This is a no frills hotel that you stop at to sleep and move on. We left too early to eat breakfast at the location. The reason I rated this service at a 2 is because they did no have enough pillows to replace the down pillows in our room. My wife has an allergy to feathers so I ended up sleeping on a rolled up blanket and she used a cotton pillow. The […] other reason I rated the service poorly is that they have in my opinion a non pet friendly policy. Hotels.com rates them as pet friendly but when we checked in we found there was a very large (more than our room rate itself) non refundable pet deposit. A lot needs to be updated, but overall the room was clean, and it met all our needs for an overnight visit.

The hotel was clean and really was a good value for the price especially since it included a kitchen. There was some confusion on our check-in which was totally my fault but the staff was very helpful. We had forgotten to pack a few things and were grateful that it was close to shopping. The only negative is that the pillows were like marshmellows.

I had a quick night stop at this hotel during a long car drive. I enjoyed the night there, compfortable, easy to find, had a restful night and recommend it to others.

I was told there was a indoor pool. But none.

First time staying in Holland- Would Definetly recommend this hotell to all my Friends !!!

Inside the room needs to be updated but plunty of room through out. Friendly staffs and good breakfast ! It was fair price !

rooms where very big and clean,front desk man was very nice and helpful ,very quit and peaceful stay,would highly recommend,and would stay again ,will look for these hotels on future travels thru out the states.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the rooms were very outdated and had a musty (and past smoking) smell to them. It was a good set-up for two families.

Plenty of space. Big size bathroom. If you need to cook, there is a stove and microwave and dishwasher. It was a really good deal for the price and of course decent free breakfast.

The hotel service was friendly. Rooms were clean, and spacious; outdated but fine for being a budget stay. Pool and basketball court looked well kept. Breakfast was fair-hot eggs,bacon, potatoes and waffle bar. The entrance is hard to see late at night, it's behind a shopping plaza.

Good clean room, nice accomodations

This hotel met our needs for a brief visit with family. The suites are very spacious and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was excellent. A good choice.

I stay there every Christmas when visiting family for a week and am always happy with the accommodations. The free breakfast is just okay, but hey... it's free.

The wireless reception was very poor. The breakfast area was very crowded. Room itself was nice; but, people talking outside made little disturbance. There is no indoor swimming pool. Overall, it is okay for budget-conscious families; but, not great.

The staff that I met while I were very nice. The breakfast is good. Housekeeping was very respectful when cleaning my room ,even though I kept it junky and didnt tip very often. Overall the hotel was well kept. I would say my issues were directly related to the cleanliness of the room. First the room only comes with 2 towels. Since the hotel is condo style. I had to go to the main building to get more. The sheets that were available for the pullout wear stained and brownish in color. Like they had been washed in tea. The pillow […] case was stark white....oh and no extra pillow. There were potato chip crumbs on top of the made bed. There were no tissues in the room and the toilet paper was almost out, and no other rolls were in the room. The rest of the place was clean. The complimentary breakfast wasnt worht the time. Few choices and poor quality. My last complaint is that the free wifi didn't work. The front desk help had no idea how to fix it and gave me a corporate 800 number to call. Since it was 11 pm on a Saturday, no one was available. I had three wireless devices and none of them would connect. I would give them another chance because I think it was probably a staffing issue. There were some spots on the bathroom wall paper. I don't know what they were but appeared to be blood. I was a little concerned. Everything else was excellent. The best value in a hotel that I have ever experienced.

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice, great variety to choose from. The room needs some repairs, rusted door, outdated appliances, carpet, mattress, sofa, and furniture in general. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping area. Overall stay was fine for the price paid.

Very nice room, clean and in excellant shape. Older facility but well maintained. Hotel is a little tricky to find at night, needs a lighted sign at the driveway entrance.

The room was clean but really needs to be updated. Everything in the room is old. The complementary breakfast was ok. Not great, but not too bad either. They do not provide lotion like most hotels do so remember to bring your own. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated on my last day. I had people knocking on my door at least 5 times because […] I was in the room 10 minutes past the checkout time, which is 12pm. They called my room to threaten me that if I dont get out immediately, they would charge my account for an extra night. This was at 12:15pm. I have been to many hotels because I travel a lot, and I have never been treated like this before. so FYI, if you ever intend on coming to this hotel, just make sure that you get out before 12pm. I was terribly dissatsifed with the lighting in the bath area and was unable to apply my makeup in the hotel. I had to go to another place to apply am make up and this was upsetting. Also the breakfast was pure nasty! The exterior of the bldg was also to dark. Not enough lighting in the parking and entrance area. Very poor overall. Will not return

Great room!! When you walk in the door there is a kitchenette with a two-person breakfast bar to your left. On the right is a sitting area with sofa, overstuffed chair, TV, and working fireplace. Lower floor king bedroom with full bath is off the sitting area, separated by double glass doors. Just needed to stay there one night, so it was fine for the price. They are remodeling. The counter in our room was not bolted down, so it moved when you leaned against it. Bathroom faucet leaked on counter when running the water (needs washer, to be caulked). Had to use the fold out bed, so I called ahead to ask if it was the typical sofa bed or had […] a better mattress. They said it was very comfortable. It was not, it was the typical thin mattress. The hotel staff was nice. The included breakfast was decent enough. The bed was comfortable. The room was outdated as far as appliances, tv, and bathroom. But it was definitely worth the price I paid.

This hotel has great potential...rooms are large, full kitchen, but the entire facility is in need of maintenance. I had a non-smoking room that reaked of smoke and had to change rooms. After I was already in bed learned that the much older tv worked, but the romote control did not work and no one from the front desk could bring batteries. We enjoyed a great stay while attending a nephew's wedding in the area. Two of my siblings also had suites at this hotel. The place easily accommodated our get togethers. Breakfast was ample. Location was great, too. Wish the outdoor hot tub was operational. Enjoyed the fireplaces in the rooms. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This is a very good value for the money. Not elegant but very adequate. The only complaint I have is the breakfast on the first morning we were there was not hot. Cold eggs! Bah!

Very clean, and nicely set up room. Outside was undergoing maintenance, but inside was nice. TV's could use some updating, but was otherwise a great stay.

the room was nice and spacious. It is a bit worn as evident in the carpet. The outside railings and stairs are very worn and need some repair. it looks as though termites may have infested the wood or severe water damage. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Crystal. I would stay again.
