The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the hotel shows it's age. Rooms missing what are now standard amenities, but the biggest shocker, you have to PAY for PARKING! $15 a day to park a car. Here is the deal. We travel a lot with our family to Bellevue, on average we spent at least 1 or 2 nights per month, so we've had an opportunity to try several hotels in the area. For the $$$ I was surprised that: A. Parking was extra (not in Bellevue please, this is the FIRST hotel in Bellevue where I have to pay for parking) B. No free WiFi (Seriously?? […] this is the Hilton and I have to pay extra for that!!). C. Poor location (if you plan on walking to Bellevue Square or Downtown....good luck!). C. "Great place for a girls' shopping weekend."
Staff at the desk provided outstanding service. My husband couldn't make it, so my girlfriend and I made our trip into a shopping spree. The staff got us checked in early, changed us from a king bed to two queens, gave us coupons to our favorite store, and when they realized the coupons weren't active until after our stay had ended, the staff called […] it to our attention and said, "let us give you free breakfast instead." We had a spacious, room with lots of space for two women to do makeup and hair. The shuttle also took us to the mall and picked us up, so we didn't have to deal with city traffic. Overall hotel and room were satisfactory but there was a large ugly stain on the carpet which surprised me. Beds and bedding were comfortable, room was large and quiet. There was NO STAFF near the front door except the check-in clerk so nobody to help with questions etc. When I asked for help with bags the clerk could not find a cart to help with. "Big disappointment"
While the hotel was quite nice, we did not receive the room that had been promised to us by Hotels.com. The description we received was that it had 2 queen pillow top beds, "a deep soaking tub" and complimentary bathrobes. The room did have the two beds, however, it was just a regular tub and no robes. When I called down to the desk I was informed that […] the soaking tubs and robes were for the executive rooms. We had only a standard double. The desk clerk did say she would send up robes for us, but then that never happened. So we were very disappointed in the room and the hotel service. "To much money for what you get."
If I didn't have to rebuild the toilet, and fix the bathtub, it would have been better. Tv's are nice, but the channel changing is HORRIBLE, and no guide. They need a breakfast as well.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Expedia

"Great stay at Hilton"
Great location, good amenities, rooms were large, comfortable and nicely priced. Only complaint is wi-fi isn't free. Even cheap hotels have free wi-fi.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Expedia

"Nice Hotel"
Nice hotel with a grand entrance and a bar. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. No kettle to make tea, have to use the 'not really boiled' water coming out of the coffee machine.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Expedia

"Love Hilton Bellevue!"
I love staying at Hilton Bellevue. Rooms are nice and large, lobby is great and the staff super helpful and friendly. I try and stay here every time I am in the Seattle area. Rooms are always super clean too.Prawdziwa opinia gościa Hotels.com
