Atlantis Beach Tower - Wyspa Paradise

The hotel did not live up to hype. The grounds are beautiful,water rides were fun, but not worth the price tag.

Just spent 4 nights at Atlantis. 12 and 13 year olds had a great time. All the slides and rides shut down at 5pm so plan accordingly. The pool at the Beach Tower was the least crowded, impossible to find chairs at other pools but it was winter break so it should be crowded. Just stayed at this hotel Nov 19, hotel is very old with a cheap reno, the rooms and hallways are old, main lobby is the only invested area and its already looking old. Outside its all good, pool is great for the kids, lazy river is lots of fun for little ones and safe with lots of lifeguards. The grounds have nice shark, rays ect in lagons. This hotel […] is a long walk from the main Atlantis water park (10-15min walk) not ideal if you have small kids or elderly who get tired or lazy, taking it slow will help but now the travel time is 15-20min to the key attractions. Beach is good. Dont leave food or open juice in your room as you will have lots and lots of bugs very quickly...so bad we had to change room after leaving a small glass of apple juice on the table. iT WAS VERY NICE PLACE. yOU HAVE ACESS TO VRYTHING THE ATLANTIS HAS TO OFFER AND THAT IS A PLUS. bUT MY ROOM WAS NOT WORTH THE $$ i PAID . I HAD ANTS IN MY ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS NOT ALL THAT....

My husband and I just got back from a 10 day, 9 night trip to Atlantis, and although we had originally booked the Beach Tower, when we got there they told us they had upgraded us to the Coral Tower. When I asked why, she just smiled at me and said, "you must be special." :) When we took a walk later to the Beach Tower, we were very glad we had been […] upgraded. The Beach Tower looked very shabby, and its beach wasn't nearly as nice as the beach at the Coral Tower (which has a much better location...nearer the slides and the aquariums!). I noticed that several other travelers had the same experience, so they must be getting feedback on the Beach Tower being in need of renovation. Either that or there are a lot of us "special" travelers out there! LOL! But the aquariums are seriously all amazing!!! I could have just watched those fish (and sharks, rays, eels, etc....) for hours. Oh, wait, I did! The pools and beaches were beautiful. The food was unbelievably overpriced, but we knew that going in and were prepared for it (we requested a refrigerator in our room and stocked up on staples at the local grocery store, which was just across the street (where the prices were also very high, but not nearly as bad as the restaurants!). To sum it up, the slides were really fun, the attractions delivered on their promises, the room was perfectly adequate, the food was delicious (if overpriced), but the marine life absolutely stole the show!!! Very nice, great service, great family vacation but very pricey

The maids were excellent and all of the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Great everything ... Wish the hotel had more quick food options.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Pros: Convenient location World class architecture Lots of things to see and do Cons: Pricing is high Service is the worst ever (gratuity is automatically included, so no motivation to serve well)

We booked the Beach Towers in Atlantis as a last minute vacation to the Bahamas. I had read many reviews, and was alittle worried that I was booking the "cheap" hotel vs the Royal Towers or Coral Towers, but the property was very nice. The room was very clean, the beds, furniture and linins were all very nice. I paid only for the city view, and when […] we arrived we were offered a free upgrade to a ocean view which was beautiful. The beach towers may be older than the others hotels in Atlantis, but from the insde, from the lobby all the way to your room, you can't tell. They have done a grat job of keeping them up to date. We walked through the other properties during our stay and I saw nothing special about the other s that justified the 2-5 hundred a night extra they cost. The water park and grounds are very cool and fun. We never ran out of things to do during our 4 day stay. I took the advice of other reviews and had the cab stop at a grocery store on the way from the airport whrer we pickeed up some breakfast and lunch stuff as well as a few snacks, Eating brekfast in our room not only saved us $, it also was a big time saver, as the buffet lines for the meal plan restuarants always looked long when we walked by, Our rate included two complimentry dolphin exsperiences, which were a big hit. Atlantis is a beautiful resort but not worth the extra amount of money it costs to stay there over other resorts. Everything is overpriced,i.e. food, drinks, activities, etc.

