"Good stay"
The staff were very helpful and were great at assisting with travel destinations.Overall, I would stay here again.
"Easy access and to find."
Average size pool but well maintained. Cleanliness above average but room smelled like sweaty socks. I would recommend this hotel. It was easy to find and close to main highway yet it was set in a nice neighborhood with close access to shopping. Complementary card to Wawa coffee would be a nice touch..
That is where we usually stay, but the ceilings in bederoom and bath starting to peel loose. Bathtub worn look from use, shower not good water flow need a better shower nozzle. No service one of the 3 days there. It was reported and we received clean towels after the fact. This stay was a little tacky.
"Not Recommended"
Booked this hotel as Deal of the Day. Got a low price to stay two nights and got service to match. Did not get maid service without calling the front desk upon our arrival back to hotel after a full-day of sight-seeing in Philly. Arrived to find a stack of clean towels on our table, bed unmade, bathroom uncleaned, and our earlier used towels still left […] in bathroom. Our shower, not only leaked onto the bathroom floor, it left a huge puddle there. All doors slam and the walls are thin. Very noisy. I was of course very dismayed to read your comments regarding your stay and apologize for the terrible experience you may have suffered. It is the desire of the service team of the Wyndham Philadelphia-Mount Laurel to provide every guest with an exceptional stay, but in this case it does not appear that we accomplished that goal. Please accept my apologies and be assured that all of your comments have been addressed with all of the appropriate department managers. I thought it was nice hotel but a bit outdated. The hotel staff was very friendly and the beds were sooo comfortable. The restaurant was great as well. Not a huge selection of food but it was a good meal.

Good area, close to good eats both local and chain. Decent staff, decent room. No free breakfast which stinks and hinges on the doors to enter or exit your room arent set right so everytime u let the door go it slams. This can and will drive you bonkers if your neighbor across the hall doesnt have the courtesy to keep the door from slamming. Good hotel and price is right for the area. Room is comfy and clean. No free breafast which stinks. Within 5 mile area tons of places to eat...chains as well as local spots. My only complaint is the hinges on the room doors. When you enter your room and let the door go it slams shut. Constantly you hears doors slamming as people enter and exit their […] rooms. It was so bad with my neighbor across the hall i had to complain to the front desk which they addressed immediately by saying something to the people staying across the hall. Hotel was actually very nice, contrary to what other reviewers claimed. Rooms were clean & comfortable, hallways & lobby was clean. Hotels.com on the other hand..... While they did have a great offer that we capitalized on, their promises are all worthless. We were promised cribs, refrigerators, joing rooms & none of these did we actually get. Dont stay at this hotel. Rubber shower may half glued to the shower floor. No drain plug. Could not give baby a bath. Very dirty.

The hotel itself was pretty well-maintained...but the service was not so great. I booked the hotel on the same night of my stay about (two and a half hours prior)...and the woman on the counter kept on insisting that I was on the wrong hotel. She kept on redirecting me to another hotel across the street...and finally, I pulled up my Hotel.com confirmation […] e-mail...and it was only then that she even hinted that perhaps she needed to check the fax machine for a confirmation. The guard in the hotel didn't really help either...he kept on glaring at me and my boyfriend just because we looked young. Over-all, it was an okay hotel...the room was clean...the bed is not really so comfortable...but the heated pool was good for a morning swim. But I think that next time I'll stay somewhere else. Hotel stay was good, quiet and in a good location. Didn't spend a lot of time in our room only in town to visit a sick Mom. The special price which was a leap year special was right on time. Looking for more reasonable special prices because we must return to the area soon to visit Mom.

We read the reviews and really thought we were getting a super deal with hotels.com. Wyndham has always meant a bit of a higher quality chain hotel, but as we passed the Aloft nearby, we wished we hadn't been so hasty in booking, In fact, after pulling in and assessing the room and surrounding area, I tried to cancel my reservation, but it was too late. I brought my grandchildren and mother to this hotel because it was in a good close area. I felt that for it to be a kind of upscale hotel, it did not offer any type of breakfast (not even continental), no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. "Not as nice as I thought"
I was excited to stay at this hotel due to its name and location right off the turnpike. However my room appeared clean but found hair in my sheets, crumbs in the pullout couch, and goldfish crackers on carpet. Had new room given to me with complimentary breakfast, but there was even a riot after a wedding in lobby later that evening. Finally our room […] was older and the air did not work that well. very clean, pleasant, close to all Phili attractions. Got a great deal for the price. But was dissapointed by the pool. the jaccuzi was sealed in concrete. the pool side needs lot of TLC. Overall good experience.

The first room had a foul smell, so I was moved to another room that was a little better, but this place is old; the windows are not energy efficent. When the win blows they howl like crazy. The dust and fether pollows did nothing for my allergies. This hotel, as compaired to other Wyndham properties I've stayed is the worst.
We enjoyed staying at your hotel We enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the service. We would gladly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a weekend stay at a reasonable hotel.

"Excellent staff, very clean, some updating needed"
Some updating still needed in bathroom and pool area, but hotel was very clean, restaurant reasonably priced, and staff were great!

Hotel very nice layout room was big, comfortable bed and nice staff. LG television flat screen was nice as well. Parking under construction and bathroom had standing water in the tub when showering. Only issue is age as it is nice overall and we enjoyed our stay but could use some sprucing up.

The room was missing lounging chairs even though we had plenty of room for even two. We had to sit on the beds to visit and talk. The bed covers were old? Didn't show very well .... we immediately pulled them off. Which led us to check the beds further; luckily they were ok. We had order a Microwave for the room; it was bought up later in the evening. […] The hotel was to host our convention for three days. The servers were good and trying to assist us as needed. But .... they had to keep moving trays and food through the hallways during the convention. Not the best situation for them or us. Perfectly adequate hotel. Nice lounge bar and restaurant. Guard your possessions. Left a Kindle by mistake and noticed purchases being made that evening. Staff took no responsibility. My fault but would have liked to believe that items left in the room by mistake would be retrievable or at least not used fraudulently.

"Two nights iin a chimney..."
This building has a great natural draft. BUT it kept me awake, the wind tunnel noise sounds like jets going overhead all night. Not good. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Overall the room was what you'd expect, a hotel room, clean enough. TV was an antique!

There should be refrigerators and microwaves in each room for leftover food from restaurants. Overall this hotel was very nice, clean, with some friendly employees.

This hotel was nice, but on the internet it look like a 4 star hotel, but its more like a 2.5 or 3 star, the staff is wonderful and helpful-great staff can't say enough good things about them! Nice to stay for 2-3 nights.

"Great Room at Half Price!"
Only 20 minutes from downtown Philly, this hotel was a no-brainer. It was super-affordable, much nicer than I expected for the price and conveniently located near turnpike, freeway, shopping malls, and restaurants. It made my 2-day Philly get-away restful and stress-free! The decor in the rooms looked brand-new and very tastefully done.

We had 2 rooms. One we were satisfied with. the other left a lot to be desired. The shower did not work and there was not a chair in the room and no alarm clock. However they did move the party in that room to a room on the 9th floor and gave us complimentary breakfast buffets for all in the party. The pool towels could have been a little bigger and […] the spa only worked for 1 time. It would not come on a second time.
