Not bad for the price and location but skip the breakfast and walk accross the parking lot to Bob Evans and enjoy real food.

This hotel was dirty and verY noisy. It was such a bad experience that I left a day early. The bathrooms had black mildew on the floor

Room was okay for the price. It was difficult toget to legally even with a GPS telling every turn. I was constantly asked to make a U-turn where instructed No U-turn. Everything else was okay.

This was a great deal for a four night stay. The location is central for a lot of attractions. in Kissimmee, Orlando and Lakeland. It was a baseball fans dream.

Hotel was fairly clean but you could tell it was old and a bit run down. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. Not bad for the price, not sure I would stay there again though.

Housekeeping must pay more attenjtion when cleaning the rooms. My room was full of dust toilet paper dispenser was falling of the wall. Wall were painted in 2 or 3 diferent colors. Not so bad for the price and convinient location, but the place need TLC ... More attention from the owners or management at details .

Asked for a non-smoking room. We were in a non-smoking room but the room next door was a smoking room. So it might as well have been a smoking room because during the night the smoke came right in our room. No sleep that night. Also no towels for the pool. Stayed here after long flight from the UK for one night before driving over to Sarasota for our holiday. Excellent value for money, perfectly acceptable room and free breakfast thrown in. Walking distance to the Shamrock pub and diner, couldn't have been more convenient.

good location, reasonable price, decent pool. We enjoyed having the suite with two bathrooms and a separate room with pull out sofa. Not the nicest place, but it was perfect for us - we were a little loud and no one was bothered. tv picture on one of the tv's was fuzzy, remote didn't work, but maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk service was great. […] Pool was right outside our room. Hottub wouldn't heat up when we went to use it (it worked fine earlier when other people were in it), but the pool was like 90 degrees and open until 10 p.m. Overall, we were very happy there. I could not have asked for a more accommodating hotel to have stayed in while attending the Ritchie Bros Auction

Staff was very nice, it was clean, good a/c, and nice neightberhood. i would tottaly stay there again any time....i'll recomend it for shure cinse it was also close to the parks and 1 second from i4 highway.

Sheets were dirty or stained. Who cares, I was not happy. I would not recommend.

Hotel was good, not allot of extra frills but if you are looking for a bed and shower in a hotel with a good location, this is it.

Dont count on this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney World. Usually hotels offer complimentary services to attract and retain customers - but not at this DaysInn. Here, they throw those words to lure you and then discourage or not make them available for you to use. This is what happened during my stay. * Complimentary Breakfast - its a joke. […] They don't replenish food, and its a cramped up space. On top of that, one of the staff would come out and start counting down 10 min, 5 min etc., for the breakfast endtime (6:00am-9:30am), and he will ask you to form a line when the customers are already in line. For a moment, looked like school!?! If you are in a hurry, you cannot grab a bagel or coffee - because they prohibit you from taking food outside. Also, the queue will be so long that some customers left for McDonalds or Burger King. * Complimentary Shuttle to Disney World - its only to Animal Kingdom, and the shuttle will make only one trip at 9:00am, and the return trip will be at 6:00pm. Period. No trips if you are to call (and they said they don't own the van). Also, you'd have to call them the previous night if you are to use the shuttle. If you are to go to any other disney world (Magic Kingdom, Epcot or Hollywood Studios), good luck - because, with their offering, after 9am start (if you are lucky), you'd reach there at 10pm, take Disney's shuttle (another 1/2 hr), stand at Disney for 1 or 2 rides, because you won't have much time if you are to take the return shuttle back to Animal Kingdom if you are counting on a ride back to the hotel. We ended up parking at Disney ($14 /day), and with that money, could have stayed up closer to the park paying more to the hotel. * Complimentary Internet - didn't work at all and they blamed it on Verizon facing some load issues. You could connect to the wireless router, but not anymore. Very good hotel for the price we paid through Hotels.com.