This was our second trip to Atlantis. After our first I told myself never again! This trip was a must for my good friends wedding. If you stay in the Cove obviously your stay will be much better. We stayed in the Coral tower and it was on the far end of each event we had to attend. You can hear all the noise from the hall(running, doors closing and […] talking) at all hours. I only ate at all Atlantis dining and ended up so sick I had to go to the clinic and remained sick for 1 week after my return. Most people already know the food is outragously priced considering it is of poor quality, but to end up sick both trips is horrible. Every 100feet they are trying to sell something which becomes annoying after a few days. Atlantis is definitely an experience! The resort was amazing and all of the people were very friendly. The views are breathtaking and the food was top notch. Paradise Island is VERY expensive. We were charged for items from the mini bar that we didn't use. We called and asked about it and they said they would take the charge off and when we checked […] out the charge was still there and they refused to take it off. Staff was super friendly and the grounds and hotel are kept very clean. Food is $$$ very expensive and not a lot of options for cheap day time/quicker dining. Leaving Paradise and going over to Nassau much cheaper for food/quick bite. Cabs were cheap $4 per person leaving Paradise and water taxi back only $3 per person. Would definitely recommend stocking […] up on water bottles, snacks, etc to bring back to your room. For example: we bought a large bottle of water at the Marina Pizzeria for $7; later on that day went to Nassau and bought the same size bottle of water for .99c at an ice cream shop on Bay Street. We were pleased to find the excellent rates for the Alantis resort via Hotel.com. To book direct would have cost 3 times the going rate and so we are very happy with the deal via Hotel.com. Luckily the rooms we were assigned couldn't have been better for us as a family of 4 with 2 teenage twins. We had travelled to Nassau to study and dive with sharks. […]  Outside our ground floor rooms was a lagoon housing 14 nurse sharks. The Atlantis is an amazing place. For us a 3 day stay there was enough. The water parks and the aquariums were amazing. The resort is spotless and opulant and very well put together. However as we had teenagers of 17 (not short of 18) they weren't allowed in the Aura club nor could they gamble. This was a problem as they both felt that the Club Rush for 13-17 was beneath them. As we travelled in September many of the restaurants were closed and there was limited choice - we ate Pizza and a drink £50 and a Chinese meal which cost a staggering £180. Be prepared Nassau is very expensive. We spent 12 days of our 14 day break in a self catering villa - a tin of tomatoes at the supermarket cost £4. We were prepared but still a little staggered at the cost of food. However it was a holiday of a lifetime and the stay at the Atlantis for our final few days was the icing on the cake. If you only ever go once you will never forget it. I'ts wise to check that your room overlooks the lagoon as this is by far the best aspect to Coral Towers. Przeczytaj więcej

Beautiful, but somewhat artificial, like Disney world, and almost just as many people. Probably perfect for families with children. A la carte restaurants pricey, but all you can eat "Marketplace" probably makes up for that. All in all a very pleasant experience, with a very nice room.

The staff was terrific. Meals a bit expensive get the meal plan.

Atlantis is absolutely beautiful! There is everything you could ever want to do there! Just be well aware that the food will cost you a pretty penny!

Expect to spend alot more for your stay than just your room fee. Most amenities cost extra, even the fitness room was an additional $15. All dining areas are pricy, with the least starting at $20/person.

A bit pricey but worth it. Take the food plan. Thge staff could not have been nicer

I loved atlantis! Its beautiful! the aquriums and marine life are amazing! Rides are a blast.Il be back as soon as i can.

Cab ride from airport was $35. Got an early check in(Ask for one when you get there!) Burgers and sandwiches were $10-$15 by the pool. Restaurants are expensive. Breakfast buffet is $30. A 12' pizza is $35! Steaks will cost you $50 minimum. Pasta, chicken.... will cost you $35. Mixed drinks $13. BUY BEFORE YOU GO!!! If you're planning on swimming […] with Dolphins, set it up before you go. MY family did, and paid $80. I thought it would be the same for me when I got there, no such luck! I had to shell out $160per for the same exact shallow water experience. The Spa. I've never done this before, but if you're looking to relax for an hour or more, go to the Spa and ask for a day pass. It's only $20. That $20 covers you for the hot tub, steam room, sauna, showers, fresh fruit and drinks, as well as a lounge with a TV. Bring comfy flip flops or shoes as you will walk your butt off. This place is BIG. You're going to walk walk walk. If you decide to jet-ski or parasail, you'll have to go to the beach which is off property. You'll be hounded by people trying to get you to spend your money. Here's how you can get to do all of that fun stuff cheaper. First, bring CASH with you. The jet-ski guy wanted $65 for a 1/2hr, I offered him $50. He took it. The parasail guy wanted $75, Offered him $50. He took it. Excelente vista no 9 piso.Quarto amplo e confortável. No primeiro dia só limparam quarto ás 18h , depois de termos reclamado( a partir dai sempre impecáveis e a perguntar se tudo estava do nosso agrado). O quarto no ultimo piso tinha os aparelhos de ar condicionado por cima, o que provocava um ruido continuo toda a noite.Só estranhámos na primeira noite. No […] global consideramos haver uma excelente relação preço qualidade e aconselhamos o hotel. Há restaurantes caros (comida excepcional!) Hôtel sous forme d'usine ou tout est très cher. Accueil très impersonnel et sans explication de toutes les activités que propose l'Hôtel.

Muy buen hotel, excelente las atracciones acuáticas, y las instalaciones, un poco costosa las comidas en los restaurantes del hotel y me parece falta mas personal que sepa español, es muy difícil si no hablas ingles. Pero en general excelente.

Très bien. Bon standing. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Chambre spacieuse, très agréable et très belle vue. Balcon de belle taille avec vue sur plage. Hôtel calme et propice au repos et au farniente. Plage(s) et piscine(s) au pied de l'hôtel et tout autour du complexe.

Hotel très sympathique proposant plein de divertissements, personnel agréable. Activités aquatiques bien surveillées par de multiples maitres nageur, ideal pour les familles avec des enfants en bas age!
