The room was non-smoking but stunk terrible from smoke! Everything else was great.
I feel ripped off. Made reservations for two rooms but only got one. When I protested to the hotel clerk he blew me off.

The room was nice. I did not like the pillows much because they were veryfirm and deep and I like a softer pillow. the breakfast was good
My family and I stayed for 2 nights, The pillows could have be more comfortable, and the pool may have been over chlorinated. However, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We would return.

Nothing fancy but good value for the money. Our pool was small but recently redone and extremely clean as was the lobby area where we spent time before heading in for the night or out. Again small and simple but can't go wrong for the $, Likley a 3 star with cleanliness of a 4 star.

This is a great place if traveling and need someplace for a night. It's located right off the highway and just a quick ride to St. Louis. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers!
very nice experience...staff was very accomodating. housekeeping showed some neglect...dust and some m&m's on the floor under the restroom countertop in the corners...some cobwebs. pool was nice but could be bigger.

"Excellent value"
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very satisfied. The desk staff were friendly and helpful and the location near the Collinsville Gateway Center is great! It was a very busy weekend but the hotel seemed to handle everything in stride. I will stay again.

We stayed here for an event in St. Louis, we weren't looking for anything fancy..just a place to sleep really. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and was what you would expect from a hotel. I would stay there again without hesitation.

"It's clean, quiet, safe, and affordable..."
...everything I want/need business accommodations. I do wish, however, someone would teach the front desk staff how to check a guest in and hand him or her the key without announcing the room number to everyone in the lobby. The bigger chains can manage it, certainly Days Inn can. Other than that--it's an acceptable place to stay.
Excellent location for me, because it was a cheap price and the front desk workers were extremely friendly. I'll stay there in a heart beat.

This is a nice place for a night or two. The price is awesome and the staff was wonderful! The bathroom was a little dirty in our room though.

I realize that the hotel accommodates people with pets, and that it has no control over those pets, but perhaps they could designate rooms for people with pets and spare the rest of us? "Nice place to visit"
The only things wrong with hotel was towels were too hard, they don't clean behind night stands / refrig.,and pillows are small. Area is clean. 20 minutes from St. Louis, right off freeway,and good food in area.

"stay somewhere else if you like fresh air"
The room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with some perfumed cleaning product. The window was screwed shut so you could not open it to air out the room. The tub faucet would not turn enough to get hot water. Disappointing.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk person was very kind and helpful. Shopping and restaurants were very nearby, as was St. Louis. We were in town for the opening game of the NFL St. Louis Rams. We will stay again.

"Not Clean"
I stayed at this location for one night. The outside of the building looked newer and in good repair, and the employee at the desk was helpful so I had good expectations. Then I got on the elevator and things changed. The elevator smelled was very dirty, you could see streaks of an unknown liquid all over the walls the carpet was dirty and worn. The […] elevator also made lots of clicking noises and bounced as it went floor to floor. Our room was equally dirty, it smelled of mold and stale cigarettes there was grime on the desk and the pillows on the bed were so flat you couldn't feel them under your head. We left the room and came back an hour later and the door key did not work. The housekeeping staff in the hallway (eating chips while working!) did stop to let us in the room. They had no proof this was our room, but let us in anyway..That was a little scary. We had to go to the front desk to get our key fixed. I recently had a 3 night stay at this hotel. What was most memorable for me was the friendliness of the front desk attendants. My room was set with everything needed: a mini fridge, wireless internet, and cable tv with a variety of channels. The bed was comfortable, much better than many hotel beds I have slept in. Breakfast was very basic with cereals, […] bagels, pastries, waffles, coffee, juice, and milk but was enough to satisfy my morning hunger and was included in the price of the room (cha ching!). The location is very ideal for those traveling to St. Louis; its sits about 1/2 a mile from interstate 55 which takes you right into downtown in about 20 minutes. Heads up, the pool is very small and about 3ft deep, so there is room for wading, but don't plan on doing any olympic swimming. There was no jacuzzi on site that I saw. Also, beware of the side/back door that locks when shut and does not have a re-entry room key slot, but might stay open just long enough if you need to run out to the car on the side parking lot. It was not a five-star hotel, but is still equipped with the necessities and is a great little place to stay for those who would like to save a little cash, they seem to offer really great rates. Clean place, great location, friendly staff. Standard basic breakfast, pool is pretty small, if that matters to you.

We reserved a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette ashes all over the room, and it smelled like smoke. Toilet backed up. Sketchy people milling around at the entrance. Small indoor pool was filled with people way beyond capacity, and remained cloudy after everyone got out. Nevertheless, the people working there were courteous and responsive.
