"Hampton Inn - great breakfast"
This hotel was on a main street, short drive to the races and bathhouses, best hot breakfast ever, even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Great value, especially during racing season.

3 miles from horse track, 4 miles from downtown, shuttle service at 1115 and noon to track five each way. Good hotel free breakfast. Recently remodeled. Good place to sleep not much else there.

"Great People Convenient Location Well Kept Hotel"
We use the Hampton whenever we are in town for business. The staff is friendly and courtesy. Breakfast is well done. The rooms and other facilities are clean and well kept.

Nice hotel, but a little pricey for what you got. Room was comfortable. We asked to be in room near the elevator due to one of us being on crutches (and were told that would be accommodated) and received a room at the far end of the hall.

"Very clean hotel!!!!!!"
This was a very clean hotel and located in a convenient location near the mall and restaurants. The front desk attendant ( a female) who checked me in was very friendly. However, the male attendant could have been a bit more friendlier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
"Big Disappointment"
I had expected a lot more from Hampton. My first and last stay there. Overpriced for what you get. Small rooms very uncomfortable beds. Vending machines did not work. Tiny pool tiny parking lot. No reason to go back.

This was an excellent, new, and fresh, hotel. I'll stay here from now on. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast featured a wide selection of items. I think it's the best place to stay in Hot Springs. I was with a group of travelers and after hearing my descriptions, I'm certain they'll try the Hampton Inn first on their next visit. "Great Stay"
The hotel employees were very pleasant and extremely helpful! The breakfast is really nice with more than enough food & variety of choices. The location seemed quite centralized for our weekend plans! The cleaniness and comfort of the room is important to us and everything in the room was clean it was wonderful! "Not too bad for the money."
I travel quite often but I have two complaints only: overpriced by about 20 dollars and tv was old (no lcd screen, which was disappointing since the level of quality of the hotel.

Good Hotel with complimentary breakfast. Location is in good area away from downtown if that's what you're looking for, however, close enough to get to within 10-15 minutes.
