What a great casino with a hotel that is falling apart. I stayed in the Roman Tower in room 1283. It reminded me of a old La Quinta in. The wallpaper was coming off the walls, the desks were chipped up and the tables had old stains on them. The lack of attention to detail tells me that the management staff is not on top of things. Good hotel; spacious rooms and big bath room (upgraded room). In comparison breakfast is underperformance. We were referred to a food court in the hotel where we received 9 dollar discount per person on the total bill. This food court had only 1 breakfast cafe with limited choice. Overall, price is too high for the quality received.

BOOKED 2 ROOMS @ CAESARS ON JAN.30-FEB.1 WAS ASSIGNED @ THE ROMAN TOWERS SECTION...ALL ROOMS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NON-SMOKING..1ST ROOM HAD THE ODOR OF CIGAR AND MOLDS ON THE CARPET...HAD TO COMPLAIN, TO GET A DIFFERENT A ROOM...2ND ROOM BATHROOM SINK CLOG HAD TO WAKE-UP THE NEXT DAY @ 10:00am SO THEY CAN FIX IT! Great spot on the strip. Went for a friends 22nd birthday, but the general crowd was older (probably 30+). Still had a great time. Our room was in Roman Tower, which was conveniently located near the front lobby and strip. One room, king bed, the bathroom awkwardly opened into the rest of the room and there was no door to close. (Not that the door was […] missing, there was just an archway to the bathroom, which had a great tub, shower, and toliet, but no door between any of them.) The room was lacking in amenities. The hotel was perfect! My wife and I have been to Vegas four times and we always try to stay somewhere new...this was our favorite yet. Great location, great staff, great casino and huge rooms...although not much time spent there.

"Caesars Palace: You feel like royality!!"
The hotel room and the hotel were both clean and well maintenanced. Every item looked new in the room. The bed and linen were perfect. Beautiful Bathroom and a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day... I would have given the hotel a five except there were two flaws I experienced. 1. Room Service was always an hour and half wait.... Never able to wait!! […] 2. I went to slots and sat at 3 or 4 slots for a total of 4 hours and never saw a cocktail waitress. At least not one that could take and order. They were always full of drinks. We primarily chose Caesars originally because we were seeing Celine Dion there. This has now become our new favorite hotel in Vegas and we will definitely stay there again. The Octavius Tower is beautiful!!!

"Palace room nice....but not as good as Augustus!"
I've just come back from another 5 nights in Vegas. I'm a bit of an addict I go 4 times a year!!! Normally for poker tournaments. I often stay at Caesars in Augustus room, but this time I was put in a palace room which was nice & comfortable, but Augustus rooms are amazing & worth the extra money if you can afford it.

I heard big about this hotel. So booked it from hotels.com. Price was good. But looks like hotels.com books cheaper / run down rooms. Hotel could not provide any non-smoking room inspite of requesting it one month in advance. Matter of fact most of hotels in Vegas don't care about putting non smoking people in smoking room with all that smell. Carpet […] in the room was dirty. Hallway was full of dirty carpet smell.Look like I was given a room in old tower. I believe paying small hotel little more and getting better room is good than paying less at big hotel and getting bad room. Still have old TVs. Check out from TV remote did not work. "Caeser's is great"
Great location in the center of the strip, nice casino, but the room in the Palace tower was exceptional. I would prefer to stay at Caesars on my next trip to Las Vegas.
Ceasars was a great place in which we had a great couple of days, Nice place with all the great inside needs and great atmosphere

It took us over an hour to get checked in at 1030 pm. There were only two people working at a huge front desk. After we finally got our room key and went up to the room, we found that there were already people in that room. It then took another 30 minutes to get a unoccupied room. "Caesars Palace- Las Vegas"
Wonderful hotel with yaguzzi and great view! Luxorious! The best hotel I´ve ever been and it was wonderful to go to Celin Dion´s show, because it was at the same building.
Otel is great,amazing but the room we stayed was awfull,the tv,room bar was horrible..
"New Years Even"
Yeah...It's Caesars Palace downstairs......But our room was awful. Our two groups of four booked our reservations EARLY, and demanded adjoining rooms. Rooms were not only NOT adjoining, they weren't on the same floor. Our floor was not even near capacity, AND they didn't check us in until night time. They did get us on the same floor though. We waited […] ALL day for this. The rooms we were in were absoultely 1-2 stars, and no more. Room turnout service was late every day, despite our complaints. We had no mini bar, no LCD TV, no radio, none of the smallest amenities, and the room was ugly. I normally don't care about my room, but in Vegas, pre-parties are expected in the hotel, and some small flash would have been nice. I won't stay here again....The proximity to activities is great, but I can stay next door in Bellagio or MGM for pretty much the same price. I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU STAY. If you have a demand when you book they will make no effort to fill it. "No resort fees--but is that a deal?"
I chose this hotel because it advertised no resort fees. I did not realize at the time that without paying resort fees, you also do not enjoy any privileges whatsoever. In the end every service is priced separately--internet in your room is a fee, using the fitness facililty is an additional fee, using the hotel spa is an additional fee. In the end […] all of these fees added up to more than a resort fee at another hotel. I would try a different hotel next time just to see what is included with their resort fees. this hotel is okay...i wouldn't stay here again. i was at the palace tower, it was too far of a walk just to get out of the casino. by the time i am half way to bellagio, im tired. when we 1st got there, our bellhop called for a fridge for us bc we had medication. we waited an hr, still no sign of a fridge. so i decided to call back, they say it will […] be right up still no sign. so i just gave up and use the ice box to keep my medication cold. later that night i slept on the bed...i felt itchy. i don't know if its the bed bug...when i woke up i feel red marks on my body and bumps. i wonder if they sanitize the bed? i got home on tuesday and i see feel itchy. the maid is awesome!
