Great place to stop for an early night with the kids. Tire them out in pool, feed them waffels and ceral in morning. Good value.

What a value for clean, comfortable room. Bed gave good support. Breakfast was much better than coffee and donuts. Had waffles, muffins, bagels. Pool was delightfully warm. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

I arrived and the front desk clerk was not that friendly. I had booked the room through hotels.com and he told me I would have to pay additional charges for my kids even though my room had to full size beds. The heater was very loud and kept my spouse and I up most of the night, the cleaning crew was very loud in the halls at 7 when they started cleaning. […] The breakfast was a joke, make sure you make plans to eat breakfast elsewhere. A one night stay over as we were traveling to a cabin in Gatlinburg the following day. The convenience of this Hotel was great, everything close by. The room was so so. Smelled kind of like cat litter. Beds were pretty comfy. It's not a 5 star, but overall not bad for a one night stay. Free breakfast was a plus, too.

The front desk did a good job in checking us in and answering any questions we had about finding dining places and the mall. The hotel is pretty smelly and the pool was extremely small. The sheets had some holes in them, but seem clean. The have a continetial breakfast which was good, but you had to eat in the dining area and could not take it up […] to your room and it. I did find some kind of ants or something in the room as well. There are other hotels and motels in the area that looked a lot better, so i really couldnt recommend this hotel unless they cleaned it up. Przeczytaj więcej

This was a good budget hotel, they accepted our small dog with a $10 pet fee and the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel even had a pool (!) which I did not use but it looked nice. The breakfast in the morning was fair but they get points for having the Belgian waffle maker :). Overall a good stay.

Good basic hotel with all you need a bed, cable, wireless, fridge, microwave, and even breakfast. The hotel is right by all the shops, mall, and restuarants.

Our room smelled like feet but overall it was about right for the price and was convenient for our road trip down south. The breakfast was lacking but the overall hotel was OK.

Half way point of a long trip. Clean, good location, overall nice stay. Well worth the price.

The lobby was spacious and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and kind. The beds were super cozy. The pillows were very, very thin. I had to ask for two more. The sheets did not fit the entire mattress, yuck. The bathroom was very moldy because the water was super hot and the vent did not work. There was no switch to turn it on. Not a bad price and location, but the heater was noisy and woke me each time it cycled on. Also, the tub dripped constantly. The bed was comfortable, but the hall was noisy, and no elevator was offered.

Nice staff and clean room. No elevator but not that big of a deal to me.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the condition of this motel. We were in Chattanooga to visit with our son so really just needed a place to sleep. The room was very basic, but clean. It could have used some updating, but for the price, nothing that I couldn't live without. Execellant location, close to Mall, restaurants, even a ***mart […] about a mile up the road. The location in Chattanooga near Hamilton Place was a delight. Very close to attraction. Walking distance to eating areas very close to shopping area. Made my families visit to the city a good one. friendly accommodating staff

The mattress needed replacing....you roll to the middle of the bed and wake up with your back hurting, we had double beds and both were that way...no elvator and creepy side door entrance but all in all it was a good stay.

Location is great, right across from Casino beach. However, the bathroom is cramped and the room itself is awkwardly designed.. Botton line is that the location saves this place as its just a short walk across the street to the beach and fishing pier. The continental breakfast is slightly above average too. I was very pleased with my room, the peaceful quietness, and most of all the price was right. I loved that the hotel had an indoor pool.That's great for family fun.Also, the hotel is in a great location for eating and shopping. Yes I will definitely stay again!!!!!

The room and lobby were nicer than I expected and overall I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of this budget motel. The internet access in the lobby and swimming pool were closed down rather early in the evening and this gave me the impression that management was trying to save money.

The hotel might be difficult to locate but a quick call and the desk was most helpful. This hotel was clean and safe.

2 electrical code violations in room 204: No outlet cover on an outlet easily accessible to guests. Lamp between beds is in need of repair...just sitting on support....not secured. When touched it falls off and exposes wiring. Cleaning staff was anxious for us to vacate our room, and we left early!

Breakfast was a waffle machine, plain bagel, or a blueberry muffin, very small selection if you weren't out early you didn't get anything. The first day the pool seemed like it had to many chemicals, the rest of the nights it seemed like you were swimming in bleach and left a very salty taste on your mouth. The floors were needed a VERY good cleaning, I have a baby that loves to crawl and I wouldn't let her on the floor. there was a small white powder all around the base boards of the room, must have been some kind of bug powder. The bathroom was run down, mold and mildew. No elevator which was very hard with two babies and all of our items we had to lug up and down the steps every day. I thought the young man that worked the morning was the nicest employee out of all of them . The rest seemed to be to snotty. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean, except that I moved a table to place a travel crib and I could feel on my bare feet that that portion of carpet had not been as recently vacuumed. Overall the hotel wasn't bad. What bothered me the most was the entrance. The front entrance door was a basic glass door and had provides absolutely no security! The front desk was nice as well as the cleanliness of the room unfortunately the room smelled like OLD WET SHOES until we got the air conditioning going. The location is great for eating out.

A nicely appointed room, on the high end for hotels of this class. Good helpful service and internet.

We arrived a bit later then we had planned, but were still greeted in a very friendly manner... the desk clerk was very informative and helpful... he took the time to explain the hotels "pet policy" and did so to save us money... since we had a pet riding with us that I had not expected, but all was handled professionally and Rocky was made quite comfortable.... The room was lovely, clean, in excellent condition and with very comfortable pillow-top beds. Wish we could have stayed longer than we were able to stay!

It's nice place, good location and good service

The room was a good size. My husband went to use the indorr pool at 7:30 a.m. and it was only open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. So he was not able to use it. The breakfast choices were certainly lacking. They only had hot waffles (1 waffle maker...had to wait in line), two kinds of cold cereal, white bagels and bread and muufins, toppings, cream cheese, […] margarine, milk, juice and coffee and tea. There was no fruit of any kind. When we asked the attendant he said they discontinued providing fruit when they found partially eaten apples thrown on the ground in the parking lot. We told the attendant we had stayed at th LaQuinta 2 weeks earlier, which shares the same corner of I-75 as the Super 8, and that they had hard boiled eggs, packaged instant oatmeal and grits, yogurt, whole grain bread, muffins, waffles (2 waffle makers), nice variety of cold cereal, apples, bananas, coffee (regular and decaf), tea, toppings, peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, juice. He said the reason for the lack of breakfast variety at the Super 8 was because they offered an indoor pool, which we were not able to use because of the limited hours. Worn, but well maintained. Odd odor in the hallways, but not in room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, altho lacking fresh fruit and yogurt. We would stay there again; good for the price.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The price was good. But it wasn't easy to find. The lobby was very nice, but all I saw for the continental breakfast was a coffee pot and a waffle iron. They offered two kinds of free newspapers, and the clerks were all very nice, but there is no elevator. So if you are on 2nd floor, get ready to drag your stuff […] upstairs. My room was clean and comfortable and non-smoking; however, the hallway absolutely REEKED of smoke. There was a coffee pot in the room, but when I wiped it out with a wash cloth, the wash cloth looked like something you would clean a gun with. Best value for price. Convenient location. Rooms are clean and inside. Book a room on the 1st floor, no elevator. Book early, fills up fast.

My family and I stayed for five days. It was very family friendly. My daughters used the pool and the computer in the lobby and it was very safe family atmosphere. The room was very clean and comfortable for the price. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
