bothered to check me in at 12:30am. Was told hotel was sold out and I had been upgraded. Ahh, lucky again, I thought. But then I thought I had stepped into service elevator as it had the moving blankets on the walls. But, I was in the right place. Lights in the ceiling in the elevator were uncovered. […] Well, that says enough about the elevator. But, that by itself wasn't a big deal of course, just struck me as odd for a five star hotel. I walked into the room and was so disappointed. Old blinds covering dirty windows. Old furniture that someone's grandmother had clearly donated to the hotel and they had plopped down into the corner. Old-schooI TV. Old carpeting. Hallway carpet sometimes didn't match in color. Would have left hotel if I had the chance, in a heartbeat. My colleague checked in at 7pm and had exact same expererience. We traded stories in the morning. We will never go back. Never. With that said, bathroom had been renovated and was in very good condition and beds/bedding were in good shape. Just felt dirty to me, but I didn't look for it either. Integrity and cleanliness of place was dubious to me at that time so that's why it felt dirty. bathroom counter not quite clean. "Very Nice Aesthetics"
The overall style and look of the hotel is very nice. I think the upkeep was a little lacking. For example, a recent paint job left paint drippings on the shower tile and mirror. "Perfect location, close enough to the Green, far enough for quiet luxury."

"a beautiful contemporary looking hotel!"
We took a night away from the world and went to this hotel. the "look" is fabulous, the great relations couldn't have been more accommodating - traveled the world and this was on the tops for customer service. "Not what I expect of a Westin"
With the exception of the lobby, the hotel looks like a redone Holiday Inn. Rooms are bland at best and the bathrooms are cramped. I lived in Morristown many years ago and was surprised and greatly pleased to see the amazing renovation of this stately hotel. It's lobby is so welcoming and comfortable. The room was spacious and the shower with the double-headed spray was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and were respectful when we had the "do not disturb" sign on. A very nice/clean Hotel in a safe location of DC. Fairly close to the tourists attraction venues. "Fantastic NJ Getaway!"
We were very impressed with the Westin. A Grand Hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Quite the delighhtful night away after spending 2 nights in NY. As part of a larger trip touring Florida, New York and New Jersey in 10 days we really found this to be very enjoyable. Only minor problem was that the shower head needed some maintenance (it was coming […] out of the wall?) but when we brought this to the attention of hotel staff at check out (it was not enough of an issue to mention before!) they were all too helpful and kind. Having travelled a lot and needing a break from family this really hit the spot. We enjoyed fantastic steaks as piping hot room service and the room was incredibly spacious allowing us to set up our travel cot for our 9 month old daughter. The staff were lovely, courteous and could not do enough for us. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and will be back again for sure! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
