Situated in Singapore's Orchard Road neighborhood, Singapore Marriott Hotel is a business-friendly hotel close to Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road, and Singapore National Museum. Also nearby are Singapore Botanic Gardens and National Orchid Garden.

Very enjoyable, good location, professional ,experienced and helpful staff at hotel
Great service and location.
"Singapore Marriott Hotel"
Great location but at least the room we got was quite old and not as fresh as you would expect from this type of hotel. I think there is some upgrading underway so make sure you get a new room. The room was advertised as a family took but contained only 2 120cm beds.

This hotel was good, but like most hotels if you are booking for 4 people, ie a family, you don't get great accommodation. We booked online a room for 4 people and found we had one king size bed and nothing else. Upon request they put in another single bed, the room was a little crowded. They also were very unclear about whether the water was free or […] we pay for it, they took the charge off our bill when we explained. "Great Stay"
The staff at the Marriott Singapore were so very kind and welcoming. We had our two children staying in the room with us and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the Hotel is great! We will definitly stay here the next time we go to Singapore. Very happy!
"Great location-front house service?"
Have stayed in Singapore many times, but this is first stay at Marriot. Generally pleased with the comfort of hotel, but found front desk service did not reflect warmth and friendliness that I have experienced at other similar rated Singapore hotels.

As you expect from a five star hotel like the Marriott, the hotel is in a perfect location on the Orchard road on the other side of the ION mall. This was my second trip to Singapore, the first time I stayed in the Sheraton. 年末なので、とにかく街が混んでいましたが、オーチャード沿いなので、買い物してもすぐににホテルに戻れて子供連れには良かったです。ベイマリーナの方にもタクシーですぐでした。朝食は多国籍料理で、パンもチーズも目の前でグリルしているソーセージも美味しかったです。部屋はエグゼクティブルームで予約しましたが、22階で狭かったです。部屋からは隣のビルの屋上とゴミ置き場がみえました。上階で工事をしていたのか、夕方まで、工事の音が聞こえました。かなりうるさかったです。 日本人があまり泊まらないのがよくわかりました。
"マリオットホテルシンガポール"
オーチャード通りに面した７階の部屋で眺めも良く、MRTの駅にもすぐでアクセスもよく満足でした。 ホテルの朝食バイキングは、おいしく種類も豊富ですが、毎日となると安くはないので、近くの安いの朝マックやスタバや前日にデパ地下でパンを買っておいても。 ホテルのプールは真水より暖かく、落ち葉などが浮いていますが、子供達は朝早くから入ってました。 出発前に届いた予約番号を忘れてしまい予約確認の用紙と名前ではホテル側と確認がとれずチェックインに時間がかりましたが、ホテルの人も丁寧に対応してくれてよかったです。
"立地が便利"
３泊と短い滞在だったので，MRTに近く便利なホテルという事で選びました。 子供はプールも楽しみにしていましたが，シティホテルの割に大きく半日過ごすには満足でした。 途中，子供が熱を出したため体温計をお願いしましたがすぐに部屋に持ってきてくれたり，チェックイン時間に部屋が用意できていなかった時にはそれなりの臨機応変な対応をしてもらったり，スタッフの対応はよかったと思います。

"立地も最高！"
オーチャードのショッピングやMRTにも近く全般的には良い。ホテルからタクシーに乗るには建物を一周する感じで、近隣のショッピングセンターからのほうが便利。 夜空港に向かうタクシーに乗るのに長くまたされたのと、細かいところの掃除ができてなかったのが残念だが、十分満足な滞在ができた。

"買い物の聖地オーチャードの真ん中"
最近はMBSやセントーサに新しいホテルがたくさん出来て、老舗のホテルはやや押され気味に感じますが、マリオットはTANG、伊勢丹、ION、DFSに近く、少し歩けばパラゴン、高島屋、313にも程近く、ショッピングを楽しみたい人にはピッタリだと思います。客室は清潔ですし、何と言っても老舗らしい安定感のあるスタッフのサービスや笑顔は安心感があります。
