"Rugby overnight"
Good value we brought an exchange person from another country and it was a nice place to bunk down for the night.
"Very comfortable every time we stay there"
We've stayed there 6 times, and have never had a problem- now we don't even bother staying anywhere else when we're in town from NY. It's always very clean and quiet, and the staff is courteous and professional. The breakfast is outstanding compared to other hotels- eggs, bacon, belgian waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, bagels, pastries, etc, […] always fully stocked even when we get there late. The hotel itself is older, but the inside is renovated so it doesn't seem so old. They were even accomodating and let us check out late (with no extra charges) due to the timing of a job interview. "Awesome hotel for the money"
This place is unbelievably good for the money. Comfortable, quiet rooms, many with new flat-screen TVs, nicely remodeled foyer, well equipped fitness facility, great location. Only criticism I have are that the bathrooms are rather old and tired - but they are clean and functional

Great place to stay with all the stores close by. Easy on and off the highway. Nice for family's or lone travelers. Will stay there again. Staff was friendly and hotel is very clean.

"Very good budget hotel"
I stayed three nights in one room and one night in another because of my job being extended. Both were kings, non--smooking, and were clean and comfortable, however the second room had older/smaller/tube type TV and different shower head. "Comfort Inn on Field Ertel Road"
Hotel was in the perfect location for the attractions that we were in the area to visit. The breakfast was great. The only recommendations I would make would be to update the rooms with newer bedspreads and TV's. The fan in the bathroom was also loud. Overall for the hotel was a great place to stay and a very good bargin

"confortable beds"
Rooms were quite, comfortable and clean. Never got up in time for breakfast. Stayed a week. Only problem we had was the room was ice cold when we arrived and it took over an hour for the heater to make it warm. So if your there when its cold, turn on the heat and go eat or something. It will be warm when you get back - then no problem. :)

We have stayed here many times during our trips to kings island. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is standard hotel bfast with waffles.. My only complaint would be the parking lot is too small. Convenient to just about anything in Mason and to KI as well. This hotel isn't a bad place to stay if you don't really plan on staying in your room for a long time. Hotels.com made it very easy for me to compare room rates at location. They made my booking for me, paid in advance, so when I arrived my check in was very quick. Employees at hotel were most accomodating and helpful with directions around town. Had a great experience, will stay here again when I'm in town.

I have stayed here for about 10 years on an annual business trip to Cincinnati. This is a great location if you are not requred to be downtown. It is easily accessable to I-71, I-275, and I-75. "Solid motel"
For a two star hotel, this is about as good as it gets. Sure the hallways are a bit drab and the rooms are very simple with old fashioned tube TV's. But it had everything you would want. A great location near to Kings Island. A deluxe continental breakfast with belgian waffles (plain and blueberry), yogurt, bagels, danish, cereal, varieties of instant […] oatmeal, eggs, and sausage. "Nothing fancy, but it did the trick."
Needed a place to stay in-between visits to Kings Island, and this was just right. Not hard to find, and in the middle of a retail mecca. McD's right across the parking lot for a quick bite to eat if needed. Whole-hotel Wi-Fi detected, but it was a little too slow for the iPhone. Overall, I'd stay there again if we come down this way in the future.

Needed someplace for my family to hang our heads the night before & after a day at Kings Island. Perfect place - clean, extremely friendly staff and just a couple minutes from the park. Price was great and they sell discount tickets at the front desk. Would stay again if in town for same again.

"Good location"
Great price....third night was free. Great location to Kings Island. Drove through the community, very upscale and beautiful. Room was a little small, but ok as we only slept there. No cold water. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am and then entered at 10am before we checked out.

CLEANERS NEVER CHANGED THE BED SHEETS. THE CARPET WAS DIRTY. VERY SMALL, NOT ROOMY AT ALL.

We stayed here two nights when we went to a Tennis Tournament in Mason Ohio. The hotel was only 8 minutes away. Though the decor ws somewhat dated and less than luxurious, the room had every thing we needed, including comfortable bedding, coffe service, refrigerator, cable, shower with strong water pressure, face bowl separated from the bath and toilet. I requested a Non-smoking room and did not get it and there was a lot of noise late into the night in other rooms and the hallways.
