byłem pełen zanim zobaczyłem pokój, ponieważ cena była bardzo niska jak na okolice Chicago. Byłem bardzo mile zaskoczony warunkami pobytu. Basen również był przyjemny, a woda w Jakuzzi bardzo gorąca. Jedyny minus to amerykańskie śniadania, do których nie jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni w Europie. Nawet 45 km do centrum Chicago nie było problemem, bo dojazd zajmował 30-40 minut.

Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. There was a frig in the room which is always great when traveling with kids. This hotel had some awesome water pressure in the shower too. Everything was as expected.Our only critism was how loud the restaurant/bar was. We could hear it on the second floor, which is where our room was. Very loud when you come into the lobby too. "Good for the price"
Got stuck in chicago for two extra days because of weather. First day the airline took care of a night in the Renaissance and then second night we stayed at the HI because it was less expensive. t was good, but the hotel front desk person misdirected my party to our location downtown. We ended up walking around for 2 hours trying to find the place. Also, the eggs at breakfast were not acceptable. They tasted like egg beaters. "Good Business Trip Hotel"
I am in hotels over 200 nights a year, and this Holiday Inn Express easily met my expectation. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. An older hotel with an updated outside, the interior could use a bit of work. The plastic cups in the bathroom were defective - thus causing water to spill all over the countertop. The staff was friendly and efficient but the property needs a major refresh. Lounge chairs in the lobbyare ragged, carpet in the hallways is stained and well past its useful life. Nice, clean modern rooms with all the amenities. Exercise room had good, clean equipment for cardio and decent weight machine. Off the lobby, Bar Louie might make you stay down out of your room if you're spending the night. Our Expedia deal included free breakfasts. First day was busy there with and asked about free breakfast and our server said no they didn't have that, so we ate and paid. Skipped eating there on second day because breakfast for two added up to $30 the day before. "Didn't get the room I wanted"
Requested a non-smoking king through hotels.com and when I got there, there were none available except for a handicapped accessible room. All other kings were smoking rooms. The handicapped accessible room was just a little awkward for me, with the shower stream hitting me below the stomach, it was that low. Probably good for some people, but not for […] me, and I had requested that specific room well in advance, so that was a bit annoying. We made reservations two weeks in advance. Hotel was busy with conferences or something, so the lobby was always loud, staff was busy giving people directions to places (hello, phone, gps?) and I was generally dissatisfied with my stay.
