La Quinta Inn Buffalo Airport - Williamsville

My wife and I recently stayed at the La Quinta Inn as we were flying out the next day from Buffalo Airport. I booked the room on line and was a little nervous as it only has a 2 star rating, but the reviews were all good. I was so disappointed that the hotel didn't provide conditioner. Only 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner was provided. I called reception to check if they have conditioner available but nothing. So I had to go out tot he store and buy one. There was also no elevator so we had to carry our bags all the way to the 2nd floor.

At 2:45 am someone had a key that worked on my room, and tried to enter my room. Upon speaking with the front desk, they admitted I was never checked in and that my room didn't show as occupied. Upon checkout, I had to wait for 5 minutes before an attendee was even present at the desk. Literally left unattended.

We reserved our room online for a reasonable price for a VT to IN holiday trip. We found the place easily. It is a high-traffic area, due to the shopping and restaurants that surround the hotel. The front desk service was wonderful, and we appreciated the a.m. continental breakfast. As for the room, it was clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable. My stay at this hotel was great. Best nights sleep I have had at a hotel in a very long time. The rooms were clean and well cared for and they make great chocolate chip cookies. This is the hotel that I will stay in from now on when flying out of Buffalo NY. Thanks

Very close to all the department stores on Transit Rd. and chain restaurants. Clean and decent continental breakfast. Great value for the money. The only issue was parking at the hotel. It is a very small lot and the over flow had to use the parking at the hotel next door.

The staff was very helpfull. Comfortable beds, however the sheets were very, very, thin. Time to place!

Nice, close to airport, just a bit noisy and not much within walking distance for dinner. I had a red eye flight to catch and it was perfect for that.

I missed the hotel when getting off the Thruway and unfortunately, none of the businesses along Transit Rd have posted street numbers. I finally had to stop at a Restaurant and ask for directions. Once I finally got there it was very nice.

convenient location but low water pressure. they do allow dogs and even have dog treats. they provide breakfast.

We stayed here overnight on a trip to Niagara falls. This place is abt 30 mins drive to the falls. The room was decent and bathroom was clean. They were overpriced though as the room and hotel is a basic one.

Conviniently located close to interstate exit, close to airport.

Nice size room with comfortable beds. Bathroom and room were clean and there is a medium size desk for working. The environment was quiet and without distraction. Breakfast bar was very basic , but was clean and well stocked. Overall a mid priced room to rest and relax after a long day of driving or meetings.

La Quinta near the airport is close to everything we needed. All kinds of shopping and restaurants just what we needed to get away. thankyou

Staff were extremely helpful especially the shuttle driver George and the maintenance man Phill when l could not get my vehicle started. They went out of there way to try to solve my problem.

I would only recommend that the hotel have a choice of soft and hard pillows. I found the pillows very uncomfortable. (Hard)

It was a great place to stay, close to lots of great shopping. I recommended it to friends and they are going to stay there for a weekend too. Thanks for a great place to stay with reasonable rates.

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Enterprise car rental, wal mart, best buy are at walking distance from the hotel. Very good shuttle service to the airport. They have complimentary snack round the clock. very good hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

The service was okay. However, the overall appearance and odor at this hotel was very discouraging. We wouldn't recommend this place to noone who wants to stay at a comfortable pleasant place.

The room was nice the rugs could use a cleaning. The linens were fresh and the bed comfortable. The halls could use a Plug in they smelled damp. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night and the price.

Everyhting was very good with this hotel. Just be aware, there is no elevator.

We chose this hotel for our yearly visit to Buffalo to see the Bills play. For the money by far the best hotel in this area. Very clean and comfortable. I am definately planning on a return trip next year to this hotel.
