Our room was lovely, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and air shuttle service, fine. The problem was the wake -up service which never called us. Fortunately, I woke up early, or we would have missed our plane. I recommend they double-check wake-up call times in the future.The rest of the service was excellent.

The sink in the bathroom was too high for us (i guess it was a handicap accessable room?) We asked for a 6:30 AM wake up call and got one at 3:20 AM instead.

"The Hampton Inn El Paso, Texas"
This was an excellent experience for me. The hotel was very accomodating to my needs. I needed a place to stay after knee surgery. The management was kind and supportive in meeting my needs of a walk in shower or space accessibility. Many kudos to the staff. Thank you.
Everything was perfect but at breakfast it has to b more hot selection to choose instead of only eggs sush as saussages, ham or bacon thank you

the Hampton Inn&Suits in El Paso had a great bed...and was very clean though some of the furniture was stained and aging ..... the bathroom was top quality....commending the maid service...when I was leaving without initiation from me, the clerk informed me that the rooms were do for upgrade...that they were changing out the furniture, suggesting they […] were aware of the issue... no remote for TV...as it was late the desk clerk didn't know what to do.....but overall I was pleased with the quality for price ratio....I would stay there again if the price remains resonable Przeczytaj więcej

My visit to El Paso went about as smoothly as I could have asked for, and a big reason was due to the staff at the Hampton Inn. I arrived at the Airport at 2:30am, fully not expecting the high level of service that I received. The staff were prompt and friendly, and throughout my stay, I was greatly pleased with their willingness to go the extra mile […] to make my stay enjoyable. "Hampton Inn & Suites-El Paso Airport-Good location"
Convenient Location. Easy on-off to interstate. Short drive to downtown, close to great Texas-style eating establishments. Close to UTEP, chose to drive but shuttles were available (Don't know if this is available on all game-days). Breakfast was good (not great); typical free hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

Overall a good place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra towels. Would not recommend the sofa bed-too lumpy, but aren't they all in all other hotel chains! Breakfast mostly continental fare.
