Hotel jak najbardziej ok z małym mankamentem płatnym parkingiem przy meldowaniu poinformowano że parking jest free po czym przy odjeździe skasowano sporo bo 35 euro. pokój bardzo ładny i czysty córka była zachwycona z wielkiego wygodnego łóżka i wystroju, śniadanie bardzo dobre i do syta. aby dojść do centrum trzeba mieć dobrą kondycje i mapę. Basen z rześką wodą ale jest możliwość rozruszania się. Po opłaceniu kartą nie można otrzymać rachunku to też troche dziwne. ogólnie jestę zadowolona następnym razem sprawdze inny aby mieć porównanie gorąco pozdrawiam

Małe, przytulne, czyste i w pełni wyposażone 2 pokojowe mieszkanko w starym bloku na peryferiach Wiednia. Spokojna okolica, daleko od centrum. Atrakcyjna cena w porównaniu z hotelami.Godne polecenia.

"Excellent Upkeep of Room"
IT is very convenient for business and leasure. But the major drawback is lack of Internet service. The paid wi-fi is at exhorbitant rates and practically not suitable for use. If you don't need internet then it is the best hotel to stay in the City Centre.
"Great hotel"
Very nice hotel. We were on the executive floor with 2 children. The only odd thing is that after two days of eating breakfast downstairs instead of in the executive lounge so as not to bother people on business trips at the hotel, we were told we HAD to dine in the executive lounge.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Hilton Hotel. We arrived two hours before check in and were greeted with warm hospitality - just what we needed after flying from Australia. We were offered an upgrade to an executive suite, which included breakfasts each day, access to the Executive Lounge which served drinks and food from 7am to 11pm, also available […] was free Internet access. We also dined at the Nasch Restaurant located at the hotel and this was also excellent - this eatery serves Viennese Tapas dishes. The hotel location was very easy to get around the city. stayed just the one night late oct 2011 , top class hotel like all the hiltons , got a great room overlooking ringstrasse ,.planning to return and stay for 3 nights for christmas shopping 2012 , great location 5 min walk through side streets to St Stephens cathedral.
All the features of any up-scale US type hotel chain. They would not let us complete registration and have our room until we produced a printed confirmation of our payment to Hotels.com. They did allow us to go to their business center and print a copy I had saved. Every other hotel in Europe had provided free wireless internet. Hilton charges $22 euros […] per day (24 hours). Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Upgraded to an executive room for no apparent reason and enjoyed all the benefits that went with it. The breakfast ( included in the price) was amazing....the largest selection of food and so well presented. More like a 4 star hotel, under staffed, and not the kind of service expected from this hotel. There are cheaper and better hotels on the same street. Would not stay there again, and would not recommend it to others.

Like most 5 star hotels in Europe, the quality was more like a 4 star hotel. The service was also not as expected. It is under staffed, especially noticeable at the breakfast buffet which was usually so busy, that on one occasion when we returned to our table (even though my jumper was still on our chair) the table had been reset, and somebody else […] was being seated there! On other occasions we had our cuttlery removed (meaning we had to ask for new cuttlery to continue our breakfast).. Room service also left us a pleasant gift of some broken glass in our bathroom floor... after stepping on it and bleeding quite heavily, the response on hte phone from reception after complaining and asking for bandages was "oh.. gut!". Parking is also relatively expensive, and we were not told at reception that there is free street parking everywhere surrounding the building (after hours). Luckily the hotel's bellboy was more informed than the rest of the staff to provide this information, and following some strong persuading the parking fee was removed from our bill. Overall, Hilton by name, but not by quality. We certainly wouldnt stay here again, there is a much better hotel just up the road.. "Perfect"
The Hilton was great. Safe and quiet location. GREAT food - free breakfast was the BEST. Rooms are really nice and Metro is very close. We came in on a Train from Prague and it was really easy to get to the Hotel. Super close to the old town and the cathedral.

"Average for a 5 Star hotel"
An average 5 star hotel with comfortable rooms and good service. The hotel is very well positioned close to most tourist attractions. The cost of using the internet at 10 Euros an hour and the parking at 32 Euros a day is very much over the top. Any services from the hotel is very expensive as well. "Beautiful hotel, great location and service"
The hotel is a Hilton and maintains the Hilton quality. The location was ideal; right next to metro and street cars were out the front door. Also a very short walk to the center. The staff was exceptional. They were extremely helpful accomodating all requests. They even gave us free bottled waters for the road.
My wife and I witnessed theft of purse of Iranian visitors broad day light and hotel staff did nothing.

Hotel great - room extremely clean. Checking in slick and efficient as you'd expect. Only concerns found the beds too hard as compared to other hotels of this level that we've stayed in. Also some crockery in breakfast room was chipped. Would appreciate pepper mills rather than shakers or cracked pepper to be available.

"Hotel Service is very good !"
I and my husband stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we felt comfortable for their service provided especially we joined the day tour to Salzburg but we wants to stay there for one night so the tour desk help us to find and book the good and convenience hotel at the Salzburg and they even prepare 2 breakfast boxes for us as we can have the breakfast […] while on the way to Salzburg cause the journey takes 4.5 hours to reach and because we were leaving the hotel early in the morning at 7am which we have not enogh time to have the breakfast at their lobby lounge which started at 6.30am only. As for your info, the room we booked is without the breakfast so we thought they will charge us for this breakfast box but they not charged us anything ! It's free, okay ! Inside each breakfast box has water and juice, 2 types of meat & cheese sandwiches, 2 types of cakes, 1 oat bread ,2 bars of chocolate and oak breakfast snack and 2 types of fruit ! Fina klassiska rum, om än aningen slitna. Det var hyfsat rent, om än några smågrejer som att det var fettfleckar på fönstren och småskräp på toalettgolvet som låg kvar alla tre dagar vi var där... En lustig detalj är att toaletten även har bidé! Läget är tryggt och inom gångavstånd till shopping, även om kvarterena närmast hotellet har mer affärsprägel. Mycket […] trevlig personal men hutlösa priser för trådlöst internet!! Vi valde att inte äta frukost på hotellet och hittade istället ett trevligt café i närheten. Es war ganz in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind schon leicht abgewohnt, aber sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein.
Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ich (als ein sehr geruchs- und lärmempfindlicher Mensch) konnte keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten ausmachen. Die Nächte waren sehr ruhig und ich konnte mich gut erholen.
