If You are looking for a cheap hotel for a few nights and You have a car or You like walking long distances, it's pretty good option for You. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean. There is a bus to the downtown so it's not so bad location

Terrible service and misleading information. We booked this room due to the location and the fact that a pool and hot tub were on premise, well the location wasn't exactly the mileage it claimed and the pool was but outside and closed for the season. The room itself wasn't the most clean and the tub would flood. The front desk service was not willing […] to work with us and the maintenance guy was very rude when working on the tub issue. Checkout time was at noon and yet we were woken up by the opening of our room door at 7am by house keeping - not happy!!! We were not the only couple disappointed in the service of this hotel and my stay was nothing that I had planned for my birthday. "Quality Inn in Brookfield, WI"
First impression was dreadful. Our room was not satisfactory--crickets in the tub, dirty tub, stopped up tub--smelly room--rusted out water sprinkler on wall. Talked to the desk the next morning, and they apologized and were very accomodating. They moved us to another room that was much nicer--clean, no bad smell, functioning facilities. "Quality Inn - good for the price"
There are quite a few hotels within range of where I do business in Brookfield, WI. I tried the Quality Inn on a whim when I couldn't get into my regular hotel. I also selected it to save a little money. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable when the air conditioner was running but with it off, there was a lurking odor but not enough […] to make anyone sick. The breakfast was decent ranging from cereals and pastries to eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy. "Not worth the money"
This hotel was the most expensive on our trip and also the most undesireable. The room was musty. The pool was dirty and had missing tiles. The bathroom had a yellow tub. The refridgerator in the room had not been cleaned out. There was a can left in it from a previous tenant. The room was small and needed lots of updating. Starting with the positives the front desk staff was great. They were friendly and welcoming to the hotel and helpful with questions that I had. The people were great. The negatives: The room smelled damp and felt wet. The bathroom was a disaster. Dirty, small, and old. Killed a spider when I first walked into it. The fitness room, if you could call […] it that, was an old room that had removed the beds and put in treadmill and bike along with laundry at the back. Not exactly the best place for either working out or cleaning clothes. The hotel does not have easy access and is difficult to get into and out of. I was disappointed, the pillows weren't really pillows so small you weren't sure what they were. Not enclosed hallways, just a surprise. Most are enclosed now days. No hot water in morning. HOTEL WAS GREAT, A LITTLE OUT OF THE WAY, HARD TO GET TO WITH CONSTRUCTION BUT OVER ALL GOOD. BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE.

"Just ok"
Neighborhood was a little scetchy. They were remodeling, so it looked a little unsafe. It actually reminded us of movies where they'd show a place that you'd take someone to have a one-night-stand. Very small bathroom (not much room to turn around). Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, it appeared to be clean, and they had a fridge.

The staff was friendly, the rooms meticulously clean, and the 'breakfast bar' constantly stocked and very clean. For a woman traveling alone with 2 small children, it was perfect!!
"Decent room for the price you pay."
Although the room was clean there was a bit of mold in the caulking of the shower. There had construction in progress while we were there. We had a great time in the pool area. It was only 70 degrees when we arrived and the pool was warm. I would stay there again.
