I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. Very helpful, friendly, and effecient staff. The rooms were in great condition and very spacious. Thank you for the shuttle service. The breakfast was also great!

Nice hotel and suite rooms. 2-double suite was very comfortable for our party of 4. Would stay here again!

Great Hotel, great rooms, but the service at the front desk was just okay! Overall would stay again!

Could offer complimentary internet, other than the coolness of the rooms or lack of a real down comforters on the beds....I had the best time ever! Perfect getaway just to get out of the city for the weekend.

Perfect place to stay if you're attending a performance at Drury lane Theater or shopping & dinner at oak Brook Center. Great rooms at a good price!

We stay here every year for a Christmas party and it's a great hotel stay for the price. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean and fairly updated. The staff is friendly and we have always had great service. It's next to a large shopping center so this is convenient too. WONDERFUL HOTEL WITH CLEAN ROOMS AND GREAT FOOD AND GREST HOTEL STAFF

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The gym was well equiped and the indoor pool and hot tub welcoming. Security was great. I booked the hotel on special pricing, for what i paid, the hotel was more than expected. Clean rooms, very confortable beds, WIFI was not free but if your an AT&T DSL customer you get access to free WIFI. Breakfast looked nice but did not eat at hotel. Overall was a nice hotel and I would stay again.

The Hilton/Chicago Oak Brook was even nicer than we expected and we would definitely stay there again.

There prices on their food could be less expensive or free for that matter. Most hotels offer free breakfast with your stay. Other than that the room was clean. For the price, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The rooms are huge and comfortable and parking is free. We were going to visit Chicago and while this hotel is 30 minutes away by car and would have to pay parking Downtown, the math still added in our favor. This is an excellent Hotel. Convenient to Oak Brook Mall and Drury Lane. Very well maintained.

Excellent value for the price.

When we got to our room, I noticed that the toliet seat was up (not down as you would expect it to be in a newly cleaned /unused room). Aslo there was a "clump" of black hairs in the bathroom sink. This hotel says they strictly enforce their noise policy and they are true to their word. It may have been the quietest night I have ever had in a hotel even though there were two weddings when we stayed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only complaints are that the bath tub is only deep enough for a small child. Don't plan on soaking in a hot […] tub. Also while there is a microwave and mini fridge in a nice wooden cabinet with a sink, the doors to the cabinet are glued shut. There are no dishes or silverware, so if you have take-out or left overs that you want to heat you need to have your own microwavable plate and some utensils of your own. The service was excellent. The clerk at check in I think her name was Pat was very polite and courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

This is probably a rare instance but fire alarm went off at about 2 in the morning for about 15 mins long woke up my baby in which I had a hard time putting him back to sleep by the time I finally got him to sleep and me it was time to go. Was not offered any consolation fro inconveniece.

This hotel had plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 3 kids loved it. The pool was nice and the work out equipment was great some machines need to be fixed but over all great. Locations was near mall and food

We decided to add another night onto our Chicago trip so we could take the kids to the Brookfield Zoo. We found this Hilton on hotel.com and grabbed what I thought was a good rate (a lot cheaper than our downtown hotel). Nice place to stay and only 27 minutes from downtown Chicago

We had a baby with us (9 mos.) so didn't take advantage of the surrounding amenities. The hotel catered to our every need! Used pool and restaurant a lot. Comfortable patio. Clean, friendly place for our families to meet. Would definitely go back!

Friday evening dinner was not good. The food was over salted. I sent the first order of salmon back because of the salty sauce. They made another salmon filet and served it without the sauce, but someone in the kitchen had put so much salt on the fish that again I could not eat it. The waitress was wonderful and charming. The horrible food was not her […] fault. How can you serve such bad food when you are in the Chicago area that is known for good food???? On Sat evening (between 12 midnight and 1 AM) there was a LOT of noise and shouting with people partying. I could not tell where this noise was coming from, but it was definitely inside the hotel and echoing off the internal walls of the atrium. This went on for about an hour. The staff of the hotel is courteous and friendly and the rooms were clean and in good repair. (Although how the night desk clerk can not know where the nearest 24-hour restaurant is, I don't understand. It's Kappy's on Roosevelt west of the hotel if you need to know.) The bed and the sofabed were both comfortable in my King Suite and the room is nicely […] laid out. However, it's an atrium hotel with windows that face west: it was HOT in there and the A/C could not keep up. Granted that's a lot to ask since it was about as hot as it gets in Chicago, but since they also turn the thermostat up in empty rooms, my A/C had to run literally all night (I turned it on about 5 PM) to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Also, it's really hard to go anywhere quickly from the hotel itself due to the configuration of the surrounding streets. You can, realistically, only leave eastbound on Roosevelt, and then you have to do cloverleaf turns to get pointed anywhere else. If you are going downtown, this isn't a problem as the exit puts you right on the expressway, but if you have business in the area, you might be happier if you find a hotel with better access to surface streets.
