Excellent neighborhood (including restaurants, bars, pubs, shops). Wonderful boutique hotel, renovated. In room TV, internet (WiFi), coffee maker (coffee, tea, water - supply replenished every day). Extremely polite and helpful staff in every case. Room in which we lived - spacious, clean, quiet. Every day the room was thoroughly cleaned. We recommend anyone staying at the Hotel Victoria, who wants to visit Toronto.

The only issue that we had was that Hotels.com booked us for 2 doubles and thats what it read on our paperwork, but Sheraton had us reserved for 1 king room, which is not enough for a family of four. "Convenient"
We arrived from the Caribbean at 11 PM at night, and had an 8 AM flight home the next day . The convenience of the hotel to the airport terminals was the reason we stayed here. Though it was a brief stay, the check in/out process was quick and efficient, the staff friendly and helpful, and the room, while nothing impressive, was clean, and comfortable […] enough. Although we arrived after the restaurant had closed, the hotel bar provided us with a decent "pub food" style meal, although at "airport rates". Here twice in the last 3 weeks, once on return from vacation, once for business meeting. Location onsite at airport accessible from terminal without going outside a great benefit when we got back from long overseas flight dead tired, just wanted to rest. Food quality good. Fitness centre well equipped, nice location where you can see the world going […] to and from terminal 3. Room price not unreasonable, food and drinks a little pricey. "Convenient for air travellers"
I have stayed at this hotel before based on its convenience when necessary to overnight in Toronto when catching a next day connecting flight. Walls are not very sound proof as there was a very late night/early morning loud room party happening next door. The staff were excellent for being helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent. "Great stay, great location"
My family recently stayed at the Sheraton between flights and we had a great stay. The hotel is right at terminal 3 so we just had to walk to the hotel, no shuttle bus needed! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the drinks/fruit they put out in the afternoon for the clients staying […] at the hotel. The lobby is well designed for working and resting. We were there for a good part of the afternoon working and studying since our next flight wasn't until the evening.
