There is nothing wrong with the hotel if you are looking for a resort style hotel. We were looking for a hotel close to the port of Rhodes and Old Town. The map and description on Hotels.com lead us to believe that this hotel met our needs. Actually the hotel is 4-5 km from the city of Rhodes. "Kjempebra!!!"
Beste plaseringen og veldig bra standard. Ekstremt lett å komme seg til byen, de beste strendene (ikke de ved hotellet,men kalithea, Sambika, ladikå, tassos m.m.) Velg helst den eldste delen og ikke den nye. Den har de desverre ikke klart å gjøre bra og det er tungvint å gå til buss og taxi holdeplass.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste und freuen uns bereits heute auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im Kresten-Palace. Hotel, Poolbereich, Servicepersonal alles passt. Kurze Wege nach Rhodos-Stadt. Taxi und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Underbart poolområde , sämre strand. Fin frukostbuffe.

Stayed there from 24.july - 31.july. Overall a good hotel, but there are some issues with the hotel or rather what its designed for. The hotel is designed for all-inclusive guest from Germany and Italy it seems, the breakfast was almost only cakes and other sweetfoods. The inhouse entertainment shows in the evening does keep you awake if you want to […] go to sleep early. Some of the staff does lack the necessary english proficiency to understand you when you ask for something more advance than the way to the Old Town. The AC in the hotel was offline the whole stay, it worked in the rooms. Fint poolområde, egen liten strand nere vid havet, stora rum (men hårda sängar), lugna gäster, kanonbra frukostbuffé. Buss till Rhodos stad var 20:e minut alldeles utanför hotellet. På det här hotellet fanns det verkligen allt. Stora poolområden, privat strand, tennisbana, spa, bubbelbad, ångbastu, gym, biljardbord, air hockey etc. etc. etc. Hotellets omgivningar var väl genomtänkta med fina grönområden. Kom man utanför själva hotellkomplexet fanns det en del övergivna hotell, restauranger etc. Supermarket fanns på hotellet och […] inom fem minuters gångavstånd fanns en till supermarket, bensinstation, kiosk, taxistation, biluthyrning, kläd- och presentaffär etc. Bussen in till city gick två gånger per timme. "hotel kresten palace"
Ett fint hotell med bra frukostbuffe.Tyvärr så låg hotellet för långt från rhodos stad så taxi eller buss var nödnändig att ta hela tiden.När vi bokade så var det i princip gångavstånd till staden, vilket var helt fel.Annars en härlig semester.
