Hotel całkiem ładny i w dobrym sąsiedztwie. Za rogiem restauracja indyjska i mnóstwo barów i kawiarni w okolicy. W pobliżu jedna z głównych ulic handlowych. Do ścisłego centrum miasta dzielił nas krótki spacer. Obsługa hotelu uprzejma i pomocna, nie miała kłopotów z rozmową po angielsku. Pokój był dobrze wyposażony. Internet bezprzewodowy zgodnie z […] ofertą był i działał bez zarzutów. Regularnie sprzątano pokój i wymieniano ręczniki. Na poduszkach czekał na nas miły akcent na osłodę: popularne mini żelki-misie :) Ściany naszego pokoju były wprawdzie trochę cienkie i było dość wyraźnie słychać dźwięki z korytarza, ale to nie przeszkadzało za bardzo. W łazience duszno, nie było chyba żadnego wywietrznika. Nawet po użyciu umywalki lustro było zaparowane. Ale to także nie było zbyt uciążliwe - zainstalowana w łazience suszarka szybko radziła sobie z parą. Nie podobało mi się natomiast, że po sprzątaniu pokoju, nadal na podłodze były okruszki, co wskazuje na niedokładne wykonanie zadania. Great hotel! convenient shopping, eating, travel. free wifi !!

Nice hotel, good sized room, clean, quiet and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the centre but along a busy shopping street so a very safe and pleasant walk or it is a couple of minutes from the underground and it's then only 3 or so stops to wherever you'd want to go. Decent hotel. Its located a few blocks from the Westbahnhof transportation hub, and spitting distance from Mariahilferstrasse (a major shopping street), and the U3 subway line. The Anatol was only four blocks away from the Westbahnhof Subway (Ubahn) Station which made it very convenient. The hotel is only two blocks from a main shopping area with tons of shops, cafes, restaurants and even a Starbucks only about 3/4 of a mile away. The hotel is only about a mile from the main Ring of historical buildings so it made for a very […] nice visit. The room was clean and comfortable. A little small from American standards and the bedding material left a little to be desired but overall the room met my needs. If I were here on business and planning to spend considerable time in the room, this would not have been the place to stay. Good hotel close to main railway station and underground and restaurants

My family had a very nice if brief tay at the Autria Trend Hotel. I compliment you on being very professional and accomodating. I look forward to our next stay there soon!

I visited Vienna with my girlfriend and we stayed at the Austria Trend Hotel Anatol. It was a nice little place that was fairly well maintained. It was not exceedingly luxurious by any means, but we had the business room, which was more than nice enough for the amount of time we spent there. This also included a free minibar, which was absolutely worth […] it as there was wine, beer, water, coke, orange juice, and some snacks that were refilled every day. We ended up bringing back most of the alcohol for our friends, although we did drink some of it, and all the non-alcoholic beverages we received. The water was really nice to have since we walked around a lot and water fountains were scarce. The only things that were not the best were the shower, which leaked because of a very strange door, and a lack of air conditioning. The maids were very friendly, however, and the room was well cleaned. The hotel is not in the heart of the tourist area, but is right near a neat main street with lots of little shops. My girlfriend would have liked to be nearer to Karlsplatz and that area, but I liked that we were a bit removed and able to see more of the non-tourist area of Vienna, especially since the main tourist attractions were only a short U ride away. One major benefit was that the hotel was only a block from the U station that connects with the line to the airport so we did not have to cart our luggage around very far after getting off the U (it is totally worth taking the train from the airport, by the way, as it is much cheaper than a taxi, which other friends of ours did take, and pretty easy to navigate even for two non-German speakers). This hotel is conveniently located to the Metro enabling easy access to all the wonderful attractions. A small super- market is close by. The staff were friendly and very helpful so we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any visitors to Vienna.

Hotel is very modern and comfortable. Although no parking was available within the hotel, staff was helpful with street parking rules. U-bahn station 5 minutes walks away and lots of shops nearby.

This is a nice hotel with good service and around 10 min walking to Westbahnhof train station. Can also walk to city cetre in around 30 min, but I prefer to take the underground instead. I did not pay the extra cost for the breakfast cos I think 15 euro is a bit too much for me.

The hotel is in fairly good condition, the rooms are clean but a little bit small for 2 people, bathroom was well updated. Reception was very helpful and courteous. For the price, the hotel was worth it.

Hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has an excellent, pleasant staff. Our rate did not include the breakfast but that was OK. Rooms are large and comfortable. Nothing bad to report at this locationa and would definitely stay here again.

Not a 4 star rated hotel by any imaginative stretch, which along with the internet photos framed our expectations and ultimately led to disappointment among each & every one of our large group staying there for 4 nights. Unfortunately outside flashing lights of the hotel name & roadworks compounded the situation. The staff were very helpful & friendly […] in making arrangments, which softened the blow somewhat. Very nice modern hotel, comfortable and clean. Convenient for the underground line U3. Nice breakfast though very pricey. If breakfast not included in the deal, there are cafes in the area where you can eat at half the price. Good shopping round the corner on Mariahilfer Str. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel.

