"Don't settle for the "comfort rooms"!!!"
this hotel has wonderful service and the top floor is nice enough. I checked into the basic room and it was horrendous! 70's ratan furniture dented, scratched and dinged and was horrified. I called the desk and said so and they put me in their business area which was wonderful and current. The restaurants were excellent food and service.

Very pleasant stay with exceptional service and excellent food. I had room service two nights as well as breakfast - truly excellent. The best chicken burger I have ever had. The room was an upgraded superior queen bed room - huge, but furnishings need upgrading. Pillows were not good for my comfort. good food services. Coffee shop food quality is excellent, good menus for breakfast lunch or dinner. Higher end restaurant and Japanese cuisine also available. Front Desk service is excellent, quality staff. Rooms require updates, furniture is old and in need of attention.
Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit - ganz wichtig - vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Ideale Zwischenstation, sauberes, großes Zimmer. Gute Restaurants (japanische oder kanadisch/internationale Küche); das Frühstück war allerdings eine einzige, langwierig-zeitraubende, zudem teuere Enttäuschung und auch die Bedienung war mehr als muffig.
