"Great hotel in not the greatest location"
We had a very nice room on the ground floor with a patio, just around the corner from one of the pools. The staff is very friendly, the fitness center is one of the best we've had in a hotel, and we enjoyed the fact that we could rent a Wave-Runner to take out into the ocean. We had some good meals at Angle and Temple Orange - expensive but good. We […] only had two issues - and one of them may not be the Ritz's fault. We had terrible reception with our iPhones and iPads. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We just stayed for one night on the way to another luxury hotel in South Florida. Our room had a balcony with a view of the beach and caught the soft sea breezes in the evenings. Certainly meets the standard of any Ritz. High quality and great service. Beach is not very good and not very walkable, but pool areas make up for it. Location is 15 minutes south of Palm Beach Worth Avenue area, so it is isolated.

The hotel and service is amazing. Only downside is that it is actually in Manalapan, so if you are looking to spend time in Palm Beach, you'll need to drive 15-20 minutes.

A beautiful hotel, needed more dining choices, I believe they will be reopening one of their restaraunts this fall. Pools are gorgeous and everyone was very helpful.

The Rtiz Carlton in Palm Beach is the ultimate in luxury hotels. I can't say enough about the accomadations, the service and the overall experience of staying at this hotel. I will be back soon as I can. What a wonderful experience!

I stay in several various Ritz properties with high satisfaction. While the staff was very Ritz-like in W Palm, the property itself, amenities and room were not what I get at the other properties such as Atlanta, Tysons Corner and Westchester, NY. Shower was small and not high quality faucet... temperature wouldn't stay consistent. its not palm beach, but manalapan has its own charm. dont miss the old key lime house, sprinkles ice cream, and florida stage. its small town florida kicthy fun, but definitely not "palm beach:

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing and beautiful! From the first steps you take into the lobby, to your spacious room, every inch is unforgettable. The staff is extremely nice and will tend to your every need with a smile on their face. The room is great and huge! On the inside the hotel is covered with beautiful works of art. Though […] I did not get a Spa service, I did take a tour of it, and it looked very relaxing. The fitness center has a lot of machines of the latest technology. The business center is great and it has free Wi-Fi. I recommend that when you first arrive at the hotel, you take a full tour of it to discover whatever interests you, it has something for everyone. On the outside, the hotel is just as beautiful as on the inside. It has two large pools, one of which is a junior Olympic pool and a Jacuzzi. Also, the hotel has a private beach for its guests which is kept very clean. Or by just walking around, you feel like you are in a garden.
