Oceniony przez gościa grupy Hotels.com w dniu lut 3, 2013Bardzo korzystny stosunek ceny do komfortu. Bardzo miła obsługa, znakomite śniadanie - bufet, codziennie zmieniane ręczniki i sprzątany pokój. Pokój bardzo mały (większość powierzchni zajmuje łóżko) ale z szafą , biurkiem, czajnikiem elektrycznym i telewizorem oraz własną łazienką. W zupełności wystarczający dla turystów po całym dniu zwiedzania. 15 min spacerem od stacji metra, stamtąd 30 min do centrum. Jedyny mankament to jednej nocy głośno zachowujący się hiszpańskojęzyczni współlokatorzy. We recomend it for all looking for cheap but clean and quiet accomodation.

The hotel was clean, friendly and very convenient for what my son and I wanted to do for his birthday while in London. The staff was very helpful in giving reviews of places we wanted to visit. (Richard/Concierge). My son arrived very late. Receptionist (Kat) left a note for my son to receive a key and also made a special note that it was his birthday […] the next day. The hotel sent a very nice chocolate cake. It made his day. Bellhop (Fabio) was very helpful with directions and helping me organize a ride to my onward destination in England. Overall, I stay was fantastic. The hotel was convenient to Underground and walking. The room was comfortable, clean and had very good internet reception. Top marks overall. "A great location for London's theatreland"
This was not our first stay. We chose the Cavendish because we were so impressed the last time. The standard of service was as high as it had been on our previous visits. The location of the hotel is very good. We could walk to most West End theatres and venues. In my experience, this can mean you have to accept a lower standard of comfort or service- […] but that's not true of the Cavendish. As a retired HR professional (from another sector), I have to compliment whoever does the staff selection at the Cavendish. You are very good at your job! I was underwhelmed by the Cavendish and I am quite surprised at how well it scores on review sites. Rooms are extremely small even by the standards of large cities such as London. WiFi is expensive and there sent even free WiFi in the lobby. When will hotels learn that the customer now expects WiFi in the same way that we expect a pillow on the bed! […] One of our rooms was located beside a lift shaft and the sound insulation was inadequate. Meanwhile on every occasion we needed to use the lifts, one (of 3) was out of service and, in the mornings, one of the remaining two was regularly being used by housekeeping. I won't be back. The Cavendish turned out to be an almost perfect hotel experience at a very reasonable rate. The location (right off Picadilly Circus, across from Fortnum and Mason) could not have been bettered and was ideal when some public transportation was not available over the Christmas holidays. We have stayed many times as both service, location and hotel have been great. Since then there have been lots of little cuts like no more slippers wifi extra and bathroom accsesories have been cut. "Beautiful Hotel in Perfect Location"
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Close to Piccadilly Circus, the parks, the tube and plenty of places to eat. The Concierge was particularly helpful in helping us get around town and finding the perfect place for a birthday dinner. "Walking Distance to Attractions and Restaurants"
Westminster area. Within walking distance to Picadilly, Leicester Square (restaurants, casinos, movies) Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Fabulous service. Staff very friendly and helpful. "Very nice but not for me."
Very nice hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful staff with a very good location. My disappointment was the late check-in especially for international arrivals which are usually there early. We arrived at appx 1100 am and were still made to wait until 3pm for a room. We spent the entire time hanging out in the lobby because we were too tired to travel anywhere […] at that point so our first day was a total waste of time ( we were only staying 4 nights). There is also no refrigerator in the room (just a mini bar) and the bathroom has no counter space. It is a nice hotel but personally I would not stay there again. "A Haven in the Center of London"
From the time we arrived, the experience was great. We were very tired and a bit disheveled but the staff welcomed us in and made the checking in process so simple that we were settled in our room within minutes. "Shocked beyond belief!"
I was expecting a nice "4 Star" Hotel, but we got was, in my opinion a 5 1/2 star hotel! I don't know what else anyone could ask for to keep it from having a 5 star rating! There is an in-room expresso maker with different types of coffee, a HUGE tub in the extravagantly appointed bathroom (complete with 2 luxurious robes AND slippers, a bose surround […] sound ipod dock with remote control and a fantastically comfortable king-sized bed with wonderfully soft lines, pillows and comfortors. I couldn't think of anythig else I would have needed that wasn't already in the room. The hotel staff were friendly & professional - 2 concierge staff at the desk who were able to connect us to the tours we wanted, complete with maps and personal directions and recommendations for theater & dinner! I booked at the Cavendish because it looked nice on Hotels.com, but I will INTENTIONALLY book again! Great place, close to everthing you may want to see in London!