Clean, modern room with all the mod cons. Went for a business room which was very spacious, but the normal rooms looked to be good in size too. Lovely bath room, amazing bath and great shower! Staff were friendly, polite and spoke English very well. Check inn and out was hassle free and they let us check in a little earlier, which was very helpful, […] thank you! Free apples on reception, nice touch! Free internet terminal in the lobby. Great location for the museum quartier, fab art galleries and in walking distance to the centre. The hotel is very well run and clean. The situation is ideal, if one is staying near Westbahnhof. Basic, no-frills facilities, no fuss, no muss.

The hotel is clean and staff quite professional. The location is great which is only 2 to 3 stops from the city center. There are plenty of quick bites around the hotel, KFC, MD, Chinese, Kebab etc. A few meters across the street is a mini supermarket where we bought water, soft drink daily. We found some of the hotels in Vienna very expensive. This was a little out of the centre, although on the first evening we walked to the Hofburg in about half an hour ( not walking very fast). Nice hotel and the location is near the metro and bahnhof. The only issue was the lack of A/C. Our room was over the front door. As the only way of cooling the room was opening the window. This hotel is fine for an overnight stay but I would not like to be there any longer. It has no restaurant but is near several restaurants. It is located 10 minutes walking from the Westbanhoff train station. The staff is fairly helpful.

We booked this hotel on a train trip around Europe, and in between 2 expensive hotels in Salzburg & Budapest. So we wanted a bargain & to be with walking distance of Westbanhof Station. Positives - - The hotel is located close to Westbahnhof and the Zieglergasse (U3) stations (Note - If you are here for sightseeing, stay near the city center - inside the ring) - It is fairly clean - There is free internet access is in the lobby. Negatives - - The hotel staff were generally rude (from check-in time) and very unhelpful. One clerk […] was particularly snobbish - If you book your hotel through the internet, your breakfast is (most likely) not included in the price. The hotel does not let you know that during check-in or at breakfast. However, we got the shock of our lives when we got a 20 Euro charge per person per day. I was staying at the Austria Trend Hotel Anatol with my mum and we were given only one room key although we were two people.That became a huge problem for us while I arrived late at night usually after my mum went to sleep.I asked for another room key -but they said they would have to block the first one for security in that case-which wouldn't help.The […] staff would open the front door when I arrived late but I had to wake up my mum to enter the room.I'd rather be given two keys. The hotel was in an excellent and accessible location. The room was big for a twin share and was very clean and comfortable. Though it was hot, the fan was sufficient. The only negative was that the reception staff weren't very friendly. They also took a 30 euro deposit from me in case I used the mini bar etc, claiming I would get it back if I didn't […] buy anything but at checkout claimed it was a reservation deposit and kept it. For the price, this is probably the best hotel in Vienna to stay in. Location is excellent, just one block away from the main shopping street and Metro station. Shower is very good as well and the temperature of the water can be set from almost ice-cold to very hot - you can have a glass of ice water as and when you like as the tap water in Vienna is drinkable! There is a computer (Internet was reliable) and printer at the lobby that is free for guests' use and I managed to print my flight boarding card there. Very thoughtful of the management indeed and great facility to have in a hotel. Only negative is that there is no air-condition in the room and it can be very warm in summer (I visited Vienna in June and the maximum temperature was about 32 degrees celsius), although there is a fan and I thought it just did enough. Cannot really blame the hotel for not having air-condition though, as many places in Vienna doesn't have air-condition either. Well located, lovely big rooms. Great Shower! The hotel staff could have been more friendly and the hotel bars choice of drinks was very limited but other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated off the main shopping drag of Mariahilferstrasse. I was issued a room about 2 flrs above the front door, which was not a problem. While I was unable to hear the noise of local inebriates, you could still distinctively hear the sound of highheel footsteps, which can be a problem if you leave the window open at night. The hotel is convenient to the main railway station and the subway. Staff were helpful and obliging. Only snack meals are available after the breakfasts are finished which meant we had to go out in the rain at night. Very nice hotel in a minor road just 100 metres from a main shopping street and Metro station. The twin bedded room was clean and spacious with a large shower room. I like the fact that the shower head gave a generous cascade of instant hot water, whatever the time of day. My only quibble was that the room was not airconditioned, and we had arrived […] during a hot period of May. There was a fan which provided some relief in the night. I was with 5 friends sharing 3 twin bedded rooms and they were all very pleased with their rooms. One couple couldn't work their room safe and called the receptionist, who sent somebody up immediately, at 10.00 pm. That's service. Staff is very helpful and every thing went well.

Very nice hotel near transportation and shops. Clean rooms. Very expensive breakfast. Rooms are small and unfortunatelyl have no airconditioning. The loction is perfect. Just three stops with the Metro to the City centre.