We stayed 3 days in the hotel and it was good to stay over there and lot of restaurants near by . I really like to stay there.

Very Poor Hotel the only soso was the continental breakfast. but the room carpaet were very buty there no microwave like the website say. The only good thing was that i only reserved 1 night and not the 3 cause it was a very bad hotel.

The has a dusty smelly and all the maintenance at the hotel was old and dirty. The only one who works good, was the wi-fi connection.

my family and I stayed in 2 separate so called "suites" which were really 2 a joined rooms by a french door. not what I would consider a suite. Then they had a sign saying please excuse the mess while we are renovating parts of the hotel, this place is run down the whole thing needs to be redone. Not to mention just in one room there were several cockroaches […] found and killed (more than 10) and some in the laundry room. I don't know about you but that is the last souvenir I want to take home from vacation. Half of our family was was cut off from breakfasts saying they got their past 930 when it was only 925. Good rate, nice hotel for the money. It was what I had expected.

Their is only one Ice Machine for the entire motel. The swimming pool needs more att.. When we first got thier it was dirty at the bottom, but the next affternoon it was clean. Need to have it updated.

Awesome hotel. Located in a a very area with alot of food places. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again

20 minutes to parking at Disney Closer than last year's shuttle ride INSIDE the resort Clean pool Comfortable quiet sleep. Great breakfast Best bargain we had in the entire state of Florida Helpful staff I kept looking for the reason for the great rate, and never found it! The price too good to be true, came true. Thank you Days Inn!!!

This hotel was perfect for staying a night or two. Close to attractions (Disney, Universal, etc.) The pool and hot tub were used and enjoyed. It isn't a resort by any means but is great if you are going to the parks and just need a place to shower and sleep. You receive what you paid. Find bug in the bathroom only 2 towels but we are 3. Good for sleep and continue your way. The personal not the most nice person but work.

We stayed (family of 4) here while visiting Sea World in Orlando - the location was ok for the rate. Really our only complaints were the internet did not work the entire 2 nights we were there! Called the office a couple times and they would just say they were resetting the modem but it never worked. Also, the continental breakfast sucked! We ended […] up getting breakfast at the McDonald's down the road. They only had toast and bagels (which you had to wait in a VERY long line to heat up) a little fruit and raisin brand cereal. This hotel is for someone that has no taste, it was smelly old conforters, walls are thin could hear everything in the other room, could not sleep and the door was hard to open. i would suggest that you take your own sheet and wash rags. i never use the rages very nasty. dont stay there.

We stayed here to take our boys to Disney World for the first time. When we went to the pool at 3 in the afternoon, there were many people smoking and drinking. Not a family environment. I had a college assignment due that evening and had to use the hotels computer because their wi-fi was not working. I had to constantly get up and let other people […] use the computer while working on my assignment. At breakfast the first morning we were lectured by the breakfast person for drinking the milk when it was only supposed to be used for cereal. My 17 yr. old son and I spent five days in a beatiful vacation Rental Home in the So. Dunes Villas. The last two days at "Days Inns and Suites" As soon as my son saw our room with 2 double beds and a sofa and all the other comforts of home in the 2nd room he said " MOM this is just perfect THANKS" He enjoyed the pool and gym and espically the AC!

Family needed a night after a long flight. This hotel was convenient, clean and safe. The breakfast was good and free wi-fi was a plus. The next day we had reservations at Summer Bay Resort, which was close. Would recommend this Days Inn for an inexpensive stay.

The rate obtain was good, service was actaully pleasant. Continental breakfast did not have what the said they would have for the two days that I was there. As far as the room stated microwave .. none ! The say fifteen minutes to parks actually 25 to 30 minutes to parks over 1/2 hour to downtown .

The hotel is easiy accessible from highway and close to Disney world(10 min Drive). The hotel has AC, pool fitness center and also offer free hot breakfast, internet and free shuttle to Disney world. Although the building is bit old, the maintenance is very good & clean.
